82  Other / Off-topic / Re: WE ALL NEED MONEY on: September 08, 2020, 01:51:05 PM
Money is the root of happiness. But it's also the very root of hedonism. And the very root of megalomanics. Hence "the root of evil". It depends from person to person, really....

How about, what does dieing from colon cancer feel like?
Colon cancer's prolly really painful. Imagine a lump of evil mass inside your guts, expanding every second. That sounds excruciating.

As an introverted and have compromised immune system that's what I always do  Wink

Stay home, stay safe  Smiley
stay safe Smiley My uncle has compromised immune system as well (he has diabetes), and it's been pretty lame since he can't go fishing with us anymore until covid subsides.

Hello friends, we all know that the discovery of a vaccine for the Corona virus was announced several days ago and this vaccine was discovered by a Russian doctor, but surprisingly, this doctor is 30 years old and his name is Elnaz, either Tdinov, and this young man is considered the main neighbor of the vaccine in the Victor Center For virology, the Russian authorities may have spoken that the price of the vaccine will be about $ 60. I see that we all thank and respect this brilliant and intelligent person, and we hope that the whole world will reward him. So what is Raycom about the vaccine and whether it will be effective or not

It's prolly gonna take some time till we can actually use the vaccine. There are lots of legal aspects of medications that needs to be resolved before distribution.

We definitely are still at the tip of the iceberg. As humanity evolve, we would be able to discover so many things. Sucks i can't live to see those discoveries.
87  Other / Off-topic / Re: Motorcycle For Weekends - Yes or No ? on: September 08, 2020, 01:40:32 PM
I'm not too big on motorcycles  but if you're actually into it, might wanna buy one of those high rising (?) ones.
88  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where to share Files of GoogleDrive on: September 08, 2020, 01:38:45 PM
What kind of files take up 300TB of disk space? I doubt many people here would be interested in downloading your files without knowing what it is. So what is it? Beginners & Help could be one of the sub-forums you could move this thread to, but unless you give more info, I am afraid it's heading to the trashcan instead.
Maybe he's a movie director and that's all the footage from his movie? (joking)
I'm actually curious as to what those files are now.... hmmmm
89  Other / Off-topic / Re: What have you learned from this platform so far? on: September 08, 2020, 01:37:10 PM
That people need to take some English class (including me)

But in all seriousness, I have learned that people are just as insecure and emotionally vulnerable as i am. It's a HUGE lift to my self-esteem, if i'm being honest.
90  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you remember first income amount in the internet world? on: September 08, 2020, 01:35:36 PM
$5, it was from an art commission i did. The first ever art gig i've ever done, I charge my commission at 50 cents per drawing, the guy ended up really liking my art and paid me 5 bucks instead. I still remember how happy i was that day. Ahh, good old time.
91  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: September 08, 2020, 01:33:51 PM
The usual garbage full of fallacies and misinformation...
Honestly, I've come to terms with the "agree to disagree" thing. They can't prove that god exist but we also can"t disprove that god exist, y'know?
92  Other / Off-topic / Re: Artwork by a Kid on: September 08, 2020, 01:29:03 PM
I always wonder how kids are always so creative. I wonder where my creativity went. I was a child genius, now i'm a fat loser living in my parent's house lol.
93  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think covid-19 end in this year? on: September 08, 2020, 01:27:26 PM
I don't think it's gonna finish this year. i'm almost very certain that it's gonna last till july next year. We're still at peak. It's not gonna magically drop until commercial use of vaccine is done.
94  Other / Off-topic / Re: Question on: September 08, 2020, 01:25:55 PM
There's a 1/2 chance it's gonna be head, and 1/2 it's tail. same as the other previous two. That's how chances work.
95  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why don't we live in a harmonious world? on: September 08, 2020, 01:22:15 PM
Harmony isn't logical. We're always gonna have people with different ideolgies. War is always gonna happen.
96  Other / Off-topic / Re: you like robots? on: September 08, 2020, 01:20:43 PM
Robots are necessary for the advancement of technology. I love how quick scientist are able to upgrade robots from time to time. We'll probably have robot human clones not too far ahead in the future...
97  Other / Off-topic / Re: Happiness on: September 08, 2020, 01:17:05 PM
Depends on how you define happiness. People have their own standards of happiness. We can't generalize everyone's standard. Money can't buy everything. But it sure can buy MOST things.
98  Other / Off-topic / Re: addiction to drugs on: September 08, 2020, 01:15:27 PM
First, seek help.
You can't just stop doing it on your own, not when you're severely addicted. drug addiction is beyond psychological, it's also physical. You need to go to rehab.

Second, you need to WANT to stop.
99  Other / Off-topic / Re: Time flies! on: September 08, 2020, 01:13:53 PM
I thought I was the only who realized this... time seems t be moving really fast lately.
100  Other / Off-topic / Re: Future Cities on: September 08, 2020, 01:12:16 PM
I'm actually kind of scared. Imagine an area where no government rule, no law protecting you from harm, no one to go to if someone robs you, or even worse, try to murder you. Sounds pretty dystopian.
