Altcointips is obviously an idiot, the guy said his group have 500 BTC and only pull off a 1000% ROI....seriously that isnt as much as it sounds, most people do that on there own, he should give you 20,000% ROI with that BTC

liteuser provided me with an archive of the rich list form August 6th. Since then 6 of the top 10 wallets have stayed the same balance.  that's around 1.68million coins from the total supply being unused just from those wallets :O I feel bad for them, that's a lot of hyperstaking they have missed out on. |

This is a lovely coin and the DEV is great, just to let you know QIBUCK COIN invested in HYPER and we purchased a big bag to stake!  . It's at a steal on POLO. good choice for investment, I am now a certified bagholder of QBK too  |

Coin is doing good on Polo. I sold a small batch at low prices making it easier for people to buy. We need to spread this coin more gradually so more people have a vested interest to hold.

Carnage! Looks like the buy orders over on Allcoin are all but gone, and on Coin-Swap the buy's have dropped down to 140 SAT. I don't remember seeing the price this low in previous drops....  looking a lot better now across coin-swap, allcoin and now newly added to poloniex also. Hold your coins and watch them multiply |

Wow diff of 0.43 now  Things are heating up fast! Market is a little volatile right now too, but the nice part is that the spread seems to be coming in. I am going to release a new version of the wallet either today or tomorrow. It doesn't have many additions, but it has the age column in coin control that moneromooo added which has become an essential piece of information for me, so everyone else needs to have it too. These last few weeks have been very busy for me, been working 60+ hour weeks and have dozens of side projects. I am hoping to start ramping up hyperstake coding in the next week or two. almost at 0.5 now haha. Good to see the trading on the exchanges and also looking forward to the new wallet with the age column incorporated, it will certainly be a handy feature. Onwards and upwards! |

 staking is going well, coin is holding value for the most part and I'm more than confident with such an active dev this coin has many more features to come. Happy Days! |

Do any of you regularly trade there? I had massive problems with them when they were new. To be fair, they did fix it, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Haven't been back since. can't say its an exchange I am familiar with but looking at trading volumes of some of the more popular altcoins it seems a hit or a miss. |

I just gave it a booster to position 4 Cool, thanks! Just bumped up to 3rd. I am not sure how often bleutrade adds coin, but I am guessing a combo of asking for HYP to be added in the trollbox and also voting it up, will be a good approach. put another 50 votes on HYP, sitting top of the pile for an addition. Hope they add it soon |

I'm not going to lie, your block explorer and rich list are pretty damn sexy. In the case of Hyperstake I'm not sure this is the right time to sell off 55-60k of HYP for a feature that doesn't add any real value to the coin either commercially or financially. I'm not adverse to donating BTC for a feature like a richlist or blockexplorer in the future though |

 Community Update Hi everyone! Lots of interesting discussions on the thread these past few days. Keep it coming, the more ideas we have flying around, the more likely that one or two of them will stick. So over the next week we can make a collective effort to get a few things done. -A web based richlist. Both Presstab and David have agreed with me that it's worth offering a bounty so that we can finally get this sorted. If any of you know someone who can create and maintain this for HYP let me know, we will pay from the staking bounty fund. -Merchants. Currently we have not pushed for real world adoption since the coin is very new, and not yet reached a stable price floor. However there's no reason that you can't reach out to small businesses who may be open to accepting crypto, or maybe have steady relationships with other coins. -A larger exchange. I'm in agreement that cryptsy seems to be the only larger exchange that is tolerant of high POS coins. The email address I see on the coinvoting page is support@cryptsy.com, it's always best that a dev contact directly and perhaps offer source code so that they can see it's sound. https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/forums/4000000207 also seems to be an area for new coin requests, I have to hold my hands up and admit I am not a cryptsy user so any input from you guys would be great to move this forward. I'm sure I see the cryptsy staff floating around the forum every now and again. Presstab has some exciting real life news that will be taking up a lot of his time whilst David has a hand in several other projects too, but it's important to remind everyone that they are unpaid devs, doing a lot of work when possible in their spare time. Might I suggest that instead of pushing for exchanges, you all push for real goods and services sold and exchanged for HYP as the base currency? If all it's going to be is another way to indirectly mine BTC, then what's the point?
This is a very good idea, any pointers on where you would start with this? In the interim, more exchanges should create a solid supply/demand chain, as it is the traded volume is low on hyperstake at the moment, which is not attractive for people to invest in because it is not liquid enough for them Good to hear from you presstab and good luck on the local business. I appreciate you are a very busy man how do we go about getting pulls on github? |

Are there any plans to get HYP listed on Bittrex or somewhere a little larger to give the coin more exposure?
Just had a look on coin-swap and 24 hr trading is only 0.005BTC, so very little going on there at the moment.

we really need the hyperstake community to push for new exchanges collectively. Everyone needs to keep tweeting @poloniex and @ExchangeBittrex to try and show this is a coin worth listing for them. Any update on the dev roadmap? |

downloaded and installed v 1.0.4 working very well and loving the more accurate expected time to reward. Good to see an active dev working consistently to improve the wallet features and keep the coin moving in a positive direction. I'm off to the wilderness camping until Wednesday, will get back to staking after that. Have a great weekend guys! |

There's been some GOOD volume over on Coin Swap today - over 5.5BTC in the last 24 hours..... nice work seen a few silly sell orders placed well below market value in what appears to be an attempt to devalue. A worthless attempt if we can all not sell short and are willing to buy at least in the 800-1000 sats range |

forgive me if this seems like an odd question, but how long should it take for 'unconfirmed' to switch to 'balance' in the wallet?
I transferred coins from coin-swap a couple hours ago and still showing as unconfirmed.
Not a dumb question. Right now we are PoS only and so the blockchain only moves when there are enough mature blocks to solve the kernel. Right now there aren't a lot of mature blocks on the network so it can take an hour to a day to solve the kernel problem and issue the next block. You should see your transaction start to get confirmed once some blocks start getting solved and it takes 6 blocks until it is confirmed in the wallet.
