I'm not familiar with ThemePen, his posts, or his merit-giving history other than what was shown here but I agree. I'd say every local board that has a sizeable number of active members needs at least one dedicated merit source--and I've been of that opinion for years now. It allows members who might not be able to write in English the chance to earn merits more easily and prevents the main section from being flooded with incomprehensible posts.
I am not against ThemePen's application, In fact, I support his merit source application. He is an amazing guy and helped me once with some Solana a couple of weeks ago when the minimum exchange of Solana was too high. Now, come back to the topic. I also think that every local community with a good number of users should have a dedicated merit source. When it comes to Pakistan's local thread, I always thought Shahzadafzal is their dedicated local merit source. The boy is the only child of the widower and does not seem to be interested in the same line of business and even when he does, he requires more maturity to be able to manage the business such as graduating from the college, etc.
To be honest, maturity does not come with the age but with the responsibility. I remember when my father died, I was 19 years old and fortunately I had a job where I was getting about $100 per month back then. The only mistake I made was, that I trusted some closest people who are my relatives but later I saw their true faces when I was about to start construction to build my own home. So, my advice is, never to trust anyone. Not even your relatives. Do whatever you want, you will learn from your mistakes. Try to be a hard-working man and never think that you will earn like your father without working hard. |

Why would someone having a good business and built up positive trust in the forum all of a sudden start posting malware links if not his account getting hijacked? The mods never listened and to this date, it beat my understanding.
Your points make sense. I am not aware of such cases. Could you please forward me to the case to read more about it? If it is obvious that the account was hacked, the mod should give him a 2nd chance. Anyway, as far as we know, Cyrus wanted to give 2nd chance to the banned users, did that user apply to unban his account? On the one hand it seems harsh, but on the other hand it took OP years to claim back his account. I have accounts on many forums that I created years ago and haven't used since, but if I can't access them anymore, I wouldn't expect a special recovery. It's the risk of abandoning an account for that long.
As you can see already, OP said he is not here to get his old account. So it's understandable that he did not care about his old account even when it was hacked. He still does not care about it. |

You got a good point there. I also want to believe that OP is the real owner of that banned account. Why would someone use a similar username and link their account if they know that this account will get banned as well if people find him? Moreover, the account has some negative feedback as well. I feel like this is the real owner and he wants his account back. Now, let's see if OP can come up with a signed message from any of his old addresses that he may post in the forum. Otherwise, sorry for his loss. When will the admin/mods say enough is enough and say "banned means banned!"
What if OP is just an innocent victim of scammers and hackers? Wouldn't punishing someone when they did not do the offence be too harsh? |

তার মধ্যে বাইনান্স BUSD কে ডি-লিস্টেড করেছে দেখেই আমার ভয়, কারণ যে কোন সময় যদি FDUSD ডিলিস্টেড করে দেয় তাহলে এটারও ধ্বস নেওয়া যাবে কারণ বাইনান্স ছাড়া আর দুই একটা যে সব সেন্ট্রালাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জারে লিস্ট রয়েছে সেগুলোতেও ডি লিস্টেড করে দেওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকতে পারে।
তাছাড়া আমি মনে করি FDUSD কে যদি বাইনান্স ডিলিস্টেড করে তাহলে আমি তো আমার ফান্ড ফেরত পাব, যদিও আমি এ বিষয়ে শিওর না।
আপনি যদি অনলাইনে একটিভ থাকেন, তাহলে ডি লিস্ট হওয়ার আগে অবশ্যই জানতে পারবেন। BUSD ডিলিস্ট হওয়ার পেছনের কারণ হলো বাইনান্সের দুর্নীতি যার কারনে সিজে অব্দি বাইনান্স থেকে লিভ নিতে বাধ্য হয়েছে। বাইনান্সের এরকম দুর্নীতি নিয়ে কিন্তু কয়েন আলাপে অনেক আগে একটা আর্টিকেল প্রকাশ করা হয়েছিলো। বাইনান্স এর প্রতিটা BUSD এর বদলে এক ডলার করে ব্যাক রাখার কথা ছিলো। কিন্তু তারা প্রায় রিজারভ থেকে ডলার সরিয়ে লেনদেন করতো। পরবর্তীতে বাইনান্স সেই রিজার্ভ আবার ফিল করেছে কি না এরকম কোনো আপডেট তারা জানায়নি। সর্বশেষ সিকিউরিটি এক্সচেঞ্জ ডিপারমেন্ট এর মামলায় সম্ভবত অনেক কয়েন বাইনান্স থেকে রিমুভ করা হয়। এর মধ্যে BUSD একটা। বাইনান্স ডিলিস্ট করার আগেই জানিয়ে দিয়েছে যে এটা ডিলিস্ট করে দেয়া হবে। আমার মনে হয় না বাইনান্স একই ভুল আবারো করবে। সুতরাং আপাতত টেনশন ফ্রি থাকতে পারেন। |
