I am doubting if it still the original owner of this account that still posting from it, based on this sort of question it's something that would be expected from a newbie or someone who has been here but had not gotten any growth at all.
You have gotten the merit of a legendary member only to come back to ask for ways to earn few merit.
82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your gambling life could affect your relatives lifes. on: January 06, 2024, 04:37:57 PM
Alot of things can affects one family, like drug addictions, crime activities and even positive things like success, there are people that left their families just because they became successful, so let's not push everything on gambling.
I think the problem here is when you get addicted to gambling, infact getting addicted to anything is super wrong, if you gamble responsibly you should not have any problems.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Manipulation / ETF's on: January 06, 2024, 03:53:10 PM
Is the SEC not worried about market manipulation?

Manipulate bitcoin market is not cheap at all because you are trying to manipulate a market with $854,777,215,245 capitalization, so, even if you join with $1million, $10millions or $100millions, it will be not enough money to make a big difference in the prize.

A good example that we have of market manipulation is what Elon did with Dogecoins, and looks like SEC gives zero fucks about it. So, people don't have to worry about this.
I thought the same too, it's not easy to manipulate the Bitcoin market, Bitcoin has gone far above that right now, you can only manipulate a less saturated market like altcoins, infact to be honest the Acronym FUD fear uncertainty and despair and FOMO fear of missing out are mostly attributed to altcoins especially those new altcoins.
You would need to play around with very huge amount of Bitcoin across a high number of whales before any discussion about Bitcoin manipulation can be carried out.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 05, 2024, 07:44:31 PM
Manchester is a team that are in big problems, they have been in big problems for a very long time now and I am now thinking it's more than coaching problem. Manchester United may also have some internal problems from the owners and this can cause a drop in form as we have seen .
I think a lot of improvement needs to be made and it starts now. Manchester United can't continue going to every season with this problem, they have lost the pedigree of a big team and this has affected their mentality.

86  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you win? on: January 04, 2024, 06:53:01 PM
Well I play more of sport betting and trust me it's not easy at all. Although I try not to bet with what I can't afford to lose. The honest truth is that I lose per ticket more than I win and if anyone tells you otherwise then they are lying, except them bet on a single game which is contrary to me betting on multiple game.
Although I am not sad about that because when ever I win I win big and this covers up the loses I had prior to the winning.

3. Learn how to secure your Bitcoin from falling into the wrong hands
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 03, 2024, 10:24:41 PM
A very exciting match going on between atletico Madrid and Girona from a neutral point of view the game still live and the match has seen 6 goals shared evenly between both teams. I must give credit to atletico Madrid they have been able to match Girona in terms of goals scoring. Barcelona wasn't able to do this when they meet Girona.
Their style of play is similar to that of Pep's and not much team in the Spanish la Liga can stop Girona from scoring. I believe the game would end like that a draw making Real Madrid the leaders (no matter the outcome of this match)
89  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 03, 2024, 07:26:46 PM
At the beginning of the season no one saw Liverpool coming, they played badly and at a time was battling to move to the big six, it was all Manchester city and Arsenal.
Now Liverpool sit 5 points clear of Arsenal and Manchester city with Aston villa their closest rivals.
I think in terms of consistency Liverpool are better than Arsenal and has a better chance of maintaining the top spot and would be Manchester city main adversary to them defending their premier league title.
90  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Best advice for 2024 on: January 01, 2024, 07:53:30 PM
Happy New Year guys and I hope this 2024 we don't don't have losses in crypto-currency, this is a beautiful year because of the incoming Bitcoin halving that would be happening this year, to those experienced Bitcoin enthusiast and crypto-currency lover we know that Bitcoin halving always comes before a major bull run this can be positive or also negative the reason for this is that those who are holding crypto may see good returns on investment but also some people would make wrong moves and invest due to panic (FOMO and FUD)
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 01, 2024, 07:26:51 PM
Big game for my boys tonight, we need to keep the momentum up. Man City are not going to drop many points so we just need to keep winning.

I expect us to win tonight but it might be tough. Newcastle will waste time, foul, play in a deep defensive shape. We should have too much for them though.
Believe that Liverpool will win this is the favorite of this momentum will not be left without points, Manchester City has 1 match left and if they win then it is increasingly with Liverpool, I think Liverpool must be able to maintain the distance of points.

And that's Newcastle don't want to lose for the 3rd time they will definitely try with what they can afford including buying a lot of time because even a draw for Newcastle is good enough.

Only my feeling that Liverpool can win maybe this 3-1 score is my prediction.
I don't think it would be an easy match for Liverpool today. Newcastle is currently is not in the best shape but I think that they have what it takes to beat Liverpool, they are having some crisis but still have the players to upset Liverpool.
I earlier thought that Liverpool would win but checking out line ups right now I think the game would be a draw at the end of the day.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You want to make USDT transaction, check transaction fee across chains on: January 01, 2024, 06:08:45 PM
I have stopped using Ethereum for making transactions long ago, even when it's gas fees are low, you still pay around 1 USD, which is still expensive compared to aforementioned networks.
I just recently tried out USDT polygon network and I think it's quite better than USDT Tron network, also it's better if you are the type that sends out a good amount to several wallet you can use USDT polygon to cut your cost.
But my question is USDT polygon does it work only on binance if no what other exchanges accepts the use of USDT polygon.
93  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 01, 2024, 05:46:10 PM
Liverpool has an opportunity to go three points ahead of Arsenal today if they win. It would be a very vital three points and would reduce the pressure on themselves while putting pressure on Arsenal.

Although Liverpool has previously slipped up I think if they don't focus on today's game they would still let this chance fly away, my prediction is a win for Liverpool.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC unconfirmed transactions exceed 500k on mempool on: December 31, 2023, 08:16:51 PM
The number is going to definitly get above $500k very soon, with the high rate of transaction fees, personally speaking I have opted not to make a transaction recently because of the high transaction fee.

Many people with their own opinion and thoughts about what's the reason for the high transaction fee but with the way this situation has lasted I wonder if there would be any solution in view.
95  Economy / Economics / Re: First time? A company suing because people aren't buying its products!!! on: December 31, 2023, 07:47:15 PM
I just read this news and I can't stop laughing.
McDonald's is said to be planning to sue people who have been refusing to buy its products over the past months leading to their $1.3 million loss. This is due to a boycott movement where people in a lot of countries are sanctioning this company because of its support of the Zionist regime that is occupying Palestine and is committing genocide there.

Imagine if some day you are out and about, suddenly someone wearing a chicken suit puts a gun to your head forcing you to buy their fast food or they'll shoot you Cheesy

Ref: https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2023/12/359864/mcdonalds-malaysia-sues-pro-palestine-activists-over-boycott
Well in as much as this news sound absurd I think the story isn't yet complete, if this news is true then there may have been an agreement between McDonald's and those they are suing obviously and from the looks of things the agreement was never meet.
Also this sort of news can be a fabricated I don't believe McDonald's would want such negative Media attention.
96  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What many of us newbies are getting wrong about merit on: December 31, 2023, 05:29:58 PM
Well going by the body of your post, that is certainly you claiming to know it all but you don't have the merit to back it up, you are a newbie, I don't care how large your knowledge about crypto-currency is that doesn't change the fact that you are a newbie and you idea about merit is not rigid.
My advice to you and many newbies like you is don't frustrate yourself finding out about merit, there are merit sources out there watch posts so all you have to do it post wisely and helpful posts.
97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not everyone deserves to hear of your winning in gambling. on: December 31, 2023, 03:03:55 PM
Arsenal are currently trailing to Fulham away from home, this is not the time Arsenal would be dropping point, Manchester city and Liverpool are both in good form and any slip up from Arsenal would be costly, although I think they did not play badly today so far and I still believe in the second half of the match Arsenal would come out stronger and at the end of the day they should be the winner.
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 30, 2023, 08:15:29 PM
The inconsistency of Manchester united continues, the lost to a a low side Nottingham Forest and this comes after Manchester united came back from a two goals to nill trashing from Aston villa to regain the lead and ended the match 3:2.
I think a team that's as inconsistent as Manchester united needs to work on the team, this is not the type of characters a team who is guning for anything at the end of the season. Also great work from Nottingham Forest today.
99  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue - 3 Title Defense fight on 2024 on: December 30, 2023, 07:39:18 PM
Naoya Inoue has shown he is not only a big deal in Japan but he is currently the best in his division. His is an amazing fighter that has great defense and great strength, punch power, he has not gotten the respect he deserves in US just yet despite bitten some very good US talents.
I think currently I value him as the best in his division and I would love to see him climb up weight to get more recognition and ab even bigger fights like Inuoe vs tank Davis, this would be an exciting match to watch out for.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying and Losing My First Bitcoin on: December 30, 2023, 05:55:29 PM
What do you mean by third party hype site? And if you are investing in Bitcoin why would you make such moves, all you need is a private wallet where you store the Bitcoin you bought. It's that easy.
Most people who lose their Bitcoin do it because they made ignorant moves, firstly never trust anything until you have proven it to be true that's the way forward
