Any idea why estimate time to reward is jumping around like a mofo?
Its gone from 1 hour to 7000 days and now 43027 days lol. Oooh 22000 days now. its changing every minute.
Is there an update incoming?....

I have been here since day 1 (Summercoin) and the one thing I really wish is that the Devs would post on here even if just once every few days.
Instead they only now frequent the nav slack channel with a circulation of like 20 members where as even those passing through on here the circulation is massive.
Don't get me wrong, since Craig has taken over Nav has come on in leaps and bounds in a very short time. But please post on here, its so easy for the masses to copy and paste quotes from the dev team on here and put them in tweets etc. rather than have to go through registering for slack etc. just to see only a few people on there - most of whom are just running servers and not real people having a punt on new and emerging things (like Nav still is)
I wouldn't be still here after all these years if I didn't believe in Nav, but come on guys just a few posts on here may help with the Nav indoctination.

One of my Nav wallets is reporting 3600 less Nav on the block explorer than is in my actual wallet. Is there any need for concern? I did repair wallet and its fine. Its been like this for a month or so now.
Any ideas?

I have 4.0.3 and 30 may my wallet stop staking.
restarting not working but I found today in nav config file: staking=0
lol ... so I change to staking=1 and restart and looks like working I see expected time like usuall but not have yet my first coins so dont know its fix this issue.
My conf is fine, staking=1 when i activate it inside the wallet. Don't need to do it manually. The block explorer shows that people are staking, so maybe some people send big amounts into their wallets and now it has to rebalance? Anyhow, soon, very soon... 4.0.4 and other new stuff! Yeah my conf is fine too. Weird thing is if I send say 200 coins from Polo or Bittrex to my wallet I get a stake reward within an hour but then nothing for 3-5 days. Its like it sends a message saying that wallet is alive and sends me a reward? There was a time when the dev would post on here but now they are all on slack and I refuse to open a new account on another site for every single coin I'm with. Having said that since Craig has taken the reins with his NZ posse NAV has come on in leaps and bounds so I am more than happy with the progress and direction of NAV. Im also amazed that Craig manages to put in so much time and effort with his Ed Sheeran duties also biting at his feet. |

stakıng thıng not workıng normaly. ı cant get rewards daıly or the tıme ıt says. wallet says 6 hr for reward but 2 days passed there ıs no reward. somethıng wrong wıth that. before segwıt ı was gettıng rewards daıly but after segwıt ıts not workıng normally.
SAME! Ive given up now and hope the next wallet update will fix it. Tried everything from complete re installation to holding a seance with Elvis. Nothing fixes it. Ive been with NAV for 3 years now and this is the first time ever stake doesn't work anymore and yes all since segwit was instigated. |

Has anyone still got the 'Warning: Unknown block versions being mined! It's possible unknown rules are in effect.' message?
My wallet hasn't been staking since I downloaded the 4.0.3 version of the wallet. I've repaired and restarted the wallet multiple times but still no luck in getting the wallet to start mining. I've also added 'staking =1' to the config file but still without any success.
Has anyone got any more ideas on how I can get the wallet to start staking?
Mine hasn't staked for 5 days now. I have restarted, locked, unlocked and even deleted everything and reinstalled 4.0.3 and still no stakes. I can send and receive coins no problem tho.... on the crypto id block explorer thang it says I have less coins than I actually do have tho and that I am on a different block but my wallet says I am up to date with the right block and if I check the last block its the same as mine.... Coincidence or not it all started after the segwit thang went live.... |

I received NAVS today, from staking, about 2 days worth, before that it was very slow, and even couple of transactions that didn't go through.
IMHO nothing is wrong, just big volume of NAVS being sold and bought, so it takes couple of days. In the long run you should get 5% exactly, nothing more nothing less, so calculate it for yourself.
If the percentage was much higher than 5% for some time, you will receive nothing for couple days.
You actually have a very good point there. Maybe more people are now staking due to the rise in buy / sell nav and you are right that 5% should sort itself out in the end. Thanks for a different perspective - it certainly makes sense. Still no idea there that weird nav address in my wallet has come from it says mined and its had its confirms?  Still no stakes, but I will leave it another couple of days ....... |

There is definitely something weird going on with staking....
My wallet has been fine for weeks but then a few days ago no stakes at all.
I just also noticed the last stake reward I received shows as it was mined by a different nav address to my own? All the other stakes in history have always shown my nav address with the stake amount. but this last one is another address? I have even reinstalled the wallet deleting all prefs and reloading and downloading the blockchain which was fairly quick - maybe an hour or so but whats with that weird address?
I have now spent days trying to get this thing to stake again and tried everything everyone has suggested multiple times.
I am going to try holding a seance this evening to see if I can get Elvis, Prince and Michael Jackson to help with whats going on....
This is the OSX 4.0.3 wallet that has been fine until a few days ago.....
The only thing I can think of is that the segwit (Fukwit?) thang has gone funky? Its the only thing thats changed in the last week isn't it?

Unless you have more than 100K nav 5 hrs is not long enough Dev on slack said closing and restarting again should take care of it aguycalled [9:18 AM]
If somebody has some issues staking, it should get fixed restarting the wallet

The warning that states Unknown Block versions being mined it's possible unknown rules are in effect is quite true - Unknown rules ARE in effect as some people are no longer receiving stake rewards..... |

since 2 days ı have no staking rewards and ı never closed pc and wallet. whats goıng on Me either, we need a new wallet update..For staking corrections and deletion of the warning. strange. thıs ıs 3rd they comıng and no stakıng rewards here. 3 days before ı got really good rewars. Im not receiving stakes anymore either for last couple of days. latest wallet etc. Restarted many times, repairwallet fine, Fix please |

You need to update your wallet mate. Backup wallet.dat download new qt delete everything and resync. when u open new wallet it's going to ask you if u wanna use an old wallet.dat...re direct to it and that's it... https://navtechservers.com/tutorials/Full-Node/Thanks Juguelio - but won't I lose the coins I sent this morning? |

My wallet appears to be stuck. I have sent some coins to Bittrex, but they have not arrived yet they are missing from my wallet. Repair wallet shows a mismatch of the amount of coins I sent? Any ideas? Oh and I have coins stuck at polo that won't go in or out and I've been waiting 3 daystar a response from Polo. These coins ARE in the polo wallet, just not my polo wallet. AAAARGGHH.
Any ideas?
