Hi Y'all
For my dutch bitcoin-site bitcoinspot.nl i am currently using the bitcoincharts.com charts, but as you may well know they have a lot of outages.
So now i have found someone who is willing to program some custom charts for me>
So now i am searching for data that i can use for the live and historic charts. As far as i know you can use the mt-gox data but are there any other options available ?

Hi Jim,
Will you be implementing a single-key import function somewhere in the future? so not how it currently is by exporting,editing and importing the file. But more how it works with mywallet, where you are just prompted for the private key and thats it.

Got this on installation. Seems to have worked nonetheless. Did not bother to uninstall 0.5.8 before :]

Hi Roland, The wallet encryption is in the 0.5.9-SNAPSHOT version that is available at: https://multibit.org/releasesThe rough timeline for general release is: + at the moment people on the bitcoinj mailing list are testing it. I will fix any bugs they raise but generally not be adding new code for a while - this is called 'washup'. This will probably be a week or so. + once we are confident that the quality is ok I will then create a release candidate with the bug fixes (and move it to use the bitcoinj 0.8 that Mike has just announced). This is then retested by the bitcoinj mailing list and anyone else interested. That will probably be another week. After that if there are no problems it will go on multibit.org as the general download. Whilst people are testing it I will probably work on the help and the new website we are working on. You don't want to be adding new code (other than bug fixes) whilst people are testing it as it invalidates their test work. Ok , looking forward to the encrypted wallets in the latest version so that i can recommend it to the visitors of my website p.s. any news on the bitcoin-merchant front ? Greetz roland. |

Hi jim, long time no see! I just installed the latest version of multibit on my usb-drive and its looking good 2 quick questions: - when will wallet-encryption be included? - Is it possible to add one extra button/screen to the installer so that you can choose the portable option e.g. multibit.properties is created for you. Hi there Till recently i used the bitcoincharts price-charts to display on my website www.bitcoinspot.nlAs of yesterday, this seems to be no longer possible.
