Interesting concept and good luck with your efforts! No matter your personal views on this topic, and I hope the current talks of a ceasefire come to something fruitful; the idea of providing support in a charitable capacity is commendable and always worthwhile. The reality is more often than not another story, and I have personally experienced first hand the greed involved in the crypto scene... Yes there are people trying to do the right thing; and I hope this is one of those occasions. H2OCoin was able to provide 17.6BTC to an international Water Charity (with proof of donation) so there is no reason this cant be done! Good luck to you all! Thats exactly my point is.... Check out the calendar on altcoinherald. During most of the launches the difficulty on good coins will likely drop in your favor. Trick is to just pick the worst and go against the crowd. It is a gamble but one you'll likely win for bit more weekend profit overall. Good luck. There are several good coins I like out right now. How about we wait to panic buy new coins till there's at least a block explorer. Are you all retarded. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to actually create a feature within a coin when it gets pumped on release. This promotes scams and empty promises. The only way this will stop is if everyone stops and thinks before going all in every time a coin gets added to bittrex. Tomorrow this thread will be full of people crying about how they lost and blame it on everyone else.

Well today I deleted a wallet with almost all of my coins in, having just sent them locally from bittrex. No I didn't have a backup (I had only just downloaded the wallet), no it isn't in my recycle bin, yes it was a lot of coins. So there are now even less available!
I managed to snag a few k more around 37k-38k satoshis which I think is still a ridiculously low price, so hopefully I'll make back my losses.
On another note, this is one of the strangest coin launches I've experienced, with no major pump and dump, an incredibly small sell book, and PoW phase already over. The dev team is looking good, and if the promised features arrive, a 10-20 times price increase within weeks/months seems inevitable, if not more. Interesting times!

price is actually low imo. Look at the orderbook it wont go below 1k. If the miners werent dumping this could easily be above 2k. Anybody know how long POW is?
Price is high and the orderbook doesn't matter. When miners dump faster than buyers are buying the price will go down. Right now everyone is excited and panic buying because it just arrived onto market. Once the panic buying calms down the market will either stabilize until POW ends or the price will go down because there will be more coins than buyers. Don't turn this into ConcealCoin 2.0, it's too early for that shit. I was never in ConcealCoin, take a chill pill. I just gave my opinion. How long is POW? 6000 blocks do the calculs with 2 mins per block , 12000 hours ? |

daemon won't sync , i'm not using tor just clearnet and i added all nodes in dnsseed in net.cpp to be sure plus the website ip , anyone having the same problem ?
