In this scenario - solar farm is a long lasting investment that does not belong to government and not regulated by government. This is what we put once and don't have any expenses in future - it has at least 20 years warranty period for photovoltic panels. Batteries is the weak point, but it require our attention once a year.
In our whitepaper - there is a price for one solar cluster in there.  Its around 50k by market price. But i can tell you, that S9  is not the ideal for mining - we  are working on researches how to combine immersion cooling with rigs to make it slimmer for immersion cooling bath. Regarding ASICS - a week ago BITMAIN started to sell B3 for BYTOM. Power consumption of this model is 360 Watts!!! And in our mining model we also look forward  to see new mining equipment. If you want to tell that its expensive to arrange supply miners from sun power - yes equipment is not cheap. But benefits from its usage for obvious than a normal electric grid. This is a long play. And we believe in future of green power. Plus dont compare retail prices for photovoltic off-grid systems and wholesale. Its cheaper than you think. For example our supplier gives us price for 20kWt off-grid solar farm less than 10k. . .

This means - now we have MVP with 50 kWt power supply, and after ICO - we will have more. More detailed info could be found in our whitepaper.

There will be some extra benefits for token holders - for example our TPO(Third-Party Operation) model - after we will start sales of clusters, we will charge cluster owners by 20% monthly fee for our decenteralized platform and AI mining software. Each token holder will also get 20% of our 20% revenue from it and clusters sales profit. Thats briefly, this is financial model of TPO.

91% of collected will go to increase our solar and mining power. 9% its operational costs such as software development, researches for new solar  mining clusters technology improvement.

We considering that opportunity now. We already started the project. Slowly-slowly we are increasing our clusters. ICO crowdfunding is for quick growth of the project and yes we do except fiat now. With serious investor we are ready to meet and talk about special conditions.

Global idea is to make mining independent from the external power sources. Plus there is another idea that doesn't let us sleep well at night . Its the idea to help poor villages in Africa for example. Once the project will be fulfilled - i'm 100% sure that we will make a voting with our investors to create a charity found from our income  and to produce once a month or two some clusters for free so people could live normally in different sunny but poor regions of mother Earth. We'd like to say some words about electricity pricing and add here some analitics:

Photovoltaic is the fastest-growing renewable energy source, a re ec on of the decline of module prices – from $76 USD per Wa peak (Wp) in 1977 to $0.35 USD in 2017. This collapse in prices was initially driven by technological improvements and then accelerated as a result of attractive feed-in tariffs, economies of scale and Chinese competition. Meanwhile, feed-in tariffs followed the drop in module prices: 1 kWh of PV energy generated earned $0.40 USD in 2005, while it currently earns $0.08 USD/ kWh in most OECD countries. Beginning in the planet’s sun belt, country after country reached grid parity in the last couple of years, i.e. solar power became as cheap as power from the grid (production cost + transport and levies). This process has gone even further. In India, Chile and the Middle East, PV plants get paid as little as $0.03 to $0.04 Cents (USD) per kWh generated, which is only a slightly more than the price of dirty coal power.

Its actually up to investors mind. If you'll buy now - you will get bonuses - some extra tokens. If you buy it later - probably the price on exchange may rise or get down so to be 100% sure in profit - better to buy now!
And i also need to explain? as its an often question - why in our website its still 0 funds collected ) Its all because of smart contract deployment. It will start to work on pre ico on 1st of May. Now sales a going in private mode - manual. Thats the answer why its still zero on the website.

Yes unsold tokens will be burned. Plus from reserve fund each month we are going to buyback some quantity of our tokens from exchanges where we will list it and burn for higher liquidity purpose.

We are now working on application. But application now is irrelevant - its just a user friendly bonus for clusters owners just to be sure that everything goes by plan, to check the stability of mining or just to verify different circuits and units such as batteries or resource of energy that left in the batteries at night time.
And answering the next question below - are we the same as one company that posted similar project in ANN - the answer is we are similar but !!! the previous company have no their own photovoltic farms - we do!!! the other company just sells mobile units - we don't sell.We invest in our hardware, mining and researches how to make mining even more profitable. We are going to sell our Solar Clusters but in future. We wrote about it in our Whitepaper. We have our piece of land, our own solar farms, our own technology of energy keeping and our own blockchain solutions for spreading around the world. We are completely autonomous and don't depend on any local authorities. So the answer is we are different.
