Well played.

Thank you, I don't think we'll see $54 anytime soon, but maybe if BTC gets some positive press instead of negative who knows? Interesting times indeed between oil prices, precious metals prices, the greek economic situation, and of course QE2 ending soon.....

According to this.....a possibility of $54 per bitcoin in the near future. If this is true buying now in the mid 16's is a steal, I guess we'll find out. This is pretty nuts, $54?

I'm over my Alex Jones phase, too much fear mongering and profiting off of hyping up things every day. There is some truth to it, but a heavy portion of it's fear mongering to make profits off of people.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin will be bigger than The Bible on: June 28, 2011, 01:12:57 AM
Great thread title!

Bitcoin is the biggest threat to the pharisees, moneychangers, priests, and kings since Rabbi Jesus the Christ started up his little cult of heretics.

Stuff, in order of importance:

1. Big Bang
2. Bitcoin
3. Sex (tie)
3. Beer (tie)
4. Fire
5. Wheel
6. Internet (tie)
6. Nutella (tie)

You better switch 2 and 3 Wink
87  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin7 price on: June 28, 2011, 01:03:57 AM
Of the three exchanges I'm involved in Bitcoin7 has consistently had the lowest prices per bitcoin, and I think it's because of the low volume on the exchange, but that just presents more buying opportunities for people. Check the sig to sign up for bitcoin7.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Market Volatility on: June 28, 2011, 12:55:00 AM
I don't see any short term instability coming up, not if the Mt. Gox fiasco wasn't enough to take the price down under $10. It would take something pretty massive for that to happen.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin will be bigger than The Bible on: June 28, 2011, 12:30:07 AM
I love bitcoins, and the popularity will continue to go through the roof. If you haven't signed up to buy and sell bitcoins on exchange do it while the prices are still low and stable! Click either of the referral links below to get started!
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "How I Bought Lunch in Manhattan with Bitcoins" on: June 28, 2011, 12:11:57 AM
Sweet, we need more widely accepted bitcoin usage for purchases of everyday goods and services.
91  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: if i put a buy order in at $20...... on: June 28, 2011, 12:04:13 AM
I guess it depends on the market, mtgox has an explanation https://mtgox.com/support

This, it looks like you would get BTC at the lowest levels leading up to $20 until your order is filled. So you might get some for instance in the $17's.
92  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What would US Federal Reserve do with Bitcoin... on: June 27, 2011, 11:59:40 PM
figure out how to print more of them...

This, fuck the federal reserve. Precious metals and bitcoins are where my money's at.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: America is about to hit the toilet and probably with most of the world. on: June 27, 2011, 11:58:15 PM
I'm putting my money in precious metals and bitcoins. I've been stacking silver for a few months now, and look forward to silver dropping more so I can get in with even more physical, but I also like bitcoins quite a bit.
94  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7.com - Brand new exchange market! on: June 27, 2011, 11:55:39 PM
My Dwolla withdrawal EVER going to process?   If not, is there a way to cancel?

Wait, I thought there was no Dwolla access on BT7 right now?
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7 - Official letter, following first week of operation on: June 27, 2011, 01:58:05 AM
A question - on the BitCoin7 site it states that Dwolla withdrawals cost 0.25%. Is that correct? You're charging a percentage as opposed to the usual flat 25 cent rate? Or is that % sign a typo?

See https://www.bitcoin7.com/index.php?show=withdraw_funds

I'm seeing the same thing, what's going on here? I've been recommending people join BT7 and I'd like to be able to continue to do so without seeing transaction fee hikes etc. etc.
96  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does everyone feel now that mtgox is back up? on: June 27, 2011, 01:12:51 AM
Which is good, but you should look to diversify and trade in multiple exchanges in case something happens again like the Mt. Gox scenario. I would suggest Bitcoin7 and even Mt. Gox as things seem to be working well again now.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big name in Bitcoin Business on next MetaCo.in deal. Guess and win 500,000 uBTC! on: June 27, 2011, 01:06:36 AM
Bitcoin 7?

98  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: cant buy bitcoins easily? on: June 27, 2011, 12:27:11 AM
i send the money with good old mail and they added the amount. A bit down of course...

This is another good option, and it would be nice if bitcoin could be more easily accessed for the masses, but there is a little bit of legwork that needs to be done to get going. Nothing wrong with it, and it makes you work a little harder to get those BTC's Smiley
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goxed - 15:30 open on: June 26, 2011, 10:02:40 PM
Mark,

I'd love to believe in the $16.50 pricepoint, but I'm starting to see some large sell orders in the depth market chart appearing in the 16's and a massive sell for 2000+ at the $17 level. Should be interesting.....
100  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7.com - Brand new exchange market! on: June 26, 2011, 09:40:29 PM
Bitcoin 7 has the lowest priced BTC right now compared to Mt. Gox and Tradehill, you would think people would be trying to snatch up lower prices.
