http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=printpage;topic=24949.0Check that thread out for some past attempts. I hit about 432.5 (think it was at 1010 Mhz core) but I didn't run very long because I was worried about VRM temps (114c). I think teukon even went further than that but I lost track of the thread thereafter. Instead focusing on energy efficiency as being that high voltage decrease the actual amount of bitcoin worth earned. At any rate, my old reference 5850 (the one above) seems to get more Mhash than my second non-ref 5850. Ref version is at 920/320 1.1v and gets 397MH/s while my other non-ref is at 975/320 1.088v and is getting only 404MH/s. Tried to replicate and even installed it on my system where the 5850 ref is but no go. Just a different beast.

1.50 phoenix command line
5850 920c 315m 1.1v - 11.4 preview w/ 2.4 SDK
396-397Mh/s
with the recommended WORKSIZE=256 flags.
Get 399 with phatk 2.1. I will run for awhile to see if there is any changes with stales though I was not getting many to begin with on 2.1 anyway.

I would sell all my bitcoins if I THAT was my teacup... What if your teacup was bitcoins? Mind is boggled.

If you don't sell now, you will actually have to pay money to sell your bitcoins later. Proof below. SELL EVERYTHING!

Yes and no.
You can get a "free" copy with the purchases of some OEM systems. But that's about it.

It's over. Hide your cards, sell your wife. It's going down like the Titanic or like KFC's stock on a promotional free chicken day.

If I didn't make it, it's a scam.
Figured this thread needed a reply.

Also, why does difficulty show as higher than actual?
It doesn't here - what does it say for you? Deepbit Difficulty: 1 890 362 Actual: 1 888 786

Alright diapolo, you got your work cut out for you. Phateus fixed the guiminer bug (It was in his kernel. 1 too many #'s in __init__). You do great work; you might want to join forces at this point though No way! Competition breeds innovation.

No more luck statistic? Also, why does difficulty show as higher than actual?

I have a 3Mhash avg improvement over Diapolo last kernel update (393 -> 396)
Setup is as follows:
Reference 5850, 1.100v 920 core / 350 mem. 11.4 preview / SDK 2.4. Lastest GUIMiner / phoenix 1.50
Going to run it for a day to see it's stability and report back if anything arises.

10%+ increase. Not the worst, not the best.
But yea, luck has been pretty good.

I have a 5850 and a 5830 working in a system with out a crossfire bridge and with out dummy plugs. The 5850 does have a monitor connected though as I still use the system for other tasks. Using the beta version 11.8 for windows 7 64. I did not have to "Create a dummy monitor" either in display properties.
The 5850 gets 325 MHash/s and the 830 gets 315 MHash/s.
The pools I have been to have been receiving my shares so everything seems to be working just fine. This also work with driver 11.7 for me.
Shouldn't you be seeing 400+ MH/s out of that '50? 400 MH only comes around 930-960 or so, depending on the card, drivers, sdk and miner used. But even then it's not necessarily efficient if the vcore has to be ramped up too much.

miner is idle spam in console multiple times a second. Under Windows 7 x64, 11.4 Cat, 2.4 SDK, GuiMiner 2011-07-01. Essentially, does not work.

Charging for pool hopping software truly makes you a scumbag, know why? Because whether or not you like it pool hopping cheats other people of their reward and then commercializing the system to do it is the same as selling tools with no other purpose than committing a crime, be it rape or robbery... So you my greedy bastard, please stop using bitcoins and thereby giving the community a bad name srsly, what? ಠ_ಠ pool hopping is a crime now? LOL. can i throw my "not sure if serious" fry meme here? Your hesitance to use stated meme with intent.... not sure if serious
