Selling your coin after listed on exchange depends on strength of the token if you see that it is utility coin that will be useful for other things after ICO you can keep or if if the market favour you while are you still waiting? Go and sell it.

To my own believe I market will definitely recover but it is not now it will take some time very soon. My suggestion is that we should continue holding our coin but if you don't believe in the recovery just go and trade it.
