As shown below, we decided to stop responding to this person on this forum as we have publicly caught him lying twice. It is against our communication rules to entertain such behavior every time.

There is an ongoing effort with  arbitrator site CasinoGuru despite the player being uncooperative and very rude.

We are glad that, after continuous persuasion by both us and CasinoGuru, he eventually conducted the official passport verification offered by the Latvian government.

However, during the subsequent video verification call (which he refused to do until CasinoGuru intervened), he refused to show his passport. As a result we have to conclude the verification call as being not successful.

The documents so far we have received include:
- Passport photo and selfie
- Latvia official verification papers of the passport, which does not include any face image. The passport number and the name is a match;
- A video verification call that matches the face on the passport he provided to us

With this, we cannot rule out the possibility that he purchased the passport photo and selfie from the actual owner, and provided us with manipulated photos where the actual owner's face was replaced by his through editing software. And later, upon being requested to pass the official government verification, he again paid the actual owner to do it and sent over to us. This is all feasible given the fact that the Latvia government verification papers include no personal images. Just passport number and name.

We would need to connect this player's face with the official verification papers, and for now such a connection isn't warranted as he refused to show us the passport.

This is an ongoing investigation and we still look forward to a solution along with CasinoGuru.

Seeing your description, I believe what happened is most likely that your entire account been rejected by our sports betting provider. This has happened before.

Please note that we do not make decisions to reject bets or refuse to take bets from players, at least not at this time. Our sports betting provider does it on their end, and unfortunately there isn't much we can do about this. They maintain and constantly update certain blacklists with metrics that they won't disclose to us, and if some of your footprints hit a match in any of the blacklists, they will reject the entire account before you even place a single bet.

If you want to complete the withdraw wagering requirement as risk-free as possible, I would recommend wagering on our in-house Dice game. You can set the house edge/odds by yourself and easily complete the wagering requirement with minimal risk.

You are correct that you have to deposit and wager at least 5x of your deposit, which I have already reminded you of in this thread.

It's been clearly defined by our T&C:
5.10 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager 5x from the deposit amount.

Such clause is mandotary for crypto casinos given the fact that we operate on cryptos, an hard-to-trace asset class, plus that we have a provably fair, in-house Dice game that allows you to set the house margin yourself at a very low rate. Upon checking, your account has been banned due to the fact that you failed to provide KYC documents. It has been 17 days since the KYC request, and you still have not submitted the KYC documents yet. For procedural reasons, our Risk Management agents can't keep the case open forever (otherwise they would receive a penalty).
I will see what I can do but could you kindly explain why it took such a long time to prepare for KYC? Taking a selfie and taking pictures of your ID and utility bill is supposed to be a piece of cake and my colleague is gonna ask why.

Sorry we don't have time here to reply to every single question. A few points to make, though:

1. We as well thought an arbitrator is supposed to be well equipped to confirm or disapprove IDs and passports. AskGamblers is, and they have closed the case. But CasinoGuru is unfortunately not. That's why we need the assistance of some government agency who can verify the documents they issued. Thankfully, such service is available in Latvia.

2. A video conference can confirm many things but it won't help with fake physical documents, like a fake physical passport. We have to consider the fact that such fake documents are widely available on the black market and the dark web. Simply connect to Onion or Tor browser and you will agree with me. You can easily obtain a "passport" of Switzerland with $100 tops. (We are 100% against such activities!)

3. We still intend to have video conference for verification after the passport's legitimacy is verified officially. And this procedure applies to both abusers allegedly from Latvia on CasinoGuru - just some latest conversation not made public by CasinoGuru yet.

4. Posting the KYC analysis publicly is against our rules because it will inevitably reveal the name, the passport number, the face of the person and many other things. Censoring these parts won't work because if you do so, all the relevant analyzed parts will be removed.

We will try to keep you informed in the limited time available. And sorry that we are relatively busy over the last few weeks. We would deeply appreciate your understanding.

We have proposed to verify through the official verification service provided by Latvian government "Latvijas Notars". He agreed to do it. But we unfortunately found he is openly lying about how the service works.

It's been clearly stated by the official guide that the appointments are online. Please see the screenshots below.

Yet, he falsely claims "I have to go to Riga, I now live in Estonia." This is a blatant lie, because the appointments are online. He can perfectly complete the process remotely according to the official guide, and he is claiming he can't.

We are trying our best to get this verified through an official source so the public can perfectly understand what happened.

Hello everyone,

Recently we have encountered a group of organized abusers who systematically abused our Deposit Bonus.

Aside from all using Deposit Bonus, their behavior follows the same pattern in terms of GEOs, and several other metrics (which are not publicly disclosable due to anti-abuse concerns). Upon examining submitted KYC documents, we have found consistent indications of document being tampered, and they all contain the same traces of photo editing.

As some of them have opened tickets on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, we are assisting both arbitrators to investigate this group of organized abusers and have provided all the evidences to both arbitrators at the time of writing.
