81  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Malubit.com SCAM Alert on: March 01, 2020, 12:17:36 PM
Dear barbaron, you invoke new "arguments" every time. You keep trying to project your frustration from your lost money. Wasn't your accusation that we had messed up your account? You tried it that way, and now you are trying to find new arguments each time. If you have an accusation with a bookmaker, it is logical/normal you come up with arguments. You only give false arguments, and when these are refuted by us, then you come up with new ones.
Now you start talking about something else. Adjusting quotations is always possible, depending on the liquidity. You requested the change of odds, and have accepted these. It was in your favour, not the opposite. Stop with making yourself ridiculous.
That has nothing to do with your accusations. Nothing has been manipulated. I understand that you are full of frustration and anger because you have gambled a considerable amount, but do not respond to others and do not blame other people / companies for this. Bear your own responsibility.

You did not have patience for your payouts, you cancelled your payout when and it gambled. nobody told you to cancel your withdrawal, it was your own choice. Such situations arise a lot, the next time you request a payout, we recommend that you wait patiently, and do not hit on tilt to bet your assets. If you do deicide to cancel a withdrawal, and play with these funds, it can happen that you make wrong bets which will lose.

It is also advisable to only gamble with money that you can permit to lose.
So never borrow money from others to finance your gambling addiction.
We have answered all your questions, so we will no longer respond to these valase accusations in terms of content. Find help to work on your gambling addiction, we cannot give you any other advice.
It would also be nice if you stopped the threats via E-mail.
82  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Malubit.com SCAM Alert on: March 01, 2020, 11:06:50 AM
Nothing was manipulated. We already explained that we can not access users accounts with passwords, and also impossible to reset passwords. Users are responsible for their own actions and own passwords.
If a user resets his password, then he will receive an email to the related email address. We from Malubit have no way to watch this procedure or email.
What really happened, is that the user barbaron was not patient enough until we processed his withdrawal, then cancelled this withdrawal by himself (as you can see in his screenshots)and started to gamble again.

You are talking about manipulation, but we already explained to you in the other thread that nothing was manipulated:

One more proof of their manipulation:

This is my communication with Malubit by email.
You can see I have ask them on 28.02.2020 15:30 CET what is going with my withdrawal of 700 mBTC and they answer me on 28.02.2020 17:53 CET, that I should be more patient as this is my first withdrawal.

So, how I can cancel my withdrawal on 27.02.2020 00:10 CET?

Our reply:
Quote
There is an easy explanation for this situation.
You made the withdrawal request  27.02.2020 00:10 CET
On the moment you cancel the withdrawal, then the date/time will be displayed from the original withdrawal request, so in your situation this is  27.02.2020 00:10 CET.
So that means you have made the withdrawal  27.02.2020 00:10 CET and that this withdrawal was cancelled, it does not matter if you cancel it 1 day later, 2 week ater or 6 months later. The system will always show the date from the initial withdrawal request 30.05.2020 00:10 CET, then it will always show the date from the withdrawal:  27.02.2020 00:10 CET
You have cancelled it by yourself. And we understand why you are so angry, because you wrote that you borrowed the money and probably can not return it.
Never borrow money to gamble money, as this can effect in debts.

It has nothing to do with the date/time you cancel it, this is just showing up automatically.

The user was not able to think clear anymore, and tried to keep going and going with false accusations.

The conversation continued:

Barbaron wrote:

It is unbelievable, that even this scammer not checked when my initial withdrawal request is placed. It is not 27.02.2020 00:10,
It is 26.02.2020 22:10!

You think You will save Your miserable reputation with posts like this with miserable funny explanations!
SCAM - bigger than ever somebody can imagine!!!

And again we come with an easy and logical explanation for this:

This difference in time is exactly 2 hours, which has to do with the different time zones that are used.
In our system we have a different time zone than the players on the site, which explains the time difference of exactly 2 hours. This has to do with our payment processor.
Bear responsibility for your own losses. Never borrow money from others to get out of your debts.
We have provided answers to all your questions regarding this situation. If we can still be of service to you, please contact our helpdesk. We have specialists in our company who can help you get rid of your gambling addiction and who can provide you with further information. Please stop finding excuses for your bets that were lost and take responsibility.

This matter regarding your gambling addiction is now closed on the forum.

After this, barbaron realises his last attempt was also a big fail so he decides to start an accusation thread as well.

As everybody can see, nothing strange happened. The only thing that really happened, is that this user has to deal with serious gambling probems, and decided to borrow money, trying to make a fortune.
Unfortunately, it went the other way and he lost the money. Now because he has to pay the money back from the ones he borrowed it, the problems start for him and now he is trying do everything to get hismoney back which will of course not happen since he placed his own bets.

86  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 KawBet.com | Anonymous Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook [SOFT LAUNCHING] on: February 29, 2020, 04:17:26 PM
All sites such as 1xbit / 1xbet / melbet and now also kawbet are white label platforms. The underlying software is provided by the company BETB2B.
That means that kawbet does not own this platform, but only manages it. Against payment of a commission, these services can then be used, and no platform itself needs to be programmed.
So that might means that the owners of the 1xbit platform and the kawbet platform do not know eachother at all. But it is an option that it will be the same company behind it, since 1xbit has a very poor reputation accused everywhere.
But the real problem is that withdrawals in this case have to be approved by Kawbet and BETb2b. If one of the sides does not approve your withdrawal, then you can see goodbye to your money.

By the way, I am not using this white label solution. I know this because I read a lot about it and meat these people from BETb2b on an event from IGB.
87  Economy / Gambling / Re: MALUBIT.com - Bitcoin Sports Betting on: February 29, 2020, 03:33:42 PM
As explained earlier, the user in question is the only one who has access to the account. If a wrong bet has been placed by the user, that is his own responsibility.
Malubit has no access to player accounts in any way (even if a player asks for it himself, this is not possible). We can only see which transactions have taken place in the backend section.
And that is that the user has canceled the payout himself, and then has put his entire balance on a bet. Malubit is not responsible for this. The odds at the time of the bet are correct. The game ou have mentioned could have started later, or because of lots of injury time. Your time indication is incorrect. It is in no way possible that Malubit has had access to your account, since the E-mail to recover a password only comes in your email box.

Our financial department is available 24/7. That is interpreted incorrectly / differently by you; this does not mean that when a payment is requested, it is processed immediately.

We feel sorry for you that you lost a decent amount with online gambling, but it is never to late to admit your gambling addiction and you can still do something about it.
If you often suffer from large amounts that you lose with gambling, and if gambling becomes a mental problem, it is wise to get help so that it does not get out of hand. Large losses with gambling can have a major impact on yourself and the environment. We also need players on our website for this and information can be found on:

88  Economy / Gambling / Re: MALUBIT.com - Bitcoin Sports Betting on: February 29, 2020, 09:22:39 AM

@barbaron

We find it very annoying that you have bet bitcoins in a competition and you have now lost it. To be honest, we don't quite understand what we would have to do with this. The only thing we can see is that you have cancelled the payout yourself. You could also just wait until it would have been processed.
You have to be more honest about what happened. In the email you indicated that someone has requested a password reset. What do we have to do with that? If someone wants to reset a password, this link will only appear in the user's email account. We have no influence and insight into that.
So you are the only one who can change and use your password.
We can not access any account in our system, because this is the privacy of the customer. We can also not reset a password, this has to be done by the user his self.

The transaction history also clearly shows that you have refused your payout yourself (if we would refuse this, a different description would be added). After that you bet your amount on a Live match.
Users are responsible for their own activity on an account, and if a bet has been placed it cannot be reversed if the odds are displayed correctly.

We want to add that this excuse is used more often by the user, out of disappointment that they have used and lost their money. And want to get their money back that way by indicating that their account was supposedly hacked. We are also curious about how we would have manipulated your account. Since you are the only one who has access to your account.

Next time when you decide to go all in, please think about it twice and do not blame the bookmaker when the bet is lost.
89  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet - Unable to login after random asking of KYC on: February 28, 2020, 09:52:59 PM
It is the best to ask their exactly proof to you. They have to come up with something. Based on the KYC procedure they can not just simply closed accounts as this is not relevant.
I think you can also achieve more with direct contact to them instead of the forum probably. But if they really want to close your account, they should not only give you reasons, they also have to clarify it with screenshots for example.

Hi,

I am registered in your bookmaker service and I would like to promote your website in my local gambling forum, but I can not find any referral program.
Are you going to run the referral program, or can you provide direct link if it already exist?

We currently are working on a ref feral program. Thank you for your idea and interesm! Once the refferal feature is implemented, we are happy to work with you!
It might also help to send us an email regarding this, so we can reach you out faster for comunication. Or send a PM.

Hello @malubit, I'm trying to log in but it keeps on prompting "Incorrect log-in details, The username and/or password you have entered, is not correct".
I already forgot my password and successfully reset it but it doesn't solve the issue. Can you help me? Thanks

We have send you an Email regarding this, to help you solving the problem.
93  Economy / Gambling / Re: MALUBIT.com - Bitcoin Sports Betting on: February 26, 2020, 08:43:31 PM
We regret that many lies are spread about us. The fact that we do not respond much here has nothing to do with ignoring or refusing to respond, but when people start screenshots with photoshots and spread one lie after the other, we do not want to constantly have to defend ourselves.
I also want to advise; look at the status of a member here on the forum, and especially the poting history. It is striking that it is all newbies who are complaining.

To clarify something:

@SSCEZAR
A number of bets were canceled in the beginning because system updates did not synchronize odds of matches. You have placed bets on matches / markets where the results were already known at the time you placed that bet. That also explained the gambling pattern. This has been corrected by our programmers. I would also like to add that we have canceled the legitimacy bets, which were largely lost by SSCEZAR. If we had only accepted legitimate bets, his account would be 0.
A payment of + - 1BTC has been requested by the user. However, this user has canceled withdrawals at an earlier stage and gambled along with it. This process has been repeated a number of times.
With every request for a payment we received a different Bitcoin address. We have transferred the payout to the specified bitcoin address of the last payout. SSCEZAR claims never to have received this. We have our big questions about this. Because this user has lost 1 BTC while gambling, we suspect that he is full of anger and anger. Various death threats have also been made to Malubit and its staff. That says enough about someone, I think. We were lenient enough to put the money from the payment into his account as a bonus, but of course with conditions. When we informed the user of this, another arsenal and threats followed. We warned him to behave and stop threats, if not, we would block his account. So whatever happened.

@RADEX
This user has been cheating from the start. Played with duplicate accounts with us. Not allowed, and sanction is also closing the account.
We also have a look at the history of this user, the only thing he has posted is about scamming and accusations.
RADEX still maintains that it is not a customer of ours, but we have proof with IP addresses. And those are not VPN connections.
This user was furious with Malubit from the start, even though he would not be a customer ?! It's kind of strange that you are going to write that you want to beat up someone you didn't even play with.
We know which users are behind this. I read that he also had problem with other sportbooks, and accuses everybody from scamming.

@TIMO
Not seen for a few days, but also a user of a double account on the forum I guess. Only accusations of scam without further reasons or explanations.
Incidentally, I do not rule out the fact that there are 2 people here on the forum who manage 4-5 accounts, in order to start the fire nicely.

@ ELANOR77
This is the only user you can take seriously about his complaints. Everything he wrote is based on truth, a check on the last bets has indeed lasted a little longer, but this user has always received his payouts.
Maybe he was a little impatient, but we can understand that he prefers to get the withdrawals fast.

We write on our withdrawl page:

Quote
Payments are usually processed and transferred within 30-60 minutes.
That does not mean it is ALWAYS within 60 minutes.

A number of photos have also been edited and posted on the forum, seriously damaging Malubit's reputation.
We also wonder what the purpose of some users on the forum is.
We read that people write SCAM, SCAM, SCAM and at the same time claim not to be a customer.
Bit illogical.

Perhaps we now forget to mention a few things, but the reason that we are not very active in the forum is known.

Then you send us 4 emails again to push us. And then you indicate this as "Not responding" when we do not respond on this.

We know who Radex is, besides he is using 2 accounts posting on this forum, he also used 2 accounts from the same IP address on our website. Which resulted in closure of his account.
We were already wondering why this user was constantly accusing us, while not even being a customer. Upon some investigation, we now know the reason.
Only thing we do not understand why complaining with 1 user account was not enough.
Of course I can not provide any personal information regarding this person.

@Fortunejack
I think its very risky to post information like this on the forum. Of course people will appreciate that this kind of information is shared, but I really think this is against privacy. Because if you are not 100% sure this is the same user, then you now displaying IP addresses from other users on the forum, which really would harm their privacy. It is better to solve this in private way, and provide the screenshots to the user. If the user then decides to post the information, then it is the responsibility of the player. But seems to me that now Fortunejack is fully responsible for displaying all the ip addresses.
Better solve it by email and not show people here everything.

Customers might think their data/privacy is not safe now if you show this information in public.
