As far as the best way, I can only speak for myself. I taught myself French using the Pimsleur method where you listen to lessons on cd and repeat what you hear. The great thing about Pimsleur is that you can listen to it at home, while driving your car, or while out and about doing errands. In addition there are other resources, such as Duolingo. com and learnalanguag. com. These are free internet sites where you can take short lessons to build your vocabulary.
82  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: March 27, 2017, 02:28:57 PM
I suppose into altcoins if you don't already think your Bitcoin is enough of an investment in itself. Coins like Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, and the like are examples.
83  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How is trading *not* gambling? on: March 27, 2017, 02:24:24 PM
It is rather dependent on how you define gambling. I think gambling as an activity in which player doesn't have any edge against competitor, and trading as activity in which player has calculated edge against competitor. So while both games operated with same principle, but the players don't have same odds of winning
84  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where I can learn Bitcoin Trading? on: March 27, 2017, 02:18:20 PM
Just as with any equity or currency trade, you make a profit because you buy LOW and sell HIGH.

As you might expect, the art of trading (especially  short term trades) is easier “said than done”. I recommend that you study the fundamentals and not the technicals.

I also suggest that you invest in Bitcoin only if you are in it for the long haul. (i.e. with a long-term horizon and, perhaps, with a graduated acquisition strategy of dollar-cost averaging). Since Bitcoin is still in early adoption (but showing no signs of petering out), and since many believe that it could jump from clever debit instrument into a full fledged currency, in my opinion, the long-term fundamentals are excellent!
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bribing via bitcoin a good idea? on: March 27, 2017, 07:16:21 AM
Bribing through anything is not a good idea. But If you are really in need of something. Then yes why not. If the other person is ready for accepting bitcoin. Then you can give him and most importantly your identity will be hidden.
86  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people believe in religion? on: March 27, 2017, 06:58:36 AM
Because it helps to understand, or just accept some painful facts in our lives. Religion is not science and you don't need any proof to believe. This is why it's hard to believe, and this is why it may bring you true happiness. These are your beliefs, and the fact that it doesn't need to be proven makes it so special. And mostly it is the case that religion doesn't come in conflict with science.
87  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: March 27, 2017, 06:48:10 AM
I would not accept bitcoin as a salary as it is volatile. As a salary or as a fixed income every month i would like to have currency with fix value rather having bitcoin. I would have bitcoin as a subsidiary currency or as an investment.
88  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: March 27, 2017, 06:41:15 AM
Recently bitcoin is bearish. It is the best time for buying. Bitcoin is famous for volatility. It will definitely recover its price. And right now it is better to hold bitcoin then selling it as prices are going down and in some months it will recover.
89  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Osama bin Laden: FAKE Dead Body Picture! on: March 27, 2017, 06:36:06 AM
I think it may be safely presumed that he is really dead for the following reasons.
1. The US released a comprehensive statement of how his body was flown back to Afghanistan for verifying his identity (through facial recognition and DNA tests). It is only after having confirmed his ID that his body was disposed of from the USS Carl Vinson into the Arabian Sea. Yes it could have simply been a body bag stuffed with stones... but there is no plausible reason for the US to have played out a hoax by faking his death seeing that he was wanted dead or alive by the Americans (preferably dead)
2. There was no attempt by anyone in the US or Pakistan, or even Al Qaeda in refuting his death. In fact Al Qaeda was quietly taken over by the second in Command, Ayman Al Zawahiri, and now the outfit appears to have gone into a relative decline, with the terror franchise having been taken over largely by ISIS.
3. Several books were written on this subject with pretty much the same conclusion and one would not find any major loopholes in any of these accounts though there were some variations in these accounts. (Like Osama moving across the room to get his gun and getting shot by a Navy Seal as mentioned in one version I remember having read, while another mentions Osama poking his head out of the door and getting shot in the head). Either way by all accounts, it was pretty clear that he was carried out horizontally in a body bag after the operation ended.
4. The last point which occurs to me is that his wives were released by the US after extensive questioning and were sent back to their countries. Nothing has been heard about them since then. Considering that they were also present in the Abbottabad bungalow, during this operation, had there been any evidence of Osama having escaped or being captured alive, the word would have definitely come out and spread like wildfire. No such Hitler's-death-like controversy has come up ever since.
90  Economy / Economics / Re: [Survey Poll] Gold vs. Bitcoin as an Investment on: March 26, 2017, 03:46:37 PM
Assuming long term investment, I'd go for stocks.

If you have enough money and are sure you won't need it in a hurry then I've heard that buying and renting houses is profitable, but you'll make bigger profits if you get involved in looking at properties before you buy, fixing them up before you rent them, and doing some of the maintenance yourself, as well as collecting the rent. If you just hire a company to do all this for you, they will eat up most of your profits.

Most people don't need gold. If you've got lots of money, and don't want inflation or crisis to erase all your assets, then you might want to buy some gold.

And I would invest in bitcoin for short term like for two years maximum.
91  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: March 26, 2017, 03:38:54 PM
If I were in desperate need of money, I'll ask from family and friends. Then I will try to find a job. So that I'll be able to return their money. Finding a job would be a better solution in such cases than trying some shortcuts.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: March 26, 2017, 03:33:05 PM
If such thing happens, I will ask him the reason for hatered and if I would be able to solve his doubt or give him an explanation. I would do that. But after that also he hates bitcoin. Then it's an individual's decision. I would rather respect that.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: March 26, 2017, 01:17:53 PM
I don't believe that a global currency must be issued by an authority. I believe that a global currency just has to be a currency that is accepted globally. I do believe that it will be a cryptocurrency. I personally think that Bitcoin has the best chance of being accepted globally simply because it doesn't have a central authority. For this reason alone more people will be willing to accept it. And it certainly doesn't hurt that it has network effect going for it.
94  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: March 26, 2017, 01:13:56 PM
Lets take Disney as an example. An investor will think, this company has been around for generations and kids are always going to watch cartoons. So this company isn't going anywhere. If I buy the stock now, I will reap benefits of all the Marvel and Star Wars movies to come. (Note: Assessing fundamentals, and thorough analysis is required here)

A trader will think, the new Avenger movie is coming up, its best I buy the stock now and sell it after the first 10 days of the movie. Since at that point the movie will be buzzing towards the next highest grosser. So I would have made a good profit by then, and I don't really need to care/think about what happens to Disney after.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we have a bitcoin day? on: March 26, 2017, 01:02:16 PM
This definitely is a good idea but who will organise it. as bitcoin has a decentralised system, then who will decide the day for all. And still the reach of bitcoin is limited. So, i think we should wait for bitcoin to be more popular.
96  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think of Comunism? on: March 26, 2017, 07:24:24 AM
Communism itself is impractical.

Communism emphasizes a classless society which is ruled by direct democracy, instead of governments. No borders should be drawn by the so- called “governments” to classify a certain populaion as a “country”. This is, in other words, anarchy. Without governments and laws, it is impossible for egalitairanism to be carried out at all.

Communism requires a full abundance of resources such that egalitarianism can be practised. Without such, communism cannot work at all, especially in the present world, where there is a scarcity of resources, which is unable to achieve the unlimited wants and needs of contemporary humanity. Communism also emphasizes social ownership of the means of production. However, there will be no incentive for people to work hard for the community.

Communism requires the total annihilation of human nature. Communism needs its participants to neglect self- interest and only think about the interests of the community. This is against human’s natural instincts for survival. Egalitarianism also goes against the current belief of gaining what you have worked for.

Communism emphasizes no religion. As Christendom has had a firm foundation in history, it is impossible to be wiped out. Furthermore, many people view religion as a kind of spiritual support. Basically, communism goes against basic human rights.
97  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your view on Alien or Alien life? Does it exists? on: March 26, 2017, 07:21:27 AM
I believe there are non-terrestrial life forms throughout the Cosmos,  some of them intelligent.  However I do not have a shred of evidence to back up my belief.

It goes like this.  With so many stars in the galaxies and so many planets around them,  I cannot conceive that NONE of these planets would have the conditions for some intelligent species.
98  Other / Off-topic / Re: Poll: Which religion is the best religion? on: March 26, 2017, 07:17:06 AM
Well, there isn't such thing. There is indeed only ONE GOD! That I know for sure. If you want to relate with religion, you have to approach knowing that those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless. (words of James)
There are so much crap in this world that lots of people get cut up in the middle of this turmoil, in some kind of eternal unanswered loop, looking for a path that isn't there. The more i study this, the more i talk to people, more and more i come up with the conclusion that everything is so simple, it might drive you away. To keep oneself from being polluted by the world, all you have to consider is: do to others what you would do to yourself.
99  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: March 26, 2017, 07:12:57 AM
From what I have noticed, the hate is predominantly directed towards Islam rather than Muslims.

For example, my mother has a slight aversion to Islam.  Simultaneously, she has a lot of Muslim friends and never shuts up about them.  One such person is a woman who works with my mother.  And I kid you not, my mom is literally in love with this woman.  She never stops talking about just how elegant and beautiful and well-spoken she is.

Over the years, I have noticed that my mother has absolutely no problems with being around Muslims and treats them just like she would treat anyone else from a different faith.  But yes, she does dislike Islam.
100  Other / Politics & Society / Re: RELIGION AND TRUTH on: March 26, 2017, 07:11:06 AM
No. No one can conquer the world. The world is unconquerable by any power on Earth, of which terrorist groups are tiny tiny power by comparison, which isn't exactly doing all that impressively in the whole conquering business to begin with.
