I think that price will not fall below 3500. All will quickly buy back knowing that price on the news can easily be raised again to 10,000.
But it cannot anymore go easily to 10K. Before it was possible because only few people had these tokens and the sell side was pretty empty. Now there are 200 BTC on the sell side before 10K, and that's only 3.2M tokens, while 24M tokens deposited to Poloniex ... Don't expect easy pump as it happened before when no one knew about this token. The situation is something like 2014 in many many threads. In this time everyone wanted to go mining, also myself. There were 100s of scammers. Good that waves turned off their asset trading at the start. 2016 is the asset boom coming again with ardor, waves, stratis and heat.
However surviving will who can make deals with companies or government. Product development is crushial.
Heat is being ignored by the market, the same as Fimk. It's not an unicorn, it's a mule. User experience and tech don't work yet or will ever. It's always funny to see newb accounts come out of the woodwork when a pump or dump is about to happen. That's when you know what your next move should be. With the BTC rise of 6%+ over the past week, other altcoin pumps ( and dumps) NXC has actually been going up strong for the past 2 weeks. the ups and downs are for people buying and priming for a pump. Pretty obvious. Be it in 2 days or after the beta, either way it'll be here as expected. The daily ups and downs are for the little profiting between people. Again, nothing new. IF someone is worried about the short-term price, just sell outright and find a less stressful past-time .  We could have another fun ride like what happened with PASC a few weeks ago coming. (Went 50x+ vs 3 or 4 months ago.) And remember, NOBODY will tell you to sell a stock/crypo from the goodness of their hearts. Most of all not on this forum. People who are cheer leading a stock/crypo are the same way. Do you own serious DD, look at the charts, buys vs sells, buy and sell walls and you can figure out what might be comping up. Heck, also I know I have been stuck bagholding an alt that crashed for months only to find it got pumped and actually made money in the long term. Unless it's a total scam of a coin (like zonecoin for example recently)you will not lose $$ on crypto unless you sell in the log-term. Every week there are new coins getting listed. Most of them are meant for value transfer. Most of them are forks of bitcoin or now in trend zcash. They are getting pumped to millions of value, but they have no value at all. Holding longterm shit makes just the shit smell and gives no value. Nexium have been in development almost a year. Its kind of different. They are releasing now and two times more in the next 6 months. Its different then a release of a wallet with 90% of code taken from btc or zcash. To say in other words there are 100 easy ways to lose money and just some few to let it grow. |

If they did want to "distribute" the C-CEX coins to all investors, then the easiest way to do that would be to send them to a burn address. It would have the exact same effect as evenly distributing them to all addresses.
burning is not the same, because everyone is getting the value of the coins. the coins must be distributed to the initial ICO addresses. Everything else is breaching the contract. And I am sure there is a court in the place where Sventje lives or Heat Ledger is registered. Its not about coins, its about principle. And of course investors want their coins, they paid for. Everything else is unlogical. coins which were not sold, because they came back from escrow is the property of the investors and not the company. if the company wants to have more coins, they can buy them back, on the market. This is the reason for me to contact the european consumer protection and starting a long process of investigation and at the same time contacting the european scam protection service. Sventje, you cant change the rules or interpret them, what is better for you, if investors are getting screwed again. |

You created a registered company, you have legal obligations. I strongly suggest you respect the agreements you made. that way you avoid the legal implications and you do not look like a common street criminal. It says clear that all coins are going to be distributed to the investors. Unsold coins will be Distributed. You cant Resell them again. Do you think golem will have a pump or it will swing between 3k-4k sat? From the current huge market cap, it can hardly get pumped any more.
I'm very doubtful about the pump because of BTC rally and total supply of GNT tokens. It seems that price is very high and it can go down to 2000 sat area. I bought around these numbers on Liqui exchange. However, volume is good and we can expect some spikes to 4000-4500 sat territory. In long term I expect the value of GNT tokens going up to 5000 sat and more. it can get up like maidsafe coin, like 100 Mill. marketcap in longterm ...
