I commend your ideas as it bothers investment for which OP will applaud you for, but I think OP is looking to get ideas and advise as it bothers Crypto projects. Of a truth what you have said is nothing different from the truth. I have been to places where I virtually notice all these you have spoken. Even on the street I see them mostly.  The point you have made pertaining women going to farm is very touching though.
