Hi...
Well the lack of stability, lower then expected payouts, are making me move my operation elsewhere... The lack of comunication with the miners are also worth noticing... for 3% of fee i expected a lot more support and ofc stability...
Until all this crap is sorted out i will stay out of middlecoin...

Hi Guys!
I have been reading the posts and the replys of the Operator of the pool. I might say im impressed with his support on the questions and adding / fixing stuff to the pool.
I have currently a mini-farm pointed to MiddleCoin with a good success rate of earnings. What can i expect if i move my operation to this pool?
How are the earnings currently?
I like this kind of support, and a much better and fair fee.
Thanks in advance...

Hi guys...
It seems the rejects keeps growing and growing... This is becaming pretty troublesome...
I think this is server related and dificulty related...
Because my time is money, and with rejects im wasting power and computation, i will start migrating part of my farm to waffle...
I think h20 is pretty sloppy and amadorish... I donīt understand all those problems... Also... why so many beta servers? Why not create a good and stable server, then move to the next... and so on...
I sure hope this all gets sorted out, because i really like when the payouts come with a lot of $$$.
Best Regards,
LPC

Updated my middlecoin watcher (again ) Added now: 3 hour MH/s average Selectable exchangerates (MtGox, BTC-E, Bitstamp, LocalBitcoins) Interface for settings (wallet id, currency and exchange rates ) In development: Hashrate watcher with email notification. (to begin with) Payouts graph with btc/MH Any wishes or bugs just send me a pm. Hi! Nice work! Does it work with other pools? (like waffle?). Another question, is the page auto-updated? LPC

Welll...
Im being mining on MiddleCoin for sometime now, but the instability on the servers is killing my profit.
I may give a shot on this pool... I currently have a mini-farm of Systems... My question is...
Is any advantage of Waffer to Middle? If so, are the payments made in the same way?
What about support? I hate the lack of information of H20...

Hi Taco! Any news on a new version?
I have tested the CGWatcher like i told ya, but i find it too deep and complex, i did like the interface and graphics, but in the end i found that it was way too complex for my taste.
I do like the simplicity of the GUIMiner.
If you could add the possibility of:
- Making GUIMiner Start with windows (i have to manually do it on the startup folder) - Ability to auto-restart the miners with various modes of restart and situations (like CGwatcher have for exemple) - Ability to restart de Windows from time to time or in a event of failing of restart all miners. - ability of second pool (without using the flags), put a space for a secondary pool, but if the main gets online, to revert to it...
Like i told you im no programmer, but i do like what ppl like you do, to make life of others easier... And so, i will reward you with some cryptocoin if you:
a) Donīt give up on the program b) Use a new mining software (there is another with a lot of fixes for 290(s) users c) Add new and usefull features to the aplication, without creating a too complicated or hard to use aplication.
With my best regards,
LPC

I wish I had time to add more features, however MC2 (which I work on voluntarily, for free) and my graduate program takes up most of my time right now.
The github repo is available in the first post if anyone wants to fork it and play with it. However, the code is messy and it'll probably be difficult to work with.
As GPU scrypt mining will also be obsolete in about 3-6 months because of ASICs, I also don't have a huge incentive to update the program.
Thanks for the recent tips everyone. I appreciate them.
Hi Taco! Thanks for replying me... I understand your lack of time, but donīt be so sure ASIC will take GPU mning by storm on the scrypt field... Even if the chinese Asic chips from gridseed come our way, they are far low performing to be a real pack... Maybe when gen 2 or 3 from Asic comes, we will see the downfall of the gpu mining... Please dont give up on this program... These features might be somewhat easy to integrate (i donīt really know im no programmer)... Me and more ppl will reward you if you add these features! With my best Regards, LPC

Hi Taco...
Any news on a new version?
I like GUIminer a lot, but some lacking features will make me move to CgWatcher soon...
Features like...
- Time delayed after app starts to run the miners (for 10 or more seconds for exemple) - Auto-Retry on connection errors - Programable reboot windows timer - Auto-Restart miners after drop on hash power - Auto-Restart miners on timer - Missing field for secondary pool if main fail or vice versa
I hope this can be integrated on the program, they are all important features...
Best Regards,
LPC

I have a question , i have 2 rig's can i use same BTC address for bouth? Thanks!
Hi! Yes you can... it will combine the hash power! LPC

Hi! Another day... Another great payout! Semus must smile at me! LPC

|

Hi!... Welll what a payout!!! If all days where like this we all would be rich in notime... I got no ilusions.. but my pocket is very happy today!!! LPC

Today is the DAY!!!... Look at that graphic!!! Go go MiddleCoin! Im out to get on hell of a payout!! main Graphic allready in 350 BTC... We are allready getting to MARS! Good job H20! LPC

Hi! For me this pool is working great...
All my payouts are what i expected.. Even today i got my highest payout to date...
I will add another rig pretty soon to up my hasrate to 5, but so far H20 is doing his job well. I would like to see a little more comunication here and on twitter, because when we do not respond, invariably we will feed the trools.
As for the pauses on the graphics, normally they will resume and correct itself (the payout line is corrected), so no worries, nobody is stealing our cryptos!
I think 1024 might be too high, creating more stalled blocks then 512. I read that was a temp. fix for the server situation... Please revert to 512 when possible.
Doge coins are also being stored for later sell, thats why the unexchanged is so high... Choosing the best time to sell them at a profit is allways tricky... But for me, keep going MiddleCoin, and put some money on my pocket!
I wanīt to get rich before 50! LOL

Hi! Taco is doing a great job with this guiminer... I just with the new version have the following additions... - Auto-Restart miners if mining on one of the miners drops to X Hash - Auto-Reboot Windows programable, (from X to X time) - Second line to put a secondary pool if the main one gets offline for some reason. (and the reverse if the secondary gets offline but the primary is online). For me these 3 features are essencial, for and nice alternative to cgwatch for exemple... Can it be done? I will send you some crypto if you make it happen! Best Regards, LPC

DOGE DOGE DOGE...
h20, put the batteries pointed to doge mining, and lets all get some good bucks!
Best regards,
LPC
If you just want to mine doge, there are better pools out there. If doge is the most profitable coin, we'll hit it. In theory. Hi i donīt want to mine in another pool, i donīt have the time to keep checking, mining, selling, converting, etc... I like this pool because is hassle free... I mine i get payed! I like that... Im just asking H20 to keep the heads up on that... If he is using some kind of software the sees and compares the profitability of the coins, the pool should automaticly change to DOGE at some point. This hole process should be explained... I donīt care about the details, just the overview of the "most profit pool" idea... For me it could work like this... Software analises and compares coins, see a rising on one coin could do some predicting algorithm to check if will goo with some data is possibile to do that... And change the pool to that coin for as long its profitable... The selling is more tricky... If the coin stops rising in price, should be kept in "storage" to sell later or sell on the moment the rising stops? I donīt know how its done really... Maybe the pool mine more then one coin at the same time... explaining why ppl with the same hash power, recieves diferent payouts... I would really like to understand how the process works... And how the unexchanged is correlated to the "storage" of less profitable coins... Best Regards, LPC

Still having shares stop submitting after ~20 minutes like clockwork. No actual freeze with cgminer, just shares no longer get submitted at all, even as it continues to hash away.
Is no one else experiencing this? It's not on my end, I ruled out pretty much every variable, tried different versions of cgminer, et al. Something had to have changed server side, and it affects uswest, useast, and eu at the least (I didn't try asia). Tried a different address- same deal.
Meanwhile testing on other pools and it's fine. Hashcows for instance has no issues as far as this symptom goes.
I saw that someone on twitter has the same issue. How many people are experiencing this? Do you get rejected shares, or cgminer just stops submitting them? Edit: Could it be an issue with having a difficulty of 1024? Did it happen at the same time as that change, or later? Well im actually also having some abnormal Stale... Maybe 1024 is too high? Giving away to a lot of rejects to slower hash processing... Try to lower to 512 if you can, i will double the work on the server side, but it could "fix" this situation. Best Regards, LPC
