81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold or sell ? on: July 24, 2018, 06:48:13 PM
It's absolutely up to you, but you should also know that all coins are not the same, they've got different potentials and development.. If the idea is a long term investment, then you should hold even though the price continues to dip... You should evaluate the profit you're most likely to make in the long run.. I have a strict policy of not selling, rather I invest more on coins with potentials because my target is the future which I know very well that the market will go up definitely.. Panic and fear leads to loses while patience leads to profit.. Do not panic because of the fluctuations of the market currently.. Be patient and you'll see the effectiveness in the long run.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in the bright future of Crypto? on: July 23, 2018, 07:09:07 PM
The fluctuations of the crypto market is absolutely  normal as almost everything in life is not always stable... I still very much believe in the future of cryptocurrency despite the fact that the market is currently not encouraging. In times like this, you have to learn to become a holder rather than a trader. Day by day, there are different projects, world renowned organisations etc who shape their structures on crypto., believe me, the financial future of this planet would be cryptocurrency dependent  and I'm not ready to give my future up for peanuts. Patience is KEY.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell? on: July 23, 2018, 02:14:42 PM
One of the biggest quality of an investor is having the ability to read and understand how the market works and relate it to its current state. We all know the more people dump tokens the more the price of that token falls. The market might be down for sure but that doesn't mean it'll remain down forever.. In order to have good profits, it's advisable to hold for asking as the market goes market. Patience is key and a good profit is worth waiting for. Hodl..
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% OF ALL AIRDROPS ARE SCAMS!!!!! on: July 23, 2018, 08:31:12 AM
As much as I would like to agree with you, I'd rather say "most airdrops are scam" but not all. 90% of airdrops IMO are scan as I believe there are still good and legit airdrops out there too but it takes a whole lot of research, study and intuitions to get to know them. Airdrops with Sign Message KYCs are all scam, as it enables then the opportunity to have total access to your wallets. Very recently I got my wallet compromised via airdrops and lost all my valuable assets. Beware of airdrops!!!!
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is burning of unsold tokens is good for ICO???? on: July 21, 2018, 04:09:47 PM
Burning of unsold token is absolutely good for a project. It increases the value of that token. When unsold tokens a burnt, it reduces the supply of that coin hereby causing an increase in the demand of that particular coin which automatically brings an increase in price in the long run.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: All Airdrops and Bounty campaigns are a scam on: July 21, 2018, 08:04:29 AM
Not all airdrop/bounty programmes are scam, but recently, majority of them probably are. Beware of airdrops with KYCs, especially one that involves "sign in message", 95% of such airdrops are scam. Do not just go about participating in every airdrop you come across, if you do, then you risk being scammed. Try to be selective, do your own screening and researches about the project, don't depend too much on whitepapers because scam projects have good whitepapers too.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold your coins in multiple wallets on: July 20, 2018, 09:17:06 AM
Losing most of my valuable tokens just recently make me realise the danger of storing all assets in on wallet. It happened like magic and that experience has open my mind to not take the risk of placing all my assets in one wallet anymore.. No matter how well you believe you can protect your wallet, there are still undetectable phishing links out there. Splitting your assets in multiple wallets ensures that when one wallet is compromised, you don't have the fear of losing all your assets...
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are. You leaving crypto? on: July 19, 2018, 03:26:19 PM
No!! I believe so much in cryptocurrency, I see big future for crypto and I wanna be part of it. Things like prices might not be encouraging right now but the future is the bigger picture and it's worth risking anything on. Dump, dump and dump are the reasons why crypto currency have experienced a massive fall in price recently. Invest, HODL and believe in crypto because sooner rather than later, crypto will start ruling the world and you'd regret you gave up too soon.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: July 19, 2018, 09:25:26 AM
Absolutely true. Bitcoin happens to be so far the foundation of all cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin embodies all altcoins. The price dependent of altcoins on bitcoin is absolutely normal as bitcoin embodies all cryptocurrency and ethereum is no exception. When the price of bitcoin increases, that of ethereum all other coins increases too and vice versa. I think, until there's equal stability and independence of strong altcoins such as ethereum, they'll continue to depend on bitcoin...
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge for Newbie on: July 18, 2018, 01:13:19 PM
The crypto world/market is very broad that I'll say everyone is probably a learner because we tend to meet and get new knowledge and ideas everyday. But as someone who is just being introduced to crypto, I'll say learning the basics and taking every stage step by step will be the best thing to do. Make researches, talk to people who are older than you in the game, know the risks and the benefits, how it works, etc. As a newbie, you don't have to jump straight into investing, doing airdrops for a start is also a good idea, then you can add bounties, learn trading, etc. before you think about investing, and gradually you'll grow into a big time crypto enthusiast.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For Bounty Hunters (Do You Have Time to Read the ICO Whitepaper? on: July 18, 2018, 07:55:21 AM
IMO, reading the whitepaper does not always help the Hunter avoid being scammed by scam projects. Scam projects are probably the once with a well constructed and decent whitepapers out there. But, YES! I read whitepapers of ICOs before I invest my time in them, I don't rely on my referees intuitions because we all have different ways understanding things especially how technical the whitepaper is. I read, make my own researches and follow my instincts on whether to invest my time in that bounty.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop !! is it worth it ! on: July 17, 2018, 05:46:11 PM
YES!!It is indeed very possible to earn cash from airdrops. Airdrops are probably the easiest means of making money in crypto as you're only required to complete a few social media task and you're given a token in return. It also takes very little of your time. The truth is, not all all airdrops are legit and at the end you might end up wasting your time on something irrelevant or at worse get scammed. Building your crypto asset on airdrops is also not the best way to go. You might earn cool cash but that'll be minimal if you aim big. Doing bounties is exactly what you need to invest your time on. But, hey, a whole Lotta people have made a whole Lotta cash from airdrops.
93  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the risk necessary to make a big profit? on: July 15, 2018, 09:11:42 PM
As the saying goes, take risks in life, if you win you can lead  and if you lose you can guide,  but don't take the biggest risk of all, not taking risks.. To be successful in all aspects of life, one has to take risks and there is no exception  to that rule in the crypto world, as a matter of fact, the more you risk the more your chances of winning big,  as crypto itself is built upon risk taking., The biggest advice though, is that don't risk more than you can afford to lose.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it my impression or media is biased towards bad news ? on: July 14, 2018, 09:26:35 AM
This, literally applies to almost every aspect of our day to day activity as that's the reputation the media has earned over the years - negativity. There are two sides to it depending on how the viewer chooses to react to the news., but isn't that basically the purpose of the media?to keep the society updated and in turn get their own benefits?? An individual is more likely to buy a newspaper with a topic "why bitcoin keeps falling everyday" than to buy one with "bitcoin rises by 2%".. Generally, negative news pull more attention compared to the good ones, so the media might see updating negative news always, as a means to an end.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Blockchain Survive Without Bitcoin on: July 14, 2018, 09:07:20 AM
Definitely it will. It can never be argued that bitcoin is perhaps the biggest of the foundations on which blockchain is built upon, But, over the years there have been lots of different project being built upon the blockchain tech, making it an individual powerhouse of its own comprising of different crypto projects, probably as strong as bitcoin but not as popular. So even if bitcoin falls eventually, I strongly believe that blockchain will stand firm..
