Guys, big conspiracy theory, but what if very important people, with big money, invested in ASIC, didn't want this coin to succeed?
I mean, at least delay all this until they can effectively get money back on Litecoin before most people start moving out of it?
They probably know that once this one is a big success, other clones will follow, making it worse for them.

they were hacked. and after 3 days mining with my CPU stil got nothing  overall more then 5000 accepted ( several pools ) what is this for coin ? cpu mining is dead for now. |

Dear Verters,
I'm not worried about the current price, as I already made quite a potential profit from it (and I'm a HOLDER, this is just the beggining, or so I want to believe anyway),
But I was just wondering about the volumes. It has been close to 8 hours on Cryptsy where there is absolutely ZERO consolidation of trades, with no buy walls and no sell walls at ALL.
This really feels like only bots are trading with themselves, and this spouts this nonsense.
Could anyone more experienced please enlighten me?

guys I might have a stupid question here... if the coin is ASIC resistant (and I understand why) then how is one guy, doing 226MH? I mean thats sick, at least 450 to 500MH normal scrypt.. x500 R9 290x farm ? for real ?
Yes, why not? what's impossible? maybe its not possible cuz no scrypt asic's yet? if you dont think so im waiting for proof's some. |

Help please. I have been trying to mine vertcoin for a day now and it shows that I'm not even mining but when I look at my screen I see:  This is the command I'm using: timeout /t 30

Did you download the modified cgminer/vertminer for Vertcoin? I'm expecting you'll see about 1/2 those hash rates when you make the switch. I did download the modded cgminer/vertminer but with the same command, the miner wouldn't even start? can you tell what gpu's you got? |
