Not to mention - most of the money exists only in the digital form. Bitcoin just takes it further - fully in digital form. We are still waiting for that killer application (interface) which can take Bitcoin to the masses.

Should the ethics committee (or equivalent) of Carnegie Mellon look into this? It is one thing to find out flaws in the tor network, it is another to use it to indiscriminately snoop for the FBI.

If we hold $300 for how long? I think we haven't been below $300 for the last 15 days now. Is that long enough?

Very good time to buy indeed. Everyone buy and HODL!
If your long-term strategy is to hold, anytime is a good time to buy. You have to get in before the rocket takes off.

Not necessarily. It seems you have no idea about this, we are still above 100+ dollars of the initial price and suddenly 381 which is the current price is slow.. well give it time and it will recover, this is called a correction.
No way. BTC is above $350 as of today. Why panic? it is just a 'correction' it seems. The storm will pass and we will rue the day we sold our BTCs because we got scared of a slump. It seems to be inching towards $400 now. Going from $220 to $500 in a month was too quick. A pull back was expected and did happen.

Holding is my opinion, if you have the risk appetite. Investing in Bank Certificates is safe, but you have the risk of missing out on huge bitcoin price movements.

your dream is just a dream, i prefer work hard now to get 21 btc from 0.1 btc.
The OP has already worked hard to get the fiat needed to buy 21 BTC. It doesn't matter whether you earn BTC, or earn fiat and convert it to BTC.

Holders and speculators can make bitcoin price surge as we seen last 30 days to 500$. Then speculators sell and we see a correction to 400$
BUT
Big Bitcoin miners and Big Vendors can start stabilising the price by refusing to sell their production under a certain price and here we have it stability since 6 days now between 375-395 $ . I suspect them even to form a cartel that can buy when the price goes under their margin target . Remember the stability around 250$ for months it was weird.
Price is drifting below the $375-395 range that you mentioned. In the end, miners have bills which they have to pay in fiat.

It can't be soon. We should see the 3rd block halvening first. (Block prize should be 6.125 BTC at first). Until then 4 digits at most.
That is 2020. We will surely have some big event before that. Waiting for that inflection point.

Where do the majority of these us citizens migrating to? I would think thy would be found out if they are still close like mexico or the bahamas.
Found out? They are renouncing their citizenship. Legally. Then they just obtain the citizenship of another country and continue with their lives.

i sell it in the half and still hold the rest i thought the price will stable above $400 but i was wrong and it's back to less $400 since yesterday but tomorrow or monday i hope we will back to $500
The question is not whether it will go to $500. Many people believe it eventually will. The tough question is what to do when it gets there?

Individuals are just following what companies have been doing for ages now. Reverse Mergers were big tax-saving instruments some time ago.

sold at 495, bought back at 370 feels good man I am glad my bitcoins are in cold storage. I was tempted to sell when the price crossed $300.

Underneat the trolling there is a really sound argument here. I think a lot of people don't believe in 6 figures a Bitcoin because they have been conditioned to think that is out of reach, when if you do the math, it only takes a couple of whales moving their wealth inside the ecosystem to skyrocket it. Billions are nothing in the grand scheme of things, they can come fast.
Or another Cyprus. Anything could set off a bull run.

I think we'll see the price at $500-$550 before the end of the year. A lot traders are in a buying mood and that won't stop any time soon.
Nah not only traders, I guess. Also included those people who wants to get in on the action thinking that this will go big again just like what happened in 2013. FOMO and the halving sure is a good combination for price increase. Yes, it is primarily sentiment driving the market. I hope lot of people don't get hurt. The price has close to doubled in a month's time.

Seems to be a strange case. It would be difficult to recover coins without seed / password.

It is better to eat whole unprocessed foods in general.
It definitely would be healthy. The only problem is that they tend to be more expensive. Even organic foods tend to be more expensive.

I didn't set a password...
I just downloaded Electrum, deposited my coins into my wallet, went to send them... And it asked for a password. I didn't set a password... I've tried every variation of my commonly used passwords and nothing. What the hell?
Did you copy down the seed which was generated?

We are flirting with $400 now. The question has been answered in the first 2.5 days

Guys speculate away, and donot forget to secure your coins from the exchanges into your personal secure offline wallets.
$600 by new year. That will be pleasant gift. I think it is driven by halving + market sentiments.
