Ну, а обычным людям чтобы не пропустить старт ракеты нужно только закупиться по максимуму и подождать 4-5 месяцев. Я думаю, никто не сомневается, что после принятия ETF цена на биткоин поднимется как минимум до 10000$, а вместе с ним взлетит цена и на все остальные монеты на рынке.
