81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🇨 Crypterium - Digital Cryptobank with Credit Token & Open Platform🇨 on: January 07, 2018, 11:35:06 PM
I am not so optimistic about Crypterium project, considering a lot of feedback from people who can't receive their CRPT tokens for more than 7 days. If Crypterium team is so ambitious to create this Cryptobank with Debit card, how it is possible that they can't even automate token transfers?

Right, it is really slow, I didn't get my tokens either so far. If you look at the transactions:

https://etherscan.io/token/0x80a7e048f37a50500351c204cb407766fa3bae7f

They are sending to like one address per minute, but sometimes 10 minutes pause. They have 300,000 users. If the slow rate of one transaction per minute persists, it will need 208 days until everyone gets their tokens.

Other calculation: So far 10,000 transactions for a week since start of this year. So 29 more weeks needed.

It seems to be a standard text message that they put up for any coin they're having trouble with.

They don't reply to developer attempts to help them so I don't know what's wrong.

Maybe it is something political? There is no problem on Bittrex with CLAMS, so the network has no problem. Anyone who is on the secret crypto exchanges chat and who knows more?

Hello Friends,

still after few days when i click to load CRPT tokens in myetherwallet then i am displayed 0 tokens. Has anyone got his/her tokens in myetherwallet.
Same here: support said it may take 7 days.

It is 6 days for me now, no withdraw. I guess the support will get a lot more eMails the next days, if they don't fix it. Sometimes there are hours now between transfers of the tokens:

https://etherscan.io/address/0x80a7e048f37a50500351c204cb407766fa3bae7f

Maybe the person who clicks the "transfer" button got tired?

Finally black.host managed to setup my server. They said that the one I bought was not available anymore, but they offered me a good other server, slightly more expensive. Works good so far. Hopefully this was just some start problems and now it works all without problems.

I used Bittrex recently, because Poloniex had problems with CLAMs. But you have to convert it first to/from Bitcoin.

My Litecoin Transfer went to your bitcoin platform instead of going in your Litecoin platform to buy your Crypterium coins. Can you please assit me in getting it out of the Bitcoin account?

This could be interesting, is this even possible? So you entered a Bitcoin address when transferring Litecoin? Looks like the Litecoin blockexplorer https://live.blockcypher.com accepts Bitcoin addresses, but the Bitcoin blockexplorer doesn't accept Litecoin addresses. Maybe you are lucky and they can import their private key of their Bitcoin address in a Litecoin wallet to send you the funds back or claim the funds, if the format if compatible. But you won't get an answer here for it, write to support@crypterium.io , so far I got always an answer for my questions, even if it needs a a day or two, which is understandable because of the high interest.

Meanwhile I got an answer why my withdrawal transaction disappeared: "You cant see the transaction because hasn't been included in a block yet". I guess because of the high number of transactions on the Ethereum blockchain sometimes they get lost, and then they send it again after some time. Will post again when I got the CRPT.

I have to say that it is really scary when your tokens still haven’t arrived from the withdrawal after 2 days.  I hope this is not an indication of the quality of the service you will provide to your users.
I initiated my token withdrawal on 12/31, and haven't seen it in my wallet yet. However, when I inquired with support regarding timing of withdrawal and whether I should be concerned, they responded very fast saying this could take up to 7 days.. It is logical given the fact that a) this token is not yet live/trading, b) huge flow of investors trying to initiate their withdrawals all at once.

Looks like they are doing about one transaction per minute:

https://etherscan.io/address/0x80a7e048f37a50500351c204cb407766fa3bae7f

How many investors are there? This could take some time with all these dust transactions. Is it possible to see the amount transferred so far? Could be divided by the number of transactions then, which could be used for a rough estimate when it is done.

But seems to be a bit slow, maybe there are too many CryptoKitties transactions at the moment on the Ethereum network Grin But it wouldn't explain why my transaction disappeared.

I have the same problem. Support says my funds are safe, it could need several days. Now it is 3 days, still not there. The scary thing is that the "payments" section on the ICO page shows an etherscan link, but etherscan says the transaction hash is not known. So looks like they created a transaction, but didn't send it to the ethereum network, or it got lost somewhere? I asked the support again yesterday, no explanation so far. For this lot of money they got, they should really hire some more support people.

I bought another ERC20 coin from Bittrex (OMG, https://etherscan.io/token/OmiseGo ), just for testing, and maybe it rises, too, and transfer to my address worked without problems, and I can see it in my MetaMask wallet.

Looks like there was some problem with my transaction, now there is no link anymore in the "actions" column to etherscan, and they added a new message:

Would have been nice to get an answer from the support or in this thread about this and what the problem was, instead of just deleting the transaction link. I hope they can fix it.

Doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of their development team that they can't do a simple withdrawal transaction without problems, which doesn't require anything of their new system, just a well known ERC20 coin transfer which works with no problems from Bittrex for other coins. Imagine you want to buy a coffee later with the system, but it tells you "there is a payment problem, it can take up to 7 days, meanwhile please drink some water before you die of thirst" Undecided

I heard that black.host is very expensive, I found a bit of research with server companies accepting payments with Bitcoin. www.whoishostingthis.com/compare/bitcoin/

Well, the same big server, with 16 GB RAM and 750 GB harddisk, costs $299 per month at orangewebsite, so black.host is much cheaper, and they promise unlimited internet access. But thanks for the list, some interesting offers.
91  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: good dedicated server, payable with bitcoin? on: January 01, 2018, 10:28:01 AM
After 2 days, my black.host server is still pending:

I might try one of these servers with limited traffic, maybe they are better. I can always configure Linux to limit the bandwidth so that I don't use more.

Once I had a VPS at http://orangewebsite.com and their support was always very fast and helpful, setup was fast as well. But a bit more expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🇨 Crypterium - Digital Cryptobank with Credit Token & Open Platform🇨 on: January 01, 2018, 10:24:12 AM
Looks like the withdrawal process is running:

https://etherscan.io/address/0x80a7e048f37a50500351c204cb407766fa3bae7f

I didn't get mine so far, but from the timestamp it looks like they process it manually, so might take some time.

Wouldn't it be possible to use one transaction for send it to more receivers? If you click in any transaction, there are only 2 receivers for each.
93  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: good dedicated server, payable with bitcoin? on: December 31, 2017, 08:51:56 PM
I ordered one from black.host yesterday, payment was successful, but it says still "pending". Support doesn't answer since yesterday. I know it is holidays, but I don't care, I need 365x24 support, if something is wrong with my server. Not a good start.
Can you check to see if the transaction has confirmations?

I got a payment confirmation eMail and it shows up as paid in the webinterface. But the server is still shown as "pending", and still no answer on my support ticket. I think I won't pay a second month.
94  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: good dedicated server, payable with bitcoin? on: December 31, 2017, 05:50:55 PM
i tried NetDepot before they good and accept bitcoin also have support team.

not use it last 3 months but recommended it.

Looks good, except for the bandwidth limitation. Their TOS says "bandwidth usage that exceeds the allowance shall be billed at $0.20 USD per GigaByte". If I get DDoS'ed, I could go bankrupt Shocked

Which company provides dedicated servers, min 16 GB RAM and 500 GB RAID 1 harddisk, and unmetered internet connection, with good support?

75 tokens is 108$ USD?  This is valued at $1.40/token already.

lol..  uhm. no.

You do understand that price per token doesn't mean anything, right? The important number is market capitalization. The ICO has collected $31 million so far. A similar coin like WAVES has a market capitalization of $1.3 billion:

https://coinmarketcap.com

This means if people buy as much Crypterium as they bought WAVES when it is traded at the exchanges, then you might get 42 times your money back, if you sell then.

Many people think, it is a scam. I have invested my three years savings to it. It makes me worried sometime.

I don't think it is a scam. In the telegram chat they even posted a link to the Ethereum smart contract source code and looks good. I couldn't find this on their webpage.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🇨 Crypterium - Digital Cryptobank with Credit Token & Open Platform🇨 on: December 28, 2017, 05:00:33 PM
I've got a few questions:

1. Why the lack of transparency about funds? Usually the smart contract is totally visible to ensure the figure started on the website is accurate. It's not really gone up much in the last 24 hours despite a large surge in Bitcoin and overall market cap.

2. The website states that tokens are burned forever during every transaction, which will create constant demand. It also says "Technical limitation of number of tokens:300 000 000" which sounds very little if they're getting destroyed on every transaction. It sounds like the system would run out of tokens very quickly. What happens in this situation?

I was very interested in purchasing some Crypterium before the ICO closes, but I have the same questions as BadAstroZA and I'm concerned that no one has answered them yet, but have responded to posts made after this one. I'm not going to invest until question number 2 is answered. It just doesn't make sense how this would work if tokens are being burned with every transaction. It seems we would run out of tokens very quickly if Crypterium is well received and used for online purchases by the masses. Can someone please field the question? Thanks.

They answered it in their telegram channel. Was something like 18 digits fractional tokens are possible and the more tokens are used up, the higher the price gets, so it never runs out (at least not until the end of the universe).

Hey Crypterium devs,

The project of your team looks really promising and I wish you guys all the best!

Please answer the questions of BadAstroZA, people have invested 1000's of dollars and are really interested to learn how Crypterium works.

To the paid users like alan2here, please let a real dev talk instead of 'spamming' this thread. It's time for some real grown-up discussions, this is a million dollar business people.

I guess no one from the dev team is reading this thread anymore, because of all these nonsense spam postings. The telegram chat looks more useful and devs are answering questions there.

And another question: If it works on the Ethereum blockchain with a smart contract, wouldn't this be still too slow to buy a coffee? Also note that at the moment a transaction on the Ether blockchain costs about 0.001 Ether, even if it doesn't transfer any Ether. That's nearly $1 for a transaction and would double the price of the coffee (for a cheap flavor).
