How do you suggest they do that? Wouldn't it require a human to watch all those videos for approval? I imagine it would takes weeks or months to approve videos with a backlog. If people don't mind publishing and waiting for weeks, it might work. I'd go back to youtube if I had to wait.

My money is on thesnat21 to be able to make a GPU miner for BBP. He solved the riddle of the BLE headers and made a GPU for that.

I'm sure this will be an unpopular opinion, but since we are apparently getting rid of PODC, it might be a good time to take another look at the rewards distribution. I'm thinking that we take some of the podc rewards, and double the charity amount to 20%. Crazy, I know, but follow me here:

BBP prides itself as only contributing to charities that are 75% efficient (75% of funds pass through to those in need). But as a charity, look at us. We are 10% efficient. I've had people ask me before, "wouldn't it just be better to donate to Compassion, where 75% of funds reach orphans, instead of 10% through BBP?" If anyone knows how I should reply to this type of question. I'm all ears.

Now I know BBP isn't just strictly a charity, so it's not reasonable to have 75% efficiency here. At the same time, how much patting ourselves on the back should we have, when 4 times the rewards that go to orphans go back into our pockets as masternodes? (I admit my bias against masternodes).

I don't know the answers, but my heart says it should at least be brought forward. If we're no longer contributing to boinc crushing, we should find a way to use those rewards in a beneficial way. As always, just my opinion.

I don't see the error in what Dash announced. Their model seems totally different than BBPs. They are allowing Dash payments to be sent directly to people in need.  It's decentralized because there isn't a middle man. It's pretty innovative, as they've married teaching and using crypto with the charity work. So it's giving to people and encouraging their adoption of it at the same time. Smart. Maybe BBP can do something similar with debit cards?

I'm not sure how they could publish accountability before the feature's launch? Anyway, the models are so different. BBP takes rewards and distributes some of them to charity. Dash is allowing you or me to send payments directly as charity. How could they be accountable, when Dash isn't holding anything centrally?

What I don't get is, in a country where children only have 1-2 meals a day, how is it everyone has a phone to take Dash?

They're just little video devices, to let someone stream video. Roku is another one. But I would guess, that any of these devices, if they have a browser, would work for surfcoin. It's not doing anything particularly tricky on the browser end of things.

I don't use the smart TV with surfcoin. I use an Amazon Fire tv that's connected to the TV to mine. It's not a surfcoin issue, I just don't like the smart TVs. It seems all TVs sold here are smart these days.

I am surfing with one account and device. It happens when the second counter switches from 0 back to 300. Oddly, it doesn't increment the session coins, but it does add to the total coins.

I like the chat format of Discord. But if you want to communicate to all users, this thread is probably the place for that. At least that's how I see it.

I tested the Amazon Fire TV, using Firefox browser, and it let me in and is presently surfing. No Xbox here to test.
