81  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying goods or services using crypto on: March 25, 2021, 04:49:58 PM
I don't think buying stuff using bitcoin is profitable or possible in current bullish market as transfer fee is too high. This high transfer fee and slow network are bottlenecks that are stopping bitcoin in getting mainstream adoption.
82  Economy / Speculation / Re: Upcoming Market Prediction (Market heading for a great downfall) on: March 25, 2021, 04:34:04 PM
It's obvious that current market will be bearish after sometimes. It won't be surprising for us if we remain ready for it. But when bears will take over bulls nobody can say that with certanity, it can be month or year.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people care who Satoshi is/was? on: March 25, 2021, 04:16:38 PM
It's no doubt the biggest mystery of 21st century and many are surprised that why satoshi remain anonymous. Why he didn't show up? I sometime think that satoshi is seeing this all happening and has the authority to manipulate bitcoin blockchain code.
84  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: most amazing picture I have ever seen on: March 21, 2021, 09:43:35 AM
I would not say that cutting losses is a mistake. It is possible that for coins where quantity is not limited, such as XRP for example, cutting losses is even necessary, but as history shows, Bitcoin's price is still reaching a new ATH, so in my opinion it is better to wait and sell at a profit than cut losses .
85  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be in a hurry on: March 21, 2021, 09:24:02 AM
We are hurry to buy when coin is at its peak and also in hurry to sell when coin is falling down. This should not be the strategy. Crypto is not for small hearted people with weak nerves. If you cant see market in red then crypto is not for you.
86  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small assets, trade or invest? Good decision? on: March 21, 2021, 09:05:32 AM
In my opinion investment always have upper hand on trading. If you are opting for both investment and trading then it should be 80/20 ratio. See the stats, traders mostly end up in loss while long term investors are always in profit. You need to study this to understand the phenomena.
87  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking a loan to buy Bitcoin? on: March 21, 2021, 08:54:08 AM
Loans are always bad and must be avoided. If you are taking loan to buy bitcoin at 60k then it's the worst decision. Not many take loan and buy bitcoin when it was at 3k and 4k. We only love a coin when it was at its ATH and thats bad strategy.
88  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin price is so volatile? What are the major factors that drive it? on: March 21, 2021, 08:41:16 AM
Bitcoin is volatile because of its non-regulatory nature. There are many myths about volatile nature of bitcoin, one is that people who bought huge no of bitcoins in 2011-2014 are now in position to manipulate the market.
89  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trading from Scratch on: March 21, 2021, 08:31:39 AM
There are so many guidelines available and which one to follow or not is very trivial. Use your own mind to choose any strategy. Since its your own hard earned money and no one will share your lose, make choice wisely.
90  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading your strategy on DEMO is a waste of time on: March 21, 2021, 08:17:18 AM
Nothing in learning is a wastage of time, it always pays you back in some form or other. People think crypto trading is easy, can be done by anyone and don't require prior training. Read this  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5321502.0
91  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit My Full Time Job to Trade Cryptos Full Time on: March 21, 2021, 08:02:50 AM
Good to know and wish you good luck for your future trading.
P.S :: Quit your job only if you are certain that you can live your life comfortably with Bitcoin. BTC is wildfire and it's not that easy to play with it.
92  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Data suggesting more than 95% traders are losing on: March 21, 2021, 07:44:22 AM
If 95% traders are losing then this clearly means that 95% are amature trader while only 5% are genuine traders. if you are long term investor and ready to HODL then you can never be at loss. Those who bought BTC at 19k in 2017, were also able to sell in profit just after 4 years.
93  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How did people buy bitcoin and other cryptos back in the old days? on: March 21, 2021, 07:28:07 AM
Like around 2011 to 2015? Before it became available on major exchanges?

Initially it was person to person and later we saw exchanges coming up. Right now it's very easy to buy from exchanges but it has also compromised the anonymous nature of bitcoin. The real aim to bitcoin was p2p trading and no middlemen.
94  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a game of capital on: March 21, 2021, 07:18:56 AM
Investing huge capital is not issue, issue is to effectively utilize that capital and earn profit. If you are newbie and don't know much about trading then don't jump straight away with huge capital just invest as much you can afford to lose.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE on: March 20, 2021, 09:01:55 AM
I don't think ripple is a good choice for investment, for me it's just a shit coin. See its price, it's always moving in cents. Better buy some good altcoin like eth, litecoin, cardano.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 5k to invest, should I buy Ripple or Litecoin? I do not want to hold on: March 20, 2021, 07:50:36 AM
Never go for ripple, it's just a crap with so many coins in circulation. Litecoin is a good option to invest. Market is still at its peak, i suggest to wait for a while. Market always take correction after such massive bull run.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODL your ALTCOIN! We are almost on ALT SEASON right now on: March 20, 2021, 07:24:28 AM
There is difference b/w altcoins and shit coins. Altcoins are coins with good foundation like ETH, litecoin, cardano etc. Shit coins lure in investors because of their cheap price and once trapped it's impossible to get out of it.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust Active telegram Groups? on: March 20, 2021, 07:18:56 AM
You can't trust anything thats on social media like Telegram, Twitter, or Facebook. Bitcointalk is a great platform to understand any project, the comments of senior members really help others to have an idea of the project.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: March 20, 2021, 07:09:10 AM
Who knows what lies in future? Right now gold market cap is way more than Bitcoin and people invest more in gold as it's a reliable and trusted asset for centuries. In comparison bitcoin is new and will take time to establish his market.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Memes (MEMS) token for all meme creators - Listed on DEX | Solana Network on: March 02, 2021, 06:18:58 AM
I see that this thread is new, but I think I've seen the same or a very similar project in past. Unfortunatelly it failed. The idea seems interesting, but it is more of a game for kids, not a project that will attract the attention of serious investors. I hope you also think of it as just fun.

Thanks alot for your insights. Yeah I will let it stay light hearted as it is while being able to have fun, trade and HODL in Decentralized Exchange. Sincerely appreciated!

In fact, I didn't really help you Smiley Maybe only that your thread will be more visible Smiley
What I meant in my post is that I'm afraid you're putting your effort in the wrong place. In my opinion, you should find a more serious project, unless you treat it as an experiment and a place to gain experience.
