Ok, Just spoke to the dev of the website who hosted the old block explorer and the new one should be back up tomorrow. We also have someone working on a new explorer and rich list but those are not completed yet.
I am also trying to get a faucet and dice game set up as well.

Appreciate it, and Im very very excited about this coin. Mainly it took some serious guts to admit you made a mistake in a pool full of sharks. You stood up and admitted it, and that says so much about you as a person and a team, and that will be reflected in the coins. Cant wait to start, and I will be a buying fool. (already bought a bunch on c-cex of abc1 after it was explained)

Ok im officially lost. Heres my Questions:
1. Was talk of another pow, until block 5,000 but never saw info on it.. pools ect? Did I blink and miss something?
2. I look at the block count and its over 10,000 yet no pow/ and no pos yet!!?!? HOW?
3. I look at the version # of the wallet, I expect it to be called ABC2, or in console version 2.0 ?~!!? It says 1.0
4. I see people activley trading the coin on c-cex, thats not active, and the wallet will be frozen soon. Seems strange !!?

Hello, I hope this helps .. 1. We had just had a PoW phase and I wasn't quite sure that the pools would be game for another one. We made the decision to just have the PoW phase through block 5000 (needed to switch to PoS) without block rewards. It might not have been the best decision, it was basically just a decision. 2. PoS started after block 5000 and is now going strong. 3. The lack of ABC2 on the new wallet was an oversight... it will be on the first wallet update. 4. They are trading the older version of ABC which will be exchanged for ABC2 (again not on the wallet yet). We thought the exchange would have gone smoothly with C-Cex but it has been anything but so far. Bittzy78 |

I am guessing that they must have taken a little mini vacation as their Twitter account has not been active for a couple of days. We are not worried about the swap occurring.. Update Please make sure that all your coins are over at C-Cex (This post will be updated) The blocks are up to about number 4000 out of 5000 before full PoS kicks in.  I am going to go ahead and do an update on the new QT and will just fill in the links after block 5000. Yeah, I am actually trying to get C-Cex's attention on Skype so that I can send them the new source code. The new block chain has to reach block 5000 before it goes from PoW/Pos to just pure PoS. Ok, it has been a long time coming, but finally the new version of ABC (ABC2) is done and going through a reward less PoW phase up to block 5000. We went back and forth several times about whether or not to have a new PoW phase with block rewards, but in the end, we decided that there was simply no way to guarantee miners would mine since we just recently had problems at launch. I So basically we have a restart of the coin at the end of the PoW phase with a new premine introduced since the old one was lost. This gives it a total of 675,000 coins and everyone that wants their old ABC exchanged for new ABC2 will get them exchanged on C-Cex. We are going to make the new source code available to C-Cex tomorrow and available to everyone else immediately after the PoW phase is done. Since the blocks are roughly 30 seconds each that means that there will be around 2880 blocks per day and it should take less than 2 days for the PoW to be finished. The problem with that is that is it pretty much puts it squarely on this Saturday and C-Cex has limited operations on the weekend. So, it might take until Monday to get your old coins exchanged for new ones. We hope to immediately hit the ground running with ways to increase the value of ABC(2) and provide our coin holders with a nice level of Abundance. Once your coins are on C-Cex ( https://c-cex.com/index.html) the exchange will involve the current ABC wallet being frozen to new deposits and then your balance of ABC transferred to ABC2. At that point, you will no longer have any access to the old ABC coins.  (the new Abundance wallet with the premine)  (The current block count) If you are due a bounty for doing a translation or wallet, you will be paid after the new coin is live. |

If you can't launch a coin properly, don't bother. You can't blame the Dev for posting the wallet to soon. derp
Also another trend i am noticing:
Qibucks (AKA qiwoman, qiwoman2)has floated in and out of a lot of failed coins, i.e. XBC, she came in as part of the team and then magically disappeared when we hit 0.04 and before the DCM IPO rip-off. It seems she is attracted to train wrecks, but escapes back-lash by slinking into the night before the shit hits the fan...
I like to call it a "Bounty hunt and dump"....so don't believe when qibucks says "here for the long haul" or "believes in XXX coin" or "believes in the XXX team" or "holding XXX making babies!" etc, she is just getting paid....nothing more
If it was me who was trying to make enough money to see my children again (as qibucks says she is), i wouldn't be promoting such terrible coins, at the end of the day, she promotes for the bounty giving people false hope, dumps and then f**ks off. Not something i would be proud to reveal to my children. i raised them better than that. Too bad if someone else needs funds to see there kids and puts faith in the "sure thing" promo garbage she spouts.
I for one will be avoiding any coin with Qibucks attached to it. I am not complaining, or trying to make qibucks look bad, just stating the track record here....it is a bit beyond 'bad luck'
I will do what i did with XBC however, and hold....hold....hold....hold...until it collapses into nothing. i have transferred my 4k ABC to c-cex. it is so tempting to dump and move on however. I hope c-cex is enjoying all my POS.

Get your ABC over to C-Cex !!! I know this update is a long time coming, but here it is... We launched our coin without being able to get the premine. How can this happen? Well, lets just say it was a terrible miscommunication between our dev and ourselves as to who was supposed to collect it. During this whole miscommunication someone was able to get the premine, and it wasn't us. We have been trying and trying to work with our dev for a solution but it has mostly been us knocking our heads against a wall until we finally were able to come up with one. The solution is going to involve everyone moving all their ABC over to C-Cex ( https://c-cex.com/ ) as soon as possible and waiting for them to be exchanged for a new coin that will be called ABC2. We are going to give everyone a few days to get this done so nobody is left out of being able to exchange their coins. Once we get the vast majority of coins on the exchange C-Cex will freeze the ABC wallet... and they will then be exchanged. Also just to clarify.. We weren't exactly sure which course of action to take before and that is why the C-Cex wallet was frozen. I would also like to thank C-Cex in offering their help and assistance in getting us through this problem. What is the trade off for doing this? The trade off is that we had to increase the amount of coins in the money supply from 500k to 675k. We did that to account for any or all of the premine making its way onto C-Cex and also allowing ourselves the original premine to grown the coin. This also gives us a large amount of coins that can stake in case the premine is exchanged and the holder decides to pull a 51% attack (or 51% of coins currently staking on the network). We know this isn't going to be very popular but we felt it necessary because we didn't just want to close up shop. Before you get too upset, once the dust settles from the exchange... we will be open to any and all ideas to increase the value of the coin. These will can include the PoE phase, coin destruction, setting up a mutipool for ABC or anything else that can help increase its value. There will be a lot of questions about this transition but they pretty much just involve getting your coins over to C-Cex for now. We will update you when the new coin is ready to go and when the exchange will happen. Please withhold your FUD until we have had a chance to pull this off. Bittzy78 |
