As a Bitshares user for over 4 years now, easydex provides a few things that bitshares wallet doesnt have, i feel it to be an extremely user friendly decentralized wallet/exchange, and theyre main goal is to provide easy use of a decentralized exchange. But im going to point out a few things which i have noticied and it might also catch your attention. -The password recovery tool, which could have saved me from losing my main account a few years back, has some pros and cons as well. The pros: Well you cant lose your account, or you gotta be wayy too disorganized. The cons: Easydex has a copy of your password, i mean so does poloniex bittrex binance etc etc. But as a security freak this may not always be attractive to the user, to solve that though, you can just simply opt-out of having a password recovery. -The simplified version of bitshares wallet. Like guys, if you want mass adoptation of this stuff, you want to make software that is EASY to use, and that even that one guy who knows nothing about crypto can understand! Big thumbs up on that end EASYDEX. -You dont even have to create a new bitshares account you can just log in with your bitshares details, how awesome is that! -EasyDex has a a shareholder token!! Ok, all of you guys use exchanges right, theres a few right? How can all of these exchanges be sustainable? FEES! Yes! FEES! They take fees everywhere, and thats how theyre business model is sustainable, so its proven to work. Now if you hold the shareholder tokens (easydex.pb on bitshares wallet) you get a 50% cut on ALL incoming gateway deposits and withdraws! If the exchange system is proven to be profitable, than shit i want a cut, im getting these tokens. -The Dev team is extremely dedicated! Well known community members that have also been involved in other communities (Whaleshares as an example) Well those are just some things id like to share for those who want to learn a bit more about this, thought id save you the time on the research.  -Cheers Chunky is right. Most exchanged make a large percentage of their revenue on the fees collected. They do not make the money trading or lose the money trading. FEEs FEEs. With the massive amp not of crypto that will soon to be transferred across these gateways this is a great opportunity to hodl a share in EasyDex. If they make it and you believe in the devs, why wouldntt you want a piece of Kraken or Poloniex or Bitstamp?? |

If you are buying it in the ICO, minimum investment is 25 USD. If you are buying it via BitShares DEX, you can invest any amount. Correct on bitshares you can buy lower than the minimum....OR mre than the maximum  I heard its higher on. other exchanges than buying from the ico It is, i was talking about mainly if someone didn’t want to spend the minimum they could just buy a few to be involved. |

Pros are: - It's easy to Buy
- It's comparatively a little cheaper.
Cons are: - It affects the soft/hard cap to achieve sooner.
- The money poured into SMOKE goes to marketplayers and not Devs.

You have the right concerns. Out of the total fees revenue collected, 50% goes to the team and 50% towards the token holders. This is shared in Bitshares or other cryptocurrency. This allows you to have a small amount of portfolio. Once the exchange volume grows up, you’re income from holding the token gets bigger as it can be. Spending that revenue is what you choose. There will not be a big dump. They are not giving it out in their currency. It’s in other cryptocurrency. Correct, the way I see it is you are investing in this exchange. You are going to be holding part of the exchange with this token (considering many of the exchanges make most of their money off fees) and gaining income from the market fees. This wll be important considering once the volume grows this will be substantial. Considering much of the revenue are coming from the fees you are investing in the exchange by holding these tokens and will be able to reap the rewards as the revenue grows. |

same here, i think i will use smoke for privacy, thats one of the reasons that i buy smoke, and also cause of low supply, and bounty system, and active devs, and community, its a good sign, when there is a active community& devs So smoke is out of ico on?? monday??? there will be main net relese also? What do you guys thinks will make the SMOKE network money?
On the last page of the whitepaper it states that the smoke network is not focused on profit. How are they going to sustain the brand itself?
Or is it all through decentralization, and we as the great community keep it as great and better than it already is?
That's why they are holding an ICO. The brand will sustain the same way like any other coin. How does BTC, LTC or any other coin sustain themselves while they didn't have even premine or ICOs. Thank you for answering. I just thought about it as a social media platform. Facebook and so on makes money from ads. I do not know, but I would suggest they get some brand deals with major companies (if they have not done that already) BTC sustains itself by the market, but SMOKE is different. there is no social media platorm running on btc, but on SMOKE we have the SMOKE network. Do not confuse SMOKE with Facebook or any other social media company. Smoke is NOT a company. It's a decentralized open source project that anyone can contribute to. SMOKE is crowdfunded via ICO. Money raised via ICO goes to development, marketing etc. It depends on what how companies can be of any help to SMOKE. For example, EasyDex was providing an integral solution to the SMOKE network that would add value in future, hence the partnership. If there's any other company/project that adds value to SMOKE, I am sure will be considered. SMOKE, will run the same way as steemit. You can have your own social media network on the smoke too. Just like we have busy.org, steepshots etc. Anyone can have a frontal layer for smoke.network. Agreed. do not compare any of these open sources decentralized platforms to facebook lol |

EasyDex made it so much easier opening an account in two options, both with password recovery options incase anything happens in future. I have created accounts using both and I must say this is the next big exchange platform.

Yes you are right it's a great exchange, with Easydex everyone can open an account in a minute. It's pretty easy. I love this exchange. I just figured this out but if you want to be able to withdraw you will need to get verified to withdraw any fiat. You can deposit up to 5k a month but withdrawing you have to get verified. Rules are Rules I suppose |
