MZC hitting a nice low point @136 Satoshi, ready to sell more to break it or load up and run it high?
Great call. Explosion by the end of this weekend. Will settle just below 280.

Is Scrypt the best way to mine this coin with GPU?
Skein, Qubit, and Groestl are also very good. You can see the estimated coins per scrypt mh and calculate it from how many GPUs you are running here: http://myriad.theblockexplorer.com/Thanks a lot! But, my question really is, I don't know what my 2.5 MH Scrypt Rig gets in MH when doing Groest for example. I don't know if my question is clear, for example on Scrypt-N I get 1.1 MH from the same 2.5 MH Scrypt RIG. Here is the info in case anyone else wants to see it as well: GPU & Scrypt ASIC:Coins/Scrypt MH: 1018.0371999305 = 0.00524 BTC/Scrypt mh/day (cgminer) GPU Only:Coins/Scrypt MH: 634.70997664325 = 0.00326 BTC/Groest mh/day Coins/Scrypt MH: 908.35054659959 = 0.00466 BTC/Skein mh/day Coins/Scrypt MH: 1062.9755392534 = 0.00545 BTC/Qubit mh/day (sgminer) SHA 256 ASIC:Coins/Ghash (SHA): 13.964714013937 = 0.072 BTC/Terra Hash SHA256/ Day (cgminer)

Anyone else want to help CRUSH this once and for good? Lets bring this down to 50 Satoshi.
|
|
|
We need to push this coin back to 50 Satoshi. Massive selling is needed. Lets crush this so we can load up on it again one more time.
|
|
|
Ok, here is the plan !
I will go on every exchange where RUP is trading and buy all the sell orders. Pump the coin, crate some hype around the coin, and then you guys can make good money.
Are you guys in ?
IF you dont do it, then someone else will and take the profits. That's exactly how its done. NOW if we all hang in there and don't get greedy and dump, the coin will actually be popular and get very strong. If a few of us start selling then it becomes a dump and pump deal so the point is to buy slowly and move it up, ALL OF US have to participate.

I was just going to post the same message, thanks for support. I don't understand why so few people use p2pool. Anyway, i put some of my rigs back to help the node. 70% of the qubit hash is on the myr.nonce-pool.com, that's not nice to have all this power centralized. Don't forget everyone can make a p2pool node for qubit with this source code: https://github.com/linked67/p2pool-myrqExcellent point to make again. Pool owners won't like it but it's the truth. Pool owers can build a p2pool node too Since i have switch back most of my rigs to qubit p2pool, we have a better "Expected time to block". It was near 10h and it's around 3h now. With 50 or 100Mh/s more (10 or 20 r9280x), we should be around 1h to find a block. Is Scrypt the best way to mine this coin with GPU?

Coin died?
No, this is one of those sleeper coins, the ones you find out about AFTER its gone up 10x. You know like MINT did once long time ago or BC did last week. Its actually a good coin in my opinion with a great name and logo. Once it gets traction it should be a nice 1000+ Satoshi coin.

Now we are getting some action here.
A 1.1 BTC buy will raise the market up to 500. This is extremely thin market now. Where are the investors?

Completed the setup of a kick-ass fast and reliable FlutterCoin mining pool. Start now and visit http://flutter.speedminer.org to create an account, setup a worker and start mining. Will be thinking of some rewards for early registrations. First need some folks on there to get things started. Running on a super charged server (dual SSD disks and 32GB RAM) to ensure smooth mining and a very stable experience!!!Here are the features: - Stratum - Auto payouts (PROP) - Pool fee of 0.8% (in return we offer a stable platform and good support) - Payouts checked every minute - Low latency You can visit our pool here: http://flutter.speedminer.orgAny feedback / suggestions are greatly appreciated. Please post all your comments on this board.
Our first block was just confirmed. Made a payout of 4,473 FLT to a single miner. Update on our giveaway! We decided to prolong the time, but in addition, we'll also double the amount of users who will receive a bonus payout. This way more users are rewarded for mining with us. The top 20 block finders until 17/04 will each be given an additional 100 FLT each. You can visit our pool here: http://flutter.speedminer.orgVery stable pool. Steady payouts checked every minute, Payout after 112 confirms (lower then other pools). How is this :kick-ass" when all it is is annoying? The entire EDIT ACCOUNT is locked up. The emails don't arrive. 10 minutes no email. WTF. Am I supposed to sit here and keep hitting refresh? Its not like I have a choice to RESEND the email either. This whole locking of account is seriously flawed. I have not been able to sign up for any new pools since this whole crap started.

First you say "This is truly a good coin with a great name" Now you're saying kill this coin. You should really stop contradicting yourself Netcoin is here to stay
NETCoin is here to be traded. It is a good coin to trade. That what a currency is good for. Not an investment. Now its the time to crush NET to sub 50 Satoshi levels by selling it hard. Then you accumulate and rise it up to 300 one more time. Kapeesh? lol yes "newbie with <0.0xxx BTC balance!" show em how tis done Haha thats an old note, but I'm keeping it. Of course I am much richer now in BTC but I make a lot less daily than the value of BTC drops haha so I mine daily and every day my net worth in BTC goes south, well since March 1st at least.

I was part of a startup IT company that thought it would be genius to sponsor an Indy Car race about a decade ago. It resulted in zero leads, and zero buzz.
The DOGE sponsoring of the Olympic team didnt even make it to their shirt or their sleigh but the whole world heard about it and pushed DOGE up from 20 Satoshi to 300 Satoshi. We will see how this goes, for now its just accumulation at low prices. I dont want to log in and see DOGE trading at 150 Satoshi and I regret not getting in sooner. That happened to me with BC. Wont happen again. Once traing gets thin, this could fly quick. Just like for example NET can go up almost 100% with only 1 BTC investment. Or go up 50% with only 0.31 BTC. In the same manner but larger scale DOGE could rise but it will not give anyone a chance to get in.

Doge has lost his Wow, at least for now. The market looks like it will lose at least 25% more......much sorry.
This is what the manipulators do, they dump a blunch of their coins, pushing the price down, once they see a lot of sell orders built up by super shaky investors then they sweep up all the coins and push the price up. Did you see BC today?

GPUs always will win. ASIC just battle each other and burn your wallet. GPUs innovate and change moving forwards.
OK but realistically, how many people are still using GPUs to mine Bitcoin? Oh right. The problem is whether you like the idea or not, once ASICs enter the market in full force, GPU mining will be limited to asic-resistant coins. Its actually exactly the opposite. Once ASICs for Scrypt are everywhere, then there will be very limited Scrypt coins that come out. The ASIC holders will have to battle it out among the 50 something Scrypt coins. The GPU miners will have many options, as you can see right now there are numerous candidates presented to replace Scrypt already, x11 and Scrypt-N being the two most popular ones. Those who bought the $10,000 ASIC Scrypt wont even be able to mine x11 which is ASIC "friendly". Scrypt-N may take years for ASICs to take over. Thats why ASICs lose 80% to 90% of their value. GPUs lose 20% of their value.

.... I have over 100k myself, most which I bought at 3000 satoshis before the price rise to 60000 satoshi last fall. It's nothing, if you were a Bitcoin and Litecoin early adopter.
BS. Why do you have to lie so hard? The lowest DGC was EVER TRADED in history is 3,000 Satoshi on 11/18/13 probably a few minutes or low volume not even 100k in DGC. Chances of you being the person who bought them at that price are almost certainly zero. Why the F do you brag about something you actually have not done? Its funny that you act all HUMBLE too, saying "It's nothing" [for you], [no big deal] like that 70 BTC you "almost" had for a few minutes on Dec 15th, 2013, is NOTHING to you. I bet the greedy you didnt even cash out. This kind of bragging language with a mountain of BS behind it seriously bugs me on this forum.

Im mining this with Scrypt getting about 0.004 BTC/day/MH.
Does anyone know what the difference would be if I were to switch to another mining algo?

Based on the current difficulty the lowest sale price you should set is 0.00002500 BTC per RUP.
This is important to know about coins with high spread and light trading.
