81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT MARRY YOUR ALTCOIN BAGS on: November 27, 2020, 03:36:06 PM
There are times to hold on to your altcoins and there are times to let go of them, everything in crypto space is timing, trading is timing, investing on coins is all about timing, buy when market is down and sell when bulls attacks, holding on to your altcoins forever can bring you good fortune or the bad one too, the call is yours to make
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: November 27, 2020, 03:32:41 PM
I thought things will change for DEX this year after DeFi became a big success in crytpo space months ago and uniswap had insane volume, I felt like this is the beginning but I was wrong, almost all DeFi projects are crappy made, hacks here and there, funds aren't safe with decentralized projects and platforms anymore, newbies are scammed through Uniswap since any token is welcome to get listen on the DEX, it's a big shame to decentralized projects
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its your fault if you end up losing your funds on: November 26, 2020, 04:22:21 PM
Everything about crypto requires seeking for answers and learning first, it's not a place where you can just take actions or try things out on your own, you will surely need some guidance or risk falling for scam traps, people like taking decisions on something they know too little about that's why scammers belly are getting fatter this days, this warning is strictly for newbies that pushed aside knowledge seeking before actions, I hope this gets to the right people
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: We need more bubbalexs and Hhampuzs in this space on: November 26, 2020, 04:18:32 PM
Bubbalex and Hhampuz are popular today because they aren't after their payments only, they tried saving their reputations and getting paid in the process, newbie are managing new projects without worrying about their reputations, they only care about getting paid, whatever happens to bounty hunters is none of their business but they forget that their reputation will ruin very fast
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I believe I made the right choice on: November 25, 2020, 04:36:19 PM
I ended up selling all my mining rigs to to advantage of this altcoin season, some could say it's a stupid move but I did this because it's the best option right now, the profits I'm making from my miners are not that much anymore, it's more like my setups can't keep up anymore, instead of investing on new miners i decide to buy top altcoins like Ethereum, LTC, XRP, BNB, Chainlink among the rest

If you have some old rigs or about to go obsolete setups I suggest you do the same before altcoins reach a new all time high

altcoin season won't last forever but I can make ROI faster than waiting for months or even years to recover my invested money on miners and electricity

That's a very risky decision but it clear that altcoin season will bring good profits, you can make higher ROI investing in altcoins but I won't dare sell my miners because of altcoin season, when mining will become profitable again is unknown,  few weeks back mining became profitable, it might be back again, if it's a must to take the risk you could have sell some parts of your rigs not everything
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What issues should be considered before investing in a new DeFi project token? on: November 25, 2020, 04:30:37 PM
Currently there are many DeFi projects in Crypto INDUSTRIES. And they give their tokens in various reward programs. But which project to invest in is proving to be very, very difficult. So which issues should be considered for that.
You are still a newbie, why are you interested in such projects? DeFi projects are mostly copied and some are just riding the hype, you need to be a clever guy to find which DeFi projects are the best, the few DeFi projects I invested on are YFI , ChainLink and DIA, do your own research, I suggest you invest in popular altcoins ranking from 2nd to 20th on coinmarketcap, goodluck
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As the markets remains bullish; Do the right things on: November 24, 2020, 02:28:47 PM
Trade with the exact amount you can afford to lose, this must be the first step for every traders, once you started trading and making profits you must start sending those profits out of the Exchanges to your private wallets, remember that you are in no control of exchanges crypto address and wallets, scammers will also try putting in more efforts to penetrate exchanges, wallets and other crypto projects because of the bullrun, it's more easier to trade right now since crypto market is greenish
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protect Your Trading Capital on: November 24, 2020, 02:24:47 PM
When I heard about protecting trading capital I thought you are talking about how dangerous it is to leave your trading funds on Centralized exchanges, the best way to have a peace of mind when trading is to always move your earnings out of the exchange back into your wallet and leave the exact amount you are using for trading on the exchange, I do this every time I earn up to 20$ or more
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC and KYC correlation with ICO on: November 23, 2020, 02:21:55 PM
ICO needs to verify their investors so they would comply to the AML Policy or the anti money laundering Policy in which it needs KYC (know your customer) to avoid it so to make it short to avoid money launder in ICO they need to conduct KYC.
Do you know why IEO does things better than ICO? IEO findings that took place on top exchanges verifies project teams not just their investors through KYC, on ICO side it's always investors going through verifications not the teams, this is so wrong and that's why we had more scam devs in ICO days
90  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it a good time to get in or not on: November 23, 2020, 02:09:14 PM
Till today many still prefers to invest money on bitcoin than any altcoins so those type of people will have no choice but take risks on bitcoin even if the price is growing higher, I feel like it's not too late to get in right now as bitcoin can grow over 20,000$ this time around compared to 2017 ATH, some people like taking risks and we can't stop them
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's good about BCH? on: November 23, 2020, 02:06:12 PM
Swiss SEBA bank accepts Bitcoin Cash and USDC stable coin so the customers can use them. I understand what a stabe coin is for (even though there are many of them) but what is good about Bitcoin Cash? Some relative of Bitcoin.
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) has faster speed and cheaper transaction fee than bitcoin, BCH was build to become a peer to peer electronic cash system that plans to work as a global money with fast payment which gives BCH a upper than hand over it's brother (BTC), it's a better fit for payment like like Ripple (XRP)
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Was told about a private coin sale, is it a scam? on: November 22, 2020, 12:59:52 PM
Some one gave me a tip to buy JSTB. I can not find any information about it online though.

The exchange they told me to sign up to buy it from is https://www.iedgex.com

I can not find anything on that either. The website also seems extremely poorly made.

Does anyone have any information on the coin or site?

Who told you about this project if I may ask? A friend? You need to stay away from such people because they have no idea about good projects compared to scam projects, it's either your friend is intentionally luring you into a trap or he has zero knowledge about crypto, start learning yourself, go to coinmarketcap.com, top rated coins on CMC platform are more reliable
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you fear the president of your country, one day, making Crypto illegal ? on: November 22, 2020, 12:57:29 PM
A president of a country that do such have no idea what blockchain can do for his or her country, if countries like China and Russia have a place in heart for blockchain development why would other countries say no to crypto and blockchain? Thanks to crypto many african countries are getting better, some countries lacks good economy and crypto is playing a huge part saving many who are ready to learn.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ripple a better fit for payment solutions? on: November 21, 2020, 04:45:14 PM
Ripple (XRP) plays a dual roles as a payment platform and a currency at the same time, is this currency better fit for payment solution than ethereum and Bitcoin since it's created to allow quick and cheap transactions out of the box

At this time of writing this post ripple is trading at 0.34$ with daily volume of 4billion dollars, in the last 24hrs XRP is up 14%, what's your take on this?
Also many don't know this yet but I'm glad to share, Ripple has gained the attention of major global banks such as standard Chartered and Barclays for international transactions worldwide, the idea of Ripple even got the U.S Consumer Financial Protection Bureau excited, they believe that Ripple can bring simplicity and openness to the financial industry.

You can read the article below more reasons why ripple is better for payment solution

95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ripple a better fit for payment solutions? on: November 21, 2020, 04:41:28 PM
Many hated XRP because it's centralized but it's performing better than many decentralized projects, I never hesitated to buy and hold in my wallet, I'm here for better performing altcoins and XRP is one of them, to me Ripple is better fit for payment solutions because of its speed and cheaper transaction fee
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: November 20, 2020, 02:28:04 PM
The pandemic has no big effect on crypto, it's the holders that panicked out and start selling in March 2020, I don't blame them for selling since they have to survive by buying their needs, no one knows when the pandemic will end so panic was what shrinked bitcoin to 3000+ at the time
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: November 20, 2020, 02:23:36 PM
Ethereum is much stronger between the two but still BNB token shouldn't be underestimated, the team are hardworking and they continue to burn bnb token max supply often, there is a chance of making good profits through bnb token and also Ethereum, I will gladly invest in both projects
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Portfolio before and after the pandemic on: November 19, 2020, 03:28:10 PM
The pandemic affected my wallet at the time because 90% of my money is in crypto, I had to let go of some altcoins just to stay healthy and alive but it's not a massive loss for me as I was able to get them back after few months, now things are much better than months ago
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: November 19, 2020, 03:25:32 PM
I am a long term supporter  of Ethereum and  know that it is the most trusted network to create smart contracts but the kind of Huge fees for withdrawal and swapping of tokens, we have to nowadays due to slow network or congestion , is going to make it unpopular coin in coming months and other networks like, Binance, EOS, Polka Dot may take its place . The issue with Ethereum is that its developers are trying to scale running Blockchain which is like repairing a car while driving.
That's your own thought, more people will still prefer to keep using ethereum even if transaction fee is high, in 2017 when ethereum gas fee was over 10$ many keep using, no one said it was over because of gas fee, it's just that it will be harder for those who have low quantity of ethereum
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New feature on AltcoinsTalks forum - you can teleport your rank from bitcointalk on: November 18, 2020, 02:47:09 PM
No matter how hard I think about this I just feel like it's better to have separate accounts for each forum, to get to a particular rank you have to work for it but using my bitcointalk account to get to same rank on altcoinstalk isn't challenging, kinda like forking forums  Grin anyways thanks for sharing, I just happen to like bitcointalk more than altcoinstalk forum
