TO SUMOKOIN DEVELOPERS & COMMUNITY
With high likelihood privacy coins will be included in upcoming regulations, restricting their potential use via different measures and policies (e.g. only exchanges w/o privacy coins allowed in the country, etc).
I believe SUMOKOIN needs to be proactive and commit publicly to measures which ensure its coins are not abused for illicit activities. As I lack technical expertise I cannot suggest what this could look like. Perhaps offering full collaboration to provide information to Authorities from which sources (e.g. numbers of ETH or Bitcoin accounts) the SUMOKOINs were acquired from and how much could be enough to trace back to the origin where there is reasonable suspect of illicit activity. Perhaps 100% privacy within SUMOKOIN network transactions, but transparency if requested towards the outside would be the solution. As said, I lack expertise to suggest something which is acceptable for the SUMOKOIN philosophy, technically possible and politically reassuring.
I do consider having experience and insight into regulatory and policy processes and mindsets, hence I am convinced that you should think about the above and propose collaborative solutions for Authorities / Regulators. Doing so will significantly de-risk your project and create value to the SUMOKOIN Community. Don’t only focus on technically advancing your product, invest energy now to ensure there will be a fruitful environment for it to prosper. Take my advice and act now.

There's so many countries banning bitcoin now that it affected all alt cryptos as well. wonder when it will actually recover.
Beginning of new phase for sure.. People voice will change things . It can be slowed down but not sure they can BAN it completely, they could probably try to control it by some kind of regulations due to money laundry and taxes. Like you said, "new phase", and that can actually be good, because if they say: "BTC can and must be taxed", then they admit that has a value. With regulations being imposed, this mean that cryptos does not have its own meaning anymore. If it can be taxed, mean it will be traceable thus defeat the purpose of cryptos. |

If you haven't noticed so far, Denarius Signature Campaign payments have been sent out yesterday. With DNR rising in value, it's a pretty nice premium right now  A couple of people have been kicked out of the campaign because of inactivity, and as always, puwaha has been awarded the BPR, although he said he'd want someone else to get it, there's no one so far that reaches certain standard sto get an award as the best round poster. Don't be a fool... it is not about the number of commits. Devs work in private repos and do tons of work on a single pull. Other coins fake activity ...let me just quote a friend here... Devs are ahed of their roadmap. Why give a fuck about the number of commits... Its not about the number of commits, its about the quality of the commit. The commit https://github.com/sumoprojects/SumoGUIWallet/commit/151362028433571c9987e3fe4aaa52e79ab97559 had 8 files changed, with 407 additions and 79 removals. This could have been broken into any number of smaller commits, the devs simply chose to commit it all at once. Edit I'd like to also add that a lot of other coins will simply change one or two lines and make that a commit to boost their perceived activity - be careful with judging only on the quantity of commits. yes i a wondering if they are students or professionnal persons. the team does not communicate a lot... I truly beleive in privacy so i a gathering information. THey have written here https://medium.com/sumokoin/sumokoin-development-path-2c5e0fd1b0fa "Of course, devs are working on free time only and all already have rather busy company jobs." i know that if the team is not 100% dedicated to the project it will may have an impact. The devs are really doing a great job with getting the wallets and updates out!
A problem i currently have is that they do not seem to have any marketing strategie or marketing at all which is really the most important thing in this speculation driven market.
Sumokoin should also consider a rebranding as nearly everyone i told about the coin that is heavily involved in the crypto space, thinks the name sounds cheap and scammy.
All in all a great coin but please devs, involve someone that makes sumokoin a big baller, which it certainly could be!
The dev team is composed of 4 or 6 guys ... Their commits are not very active lately. Only SadBAtman commited and all are working on their free time... How could this coin reach the moon in those conditions ? You ve made a brand new account just for that? They ve merged ghost addresses on core in mid December and released an amazing GUI wallet supporting ghost addresses 5 days ago. Now go create one new account and try harder yes i am new lool. Why does it look like strange? If they have a roadmap and they fulfill whatever they are promising, I don't think that's an issue. Am I right? |

I guess so, each port have its own pool basically. I didn't word that right. Multipool.us will let you mine different sha356 coins if you point to a port 9999. That includes bitcoin, digibyte, bch etc You offer same feature? I didn't do public pool yet at the moment. It's the multipool that auto-switch to whichever best profitable coin to mine. I never like multipool mining though, for me, I rather focus on single mining and hope it moon the hell out of it  |

Exactly why do you think it will increase in price?? Based on what? Easy you say? There's a lot of low valued coins out there with a low amount of coins in circulation! Take time to read the white scroll (white paper). Tech is solid, Carsen is doing great work. Just the speed of transfers is impressive. Look at the wallet compare that to other wallets. You can see the effort that went into making that. Cant say the same for other coins I have seen. DNR is here to stay. People are starting to realize it. I am a denarium for life.  Let's not forget the impending masternode release. That I am sure has a lot to do with it. I believe it is 5000 dnr to run a masternode? Well masternodes could be playing a big part in the price rise and the fact that DNR is also a privacy coin which I believe will be all the rage this year so this may also be playing a part in the spike. Either way it is good to see DNR get the attention it deserves and now hopefully the price can hold strong and continue to rise steady like it did towards the end of 2017 for about 3 months. Seems like this time it is definitely staying to go upward. Still, not many people was advertising it aggressive enough yet. |

I am using SumoEasyMiner.
I am using HP 15-bw033WM, Windows 10, AMD A12-9720 Quad Core Processor, 8GB Memory, AMD Radeon R7 GPU.
and getting hash rate of 30 H/s.
But I am not seeing any thing earned on my wallet. Am I missing something?
My wallet is 100% synchronized.
