Unfortunately, it seems that you have been scam already. So they won't answer back and probably those scammers are laughing their ass off because they got another victim. In any case, this is not the first time. It has been reported as well as early as 2020. I guess this will serve a big lesson for you and hopefully you will be the last victim.

I wonder though where you get this API?

{Warning}: Fake Bitcoin QR Code Generators.

Many people warned probably but not enough and yeah I hope I was last and they must be dying from laugh  Grin

One of the staff tried this site 3 years ago and warned us here.  In conclusion, none of these address generators can be trusted. The main target is, of course, who are weak in technical terms.
But, I thought it was closed a long time ago, still surprised it's still open.

Wonder if we can do more, because this scam works for years now and still trapping many people (including me *sad evil laugh*)
The only way is to report the site to the host/domain provider. Follow these tips.

Easy to find. When I typed "bitcoin qr generator" on G-search, this site came second in the search results.

Hello,
I would like to warn you on scam qr code generator API

It generates different address than it is supposed to.
Here is my transaction with this qr... Wonder when they transfer it.
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/bc1qu649ujp32tsaklnqzgdqh9ztrcrnw8zkds9du0

They don't answer emails or anything.
BEWARE and always check more times that address is correct!
Look at the scammers here:
