Yes. In a good market condition, that is very possible. Not only ETH but also all the coins are down now. So when the market goes up all these coins including ETH can reach their previous highest prices again.

Market is not looking healthy yet. It looks like the market is still in a down trend. We can't see any upward momentum sign yet. Let's keep hopes that before the end of this year we will able to see some nice bullish run.

I just don't rely only on ratings on any rating site. Because those ratings are not 100% true. So what I do is, I take a look at the project, similar projects and look at the progress of the token sale. If everything look good, then I start investing on it.

If the market recover and goes up like last year, then $200 will be a nothing for NEO. Surely it will reach that level again.

You better to learn some basics about trading first. Learn about charts, how they behave, about candlesticks, support and resistant etc. When you have a good knowledge then start trading. You will be able to get good profits
