Spot of on the leicester game with the low scoring prediction, congrats all who were thinking the same i know a few of us here said that.
82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 05, 2016, 04:57:04 PM

2-2 im watching live and counting this one down, perfect result for leicester i reckon what you guys think?
yeah it's a very pleasent news for Leicester City but it's better for me because i had over 2.5 bet on this game hopefully we see Leicester continuing on winning so they can make history
watford tactical is same like leicester city, i mean they playing counter attacking. i think over 2.5 goals is very risky and my prediction is 1-0 or 0-0 but hope i was wrong Smiley

I like going for a low scoring game, watford being home will be forced to play more football allowing leicester to player their counter attacking game.  Im nervous though this could be huge!

Im thinking arsenal are the stronger team vs spurs so them winning might have bee worse vs a draw for leicester.  Tonight is a big game for sure away to watford will not be easy.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: March 05, 2016, 02:36:07 PM
Gambling is risky game of money from which most people lose and just a few wins. Gambling too is addictive and fun especially when you're winning and that's why most people can't get away from gambling once they get in it.
In gambling you only win from the start then you lose whenever you win a certain amount.

In gambling more people will lose from the start actually. Thats if it truly is gambling against a house edge etc.  Key is to have fun always Smiley

I'm looking at it and wow!  Four confirmations....ouch....Is there any imaginable way to reverse that transaction or remedy it in anyway?  Could it have been on purpose?  Some ledger manipulation thing or something, or was just fat fingered?

whoever mined block #400893 and collected the fee can return them if they choose to do so. bitfury did that in the past. (someone correct me if I'm mistaken.)
don't know if that was just a mistake or not.

Someone would have to confirm the mistake and prove its them.  I think if they did that the miner should return the mistake and show we dont need gov to force moral judgement. Watch this space i guess.

with the result of the defeat of tottenham and arsenal. Leicester city I think they were lucky. but it is indeed a pity Leicester city is also in the previous game can not win

Spurs and arsenal are a little lucky leicester only took 1 point against west brom remember.  Spurs are still only 3 points behind but arsenal now have drifted in the odds to win the league.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: March 02, 2016, 06:08:53 PM
Do you think that in this year halving is a profitable???

As many people who make money will lose money, very hard to answer. Those with bitcoin likely win, those without lose.  Or you could say it just keeps us all distracted on bitcoin while some other better opportunity lurks.

Wow today rematch Liverpool vs Man City.
I hope Kloppo and his team can strike back. The League Cup Final was an awesome, exciting game and I felt pity for those guys for having lost at the end.
Liverpool to win I say!

I fancy liverpool to win this one and get revenge.  Arsenal look to have an easy game tonight and spurs could be in for it.

In other news prison FC just signed adam johnson, should be a team to watch next season.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 02, 2016, 10:36:17 AM

Leicester dropped a couple points vs west brom but now we have to hope that spurs lose their next game and then the gap stays the same Smiley.  Really wish the last 3 games for Leicester didnt suck so bad its going to be tough.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 01, 2016, 08:22:23 PM
Losing my bet on Leicester to win at the moment, damn it.

West Brom have just scored against them 1-0 on 11 minutes.
Just 11 minutes still too much time to go I sure Leicester can find few goals 1 is must because they are good at home in last few gams

Its 1-1 now they got a goal back via drinkwater and now they are having more chances to score again Smiley.  Another important game to win here.
93  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: March 01, 2016, 10:47:12 AM
bitcoin I guess if you sell now, you have nothing to lose, bitcoin prices currently riding and stable, so you'll be lucky, but if you wait a little longer price would probably be higher

Each person makes his own choice on whether he will sell or not. There are plenty of reasons why people may sell their coins. One may sell his coins because he has bills to pay. And another person simply made a profit and wants to cash out. I personally don't care that much what people do. I advice all people to hold, but if they want to sell, then it's their choice. It's a free market.

Most people who wanted to sell larger amounts have done it already now, we've had over 2 years since the china bubble.  Mostly everyone left now is the people who are in it for longer.  Selling now is pointless the price is somewhere around stable/the bottom.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: March 01, 2016, 09:54:29 AM
in trading there are chart and analysis, if gambling it is based on pure luck

so i dont think its the same
Do you think that market charts are actually always correct? Don't we had major crises, economic recessions, major flops of known companies in the past?
And we had really unknown company from nowhere rise to power in short time. Some things cannot be predicted by reason.
Unknown companies can lose in the long run but big companies always earn more profit and are stable. Trading in stock market is much better than gambling IMO.

There is probably much more money to be made in stocks if you can take on the big boys sure but sports bettings and poker will contain much weak money.  Very dumb people dont usually trade stocks but they do gamble.

manchester united have some young footbal player where he have potential to get next star like memphis depay, m. rashford.
i think MU can be rank 4 Roll Eyes

The problem with so many youngster is that there will bot be enough spot for all of them to play on the main squad. There are 3 strikers currently martial, rooney, james wilson and now we have rashford. It will be hard for the coach to choose which to use however it is more likely that rashford will not have his spot when martial recover

Rooney is done this time, he has a bad injury and probably will move in the summer.  Hes now 30 years old and hes basically a fat short guy with no speed anymore but still has amazing skills.  Its not enough though.

His leadership is still needed on the field. He is a great player and could always play as a midfielder instead of strikers, he is a great all rounder player that could play in many position and besides that his form has been getting better and better, its too bad for him to get an injury when he is finally picking up his form back.

But look at gerrard in midfield when his legs went it didnt work.  If you remember the decline is quick.  Gerrard had one of his best seasons ever when liverpool nearly won the league and then the next season he was gone.  Rooney in midfield for a team like man united is no good.

Hey people,

I've always been a huge gambler. I like creating useless schemes (as we all know bank always win ^^) and betting whole nights long in order to find THE right way of betting.
But I need change, I can't bet over and over on the same game cause after I see that nothing can be done to change the odds, I'm bored.

So I thought a bit about trading and I started not so long ago. and it feels a bit like a betting game without knowing the odds and with an infinity of parameters!

Does anyone else takes trading as a gambling game? Smiley

Yep, trading resembles gambling a lot: if you hit the MAX button you might lose big, only in gambling you might lose all you have and with trading you lose only part of what you had, you can't lose all at once. So trading is a bit safer IMO, but you should always remember that like in gambling the worst your enemy is a "strategy" which you think is unbeatable.

You can lose everything in trading, what if you went all in on LTC and it dies next day, you have zero.  The difference is in real gambling against the house there is no way to find +ev bets unlike, poker, sports, trading etc.

a very exciting match Man United vs Arsenal and update score 3-2 for Man Utd lead and 10 minutes to go and i think Man utd will win today
i m watching this match now i thinh one more goal coming

The final score Manchester United vs Arsenal 3-2. It's really interesting match, both teams play offensive. Best match for today. And Tottenham Hotspurs comeback 2-1 win.

Awesome just saw the results. Cant ask for much more really spurs aren't as strong a contender as arsenal and now Leicester have 5 point gap over them.  I do think spurs are a worry for sure.

Trading is the same as poker in regards to gambling.  You can be +ev or -ev, there is a house which takes a cut, with trading its the traing platform.

If you make bad trades you can lose money even faster vs regular casino game gambling.

It will be really hard for Manchester United to survive against Arsenal even it will have this clash at home ground but Manchester United playing very bad that is why i am quite sure Arsenal is favorite for this match and have high chance to win this match.

We can only hope that man united turn up and take points off arsenal right.  Also i want to see spurs draw or lose.  As regards betting i would think spurs would win and arsenal are favs Sad

Leicester to win the league right guys! 99.9% of neutrals support leicester right now. Smiley
