Many of themm I believe are not already profitable when they are finally listed to an exchange. I experienced this many times in the past and almost all of them end up delisted from the exchange. Hot altcoins for me are those in the top 20 list of the coinmarketcap but these coins will not always give you constant profits because they also turn bearish for several weeks.
