Well hes paid 60 bitcoin in dividends in a few months. At this rate people will be paid back by the end of the year. I just think all of this is fucking crazy. And again most shares were bought with bitcoin at $400, and hes been paying out at $550 and $600...now $650. So this just seems like a big waste of time...for you. Every ponzi could pay out 1/3 of what they collect. Now you guys dont collect bitcoins from IPO anymore so you stop paying dividends, pretty obvious If you want to proof yourself you dont have any involvement in this scam you just post a screenshot you have bought coinpal shares with dates. He did it so he could get more coin on the 2nd round, he used the first round to buy personal miners. You can check Winterparkers post and follow that, he also I assume used the bitcoins to pay for and promote his fathers business illegally. Anyone who has suffered loss of business due to those fraud reviews can sue his father.
The most logic about Ryan G paying dividend to shareholders are that the 100.000 angel shares are sold to the previous investors. Americanbit and him were businesspartners before Coinpal. RyanG had lost 50 btc in trading with investors money that wasnt aloud. The 50 btc were bought for 10k worth with the price of 115 usd when the price was rising at high RyangG lost it. Americanbit then opened a thread asking advice if he should sued his best friend or not for having no contact anymore for couple weeks. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=326491.msg3502814#msg3502814 So later to now....the reason for this whole Coinpal securties was the cover up for the lost 50 btc. So they probably give their old investors 100k angel shares so that means they cant runaway from this project. They were a mining business with Americanbit so they had already some mining gears and probably bought more to get high yield of dividend. For the exchange switching site, i think they never had any developers work on it, it was only a fresh idea to build one. I think RyanG really estimate the bitcoin community, he might tho delaying an exchange site didnt bother everyone much if they keep paying dividend. But witht the investors pushing him to come witha exchange on deadlines everything suddenly change it to an hell for him/them. Plus Ryan Milligan started to calling them out as scam so everything went to nothing, thats why americanbit was soooo pissed on ryan milligan to fud this thread. That make sense now if they listed on cryptostocks on 21 march and paid 22th march 2.5 btc on dividend. So either they used selling shares to pay dividend or they already had mining gears before rasing the IPO. Anyway, he doesnt show up on this thread anymore because its already exposed, no audits, no developers. Every human that are accused wrongly will show up and defend themselve. Your defending wil only help you get your dividend back but who is gonna pay for the dividend? Obviously the new shareholders, so that means you rather let RyanG steal newcomers money to pay you litle back, that makes you also bad as him. Without riverboat we will have 500+ pages here and still no act, so he is doing a great job even if we dont get our money back. People should make their own choices by believing it or not and some do their own research after. Deleting post is worser then fud imo. Good luck with this coin, this was one of my favo coin but now i will watch it closely

1st,- Dev isnt coming back, he had logged in and didnt reply so thats already suspicous.
2nd- ppl think Dev might go silent to buy at lower and come back with great news later to pump the price up. Well you wrong, if he was kindly to give his minted pre coins to the community he wouldnt do this.

To many scamcoins this and last week and coins that got r.aped and left behind. I have to admit i was whoring myself jumping from coin to coin to make a quick buck but my eyes keep focus on Cloakcoin. They are the most legit coins from every scamcoin out there, not sure how long that last because we are in the bitcoin world. Everything is possible, so prepare for the worst case scenario.
Anyway buy Cloakcoin, make a quick buck!! There will be an update from the dev today or tomorrow. Buy and sell 90% to take profits, 10% leave it for the future!

Someone is really manipulating the share price. When the price slowly go up to 5200 someone dump it for cheap bring the price back down 4600 and slowly buy back again for more. I believe he buy most of his own shares back to keep it below 4800 |
