81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just tap on your mobile and get rich! What is the main purpose? on: June 25, 2024, 03:29:34 AM
The honest truth is that one cant become rich just by tapping on their screens but on the other hand it can be a very good source of income .I know many people who make around $1500k to $2000k max . Others make lesser but at the end of the day it was a win for anyone one participated in the program so there is no need to give it such much negativity .
Its more of a lottery isn't it instead of income, this thing isn't consistent at all, one project could give $1k the other project could give few cents, can't really rely on this as a source of income at best its just side hustle, even then sometime the effort spent for this outweigh of that traditional side hustle.
its akin to airdrop honestly, just do all available projects out there and hope the best, but never too optimistic, because most of them are massive disappointment.

Eh. I think this is stupid. I think there will be a market for P2E but in general i think blockchain games should be made with the main purpose being to have fun and just have blockchain elements to actually own the items sort like what Catgirl is building. But it has to make sense in each use case.
The problem is, building good game takes massive investment, also the entire P2E economic model was intentionally made to not sustain anyway, the whole point is to give way to make capital out of it,  as a result the fun aspect many times overlooked, even this tap game entire point is just to farm user base converting people into using their crypto platform which I guess the main reason why many of these projects supported by the TON foundation.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are memecoins ruining crypto? on: June 25, 2024, 02:56:24 AM

The influx of memecoins in the market daily is surely a concern. What does this coin do though, distribute love to everyone? I'll need to check it out.. since it'll be on Bitget it'll be easier for me to checkout cos they mostly do list potential mooshots early. Probably it's an early investor, ahah.
I think its either just a governance token for the platform or just some token for utilization, the platform itself just another opensea, but probably more tailored specifically for arts instead of NFT which we know the hype has probably faded.
Personally I don't think its good investment though, since market for NFT markteplace token so saturated, most of them don't do good either just like BLUR token that has consistently never got any rally  Grin but you can always do your analysis to find different opinion.

Maybe what you mean is destroying investors' trust or finances with the rise of fraud under the guise of meme coins. It's true, but on the other hand, those who have large communities make a big contribution by being able to bring in new people to get to know crypto by sharing predetermined referral links
fraud is everywhere, most of people that invests in meme coin that has fraud didn't do their due diligence, even there are tools to detect meme coin with malicious contract codes, i guess that's the disadvantage of permissionless platform, but i think it doesn't really ruin the decentralization aspect of blockchain whatsoever.
its true that it even attract some speculators into crypto with meme coin most of the time.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: he Development and Growth of Exchange Tokens: BNB and BGB on: June 25, 2024, 02:07:08 AM
It's just matter of time, i'm pretty sure that their team is quite ready to create their own blockchain at some point or at least have it on their to do list.

I see the pattern that bitget is taking literally just recreating the success of binance by doing the same thing from the bitget wallet, PoolX and so on, however if they really trying to create blockchain though doesn't guarantee it will be instant pump for the coin,
other exchange like kucoin have their own token and blockchain but it falls short, because it never gained popularity. but yeah the exchange coin itself performs pretty good over the time.

then thing with binance smart chain, it's already developed so far i'm pretty sure if other exchanges are to create blockchain they can't ever compete with BSC ever. the binance ecosystem arguably is as matured as ethereum.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2024/25 Season on: June 24, 2024, 05:14:12 PM
Oh the thread is up.
Waiting impatiently to see how it will be the new Champions League.

Reading the new format I already hate it, the only good news is that we can see more games but it will be a shock to everyone who didn't follow the change of rules they did.
A new format of Champions League will bring more matches that are opportunities for UEFA to get more money and strongest clubs will have more income. There will be chance for small clubs to join Champions League but I don't see potential to reduce wealth gap between biggest clubs and small clubs. This new format will increase gaps in wealth among rich and poor clubs, not make it better.

After some seasons with this new format, we will recognize this impact with real data, not only prediction like now.
Several clubs and players have complained about the busy schedule with this new format so that each team will certainly not be able to perform optimally. They must often rotate their players if they want to get the best results from all the competitions they play. UEFA seems to only care about personal matters and does not give freedom to the players and in my opinion this is more like exploitation which is quite regrettable.

Other advantages, such as the small teams you mentioned, will certainly increase competition in the Champions League, but of course it won't change who will advance to the higher rounds. Maybe small teams are very happy to be in a competition as big as the Champions League and when that time comes they have to make good use of it because it can be something they can be proud of.

I thought that the implementation of the new format should be done through voting, but UEFA never cared about that. To be honest, the participation of small teams is not changing the fact that only big clubs can advance to the next round; however, it adds more income to those small teams, but their participation will not change the situation a lot.

Still, players are facing disadvantages from the implementation of the new format. There should be democracy in UEFA. The big team must have carefully prepared their secondary team in order to ensure their key players won't be injured.

I hate to say this, but I don't like this new format. Though it gave more opportunities to the new players, it may be a boring competition.

Joselu has made the decision to leave Real Madrid and join Al-Gharafa in the Qatari league, he knows he will not be the first choice at Real Madrid and moving to another club even though it is in a smaller league than Laliga could give him more games and opportunities get a bigger income, but I don't know for sure how much he will get at the new club.
Carlo Ancelotti reportedly wants to keep him because as a reserve striker, he can be said to play a very good role, appearing several times to make Real Madrid's as a winner. With his move, Real Madrid will look for another reserve striker who is of course cheap but can perform well.

I think that this is not a decision by Joselu, but a joint decision with Real. Joselu has been repeating for a long time that he wants to stay in Real (obviously, he was satisfied with even the role of a rotation player), but taking into account the fact that Real now has Mbappe + the role of a striker can be played by Rodrigo, Vinny, Guler, Diaz, Joselu simply does not have a place in the lineup.
I expected that he would end his career after Real (it’s difficult to go to a regular club after winning the Champions League and La Liga with Real), but he chose Saudi Arabia in order to change the situation and earn money. A good choice.
I recall Joselu being linked to Manchester United before, and United seems to have lost interest in him. I was hoping for him to go to the united, and it seems that narrative is unlikely to happen. Moreover, although Joselu's release clause is only around 1.5 million euros, and his contract is about to expire very soon, but Madrid has not shown any interest in permanently signing him.

Madrid already boasts too many attackers; Moreover, adding more striker is not possible. I would like to remind you that gharafa is a Qatari club, not a Saudi team. Joselu will be in a different division, although he may face Ronaldo in the AFC Champions league.
After winning the UCL and La Liga, Joselu should finish his European competition journey; considering his nationality, this is not too bad.
86  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 24, 2024, 02:30:06 PM
Another good day for Spain to get another 3 points in Group B. Playing against Albania is something that will be easy for them. Because Albania may not seem to be as tough as Italy. Meanwhile, Spain managed to get a win from their last game by getting lucky enough to escape the defensive line of Italy. I don't think Croatia will be lucky this time. This is because currently, we can see that Croatia and Albania have the same strength of performance which made them have a draw last game. Either Croatia or Italy must have a win today to be qualified for the next stage.
Spain has guaranteed the top position in Group B after they secured 6 points; hence, whether it is a win or a loss for Spain against Albania, they have little motivation to play the game, and it gives advantages to Albania, which is highly motivated to win the game. In another game, and it's very feasible, Italy may lose to Croatia, and Albania seems to be able to get three points from Spain. Croatia seems to have become a very big obstacle for italy.

Italy may tumble to third place, but their chances of finishing second are really high. It is impossible to believe Italy will be able to defeat Croatia without a lot of effort.Italy lacks competent forwards; hence, the only option for it to win is with a little margin, and again, Croatia has the capacity to surprise it.

Joselu probably knew that he wouldn't have much time to play for the main team even if he stayed at Real Madrid. It looks like he made the right choice to leave from madrid. Gharafa isn't a big or well-known team, but he can make a good living by playing there.
Because he thinks it will be hard to beat Mbappe for a starting line up at Real Madrid, he has decided to leave the club.

Based on what I know, Real Madrid can make him a new offer or even buy him permanently. In the end, Joselu is willing to enjoy his career as a professional football player by playing regularly because he is almost done with his football career, and moving to the gharafa is a good choice.
Finally, I respect his choice to leave Madrid; because it was the right one given Joselu's age.
88  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Less Risky Modes Of Earning In The CryptoSpace That Should Be Considered. on: June 24, 2024, 06:45:00 AM

A lot of these abound. Ranging from passive earning opportunities like staking, farming and lending, newer frameworks like PoolX are currently having a field day. With the PoolX, users are given an opportunity to stake USDT, $BGB & Other alts to mine other good tokens.

Let me know what you think about these kinds of ways to earn.

This is same with the traditional staking feature since the mechanics is just the same user lock their tokens in exchange for mining different tokens. You can do this feature on Beefy finance and other DEFI that focus on optimizing pools.

Staking is indeed one of the safest feature on crypto to earn but you can up still on loss even after gaining passive profits if your main tokens stake decreases in price. Even stablecoins sometimes depegged below 1 dollar so this method is still not 100% safe from risk.

Casino staking is one method too on gaining passive profit since they use their casino profit to distribute for investors stake money.

I guess the one thing that distinguish this method compared to the usual DEFI staking pool is probably the fact that the project allocate specifically for the exchange to make their launchpool because they have partnership or some sort and the allocation is few times bigger compared to those DEFI.

kinda speaks volume what partnership could do, most of the DEFI just getting scraps from their pool since the token creator usually don't allocate that much to the DEFI unless its some less reputable and famous project. In the case of bitget, bybit, and binance, they essentially just exchange exposure to the billions capital dollar money of their userbase in exchange to token allocation for incentivizing their userbase.

personally though, i find something like megadrop in binance or token splash in bybit to be more interesting, no need to stake money just trade and interact with the project that's it. eliminates the risk of volatility and losing peg too as you mentioned.

89  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Meme coins so how you trade them to make constant profits ? on: June 24, 2024, 06:33:03 AM
The very reason why meme projects are short-lived is because they have no reason to exist in the first place. They are merely created for the sake of their "devs'" pockets. So if you happen to hold some meme alts and it is going up, better discard it as soon as you can. Because you will thank yourself later on as more than likely, they will exit the trading market without a trace or they have no chance of recovering their market price.
these are meme coins with low quality usually they be pulling off some shady thing behind the scene reserving some token for themselves instead of supplying it all in LP and the good thing about blockchain is that such thing can be traced easily.

meanwhile the good long lasting memes usually have no characteristic such as this, the day the meme coin went to public is also the day the developer lost control over the contract by renouncing ownership and also doesn't posses any token other than through buying it in DEX and supplying all the remaining token if there is any as LP forever.

this is why scanning of any such probabilities when you trying to invest into a meme coin is also important, just to mitigate the risk of developer just dumping their token in to the market at once but sometime people just disregard this because lack of knowledge though.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tap Tap Coin & Other Project on TON Ecosystem Thread on: June 24, 2024, 06:19:30 AM
The way the tap tap coin is on the rise in Ton's ecosystem, you have no one to tell you that, this is not her season because it is. Every season in the cryptosphere has the time for the particular chain or tokens to be invoked, and I think it is time for tap tap coins under the Ton ecosystem to reign all through this year. By next year or so, something else will be the most talked about in the cryptosphere.

A friend of mine forwarded this to me on WhatsApp, the points to get from farming coins if you want to cash out big from it.

How true is this? Do you believe that all farming coins will pay all her community members a worthy pay if they realize such points when they launch their coins on the Ton network?
You just never know what the project gonna reward the users, but there's simple clue to know whether you gonna get good reward or not by simply looking at the allocated token for airdrop and the amount of points earned by all the users, then you can calculate how much percentage of your share and calculate it against the allocation.

in the case of Hamster Kombat, its just measly 1% allocation for all the airdrop participant, the message above is just overly simplifying the calculation, 1 million points per hour in hamster kombat is good if there's only few people that got the same amount of points or more, but what happens if there are industrial farmers that farmed the airdrop and there are hundred thousands of people having the same 1 M point per hour in their hamster kombat app? big fat chance the token will be overly diluted, at best you gonna get 0.00001% or so depends on total points distributed of that 1% allocation token.

so that message is not true at all, just see on chain, so much users, very few rewards.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: June 23, 2024, 11:56:57 PM
~Snip
We haven't really seen any problems in Real Madrid's attack, so Mbappe will be just another player for Ancelotti to rely on in attack. This could make it even more difficult for Joselu to get game time, but that is not something Anceloti will be worried about. Mbappe quickly adapted when he moved from Monaco to PSG, perhaps a transfer to Real Madrid will happen just as easily for him, especially since he really wanted it.
So do you think Joselu will remain a Real Madrid player next season?
How confident are you about the possibility of Real Madrid making Joselu permanent?

The two questions above are based on Joselu's contract which will end on June 30 2024 as a loan player from Espanyol. Real Madrid is unlikely to extend Joselu's loan period from Espanyol considering they have already found their target player as a center forward. Joselu is more likely to return to play for Espanyol next season and it is a reality that Real Madrid does not want to extend his contract.
In a news I read, it was said that the purchase option would be used for Joselu. I don't see any sense in Real Madrid keeping 35-year-old Joselu in the team after acquiring Mbappe. I think Joselu should be sent from the team, he is no longer needed. His one season for Real Madrid will remain a fond memory.
Joselu could be a good backup for Mbappe, but nothing is known about his future; however, I think Real Madrid needs to permanently hire him. Rumours about him arise: the first is that Madrid will not extend Jose a contract to remain in Real Madrid; the second is that Madrid has handed him a one-year contract extension offer to Jose.
Though he is 34 years old, Joselu is still performing rather brilliantly; moreover, Joselu was a hero for Madrid last season. Joselu's low price will also help Real Madrid not incur any financial burden. Although Madrid is not currently working on signing him permanently, I think once the summer transfer season starts, Madrid will decide Joselu's future.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 23, 2024, 05:51:03 PM
Thnigs are geting hard for Barcelona. They need to have João Cancelo in the team but it seems Manchester City won't let João Cancelo stay for loan there.
João Cancelo left Manchester City and started playing on loan at Barcelona because he didn't have a good relationship with Guardiola in Manchester City but he played in some games for Barcelona and now they want to have João Cancelo for a longer time but now it seems Manchester City wants to sell this player to earn around 25-30 million euros from this transfer.

I'd like to label City a stupid club if they let Barcelona prolong cancelo's loan. Cancelo's contract runs until 2027, however the city can take advantage of him by selling him while he is still at his peak performance. Barcelona may buy him from Manchester City, and the city has declared that they are open to any negotiations about cancelo.
To the best of my knowledge, Barcelona requested that City give Las Palmas a discount for Cancelo, but City refused because Pep's club still demands 25 million euros for him.

There are currently two alternatives for barcleona: cancelo and frimpong. However, the price of frimpong is far expensive than that of cancelo, and finally, I would rather that Barcelona receive cancelo as a permanent transfer.
93  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 23, 2024, 05:29:48 PM
I wanted to underline the Portugal match and a certain Cristiano Ronaldo who became the best assistman in the history of the European Championships. There is no point in underlining his greatness. He is truly a giant who breaks record after record. He is also the player who has played in the most European Championships. 6 in particular he is truly amazing what a wonderful player

Once Ronaldo assisted Bruno in scoring, people's perceptions of him altered. Many of his supporters have hailed him for not playing selfishly against turkiye. Ronaldo hasn't scored yet in the Euros, but he would rather see his squad win the championship than try to get himself a chance.
Ronaldo's performance in the game against Turkey truly conveys to me, and it also helped many who had negative opinions of him before to have a change of view.

Portugal is a good squad, but at times their players make blunders that hinder their precision ball passing. And now, Ronaldo is barely considering his own achievements. His last game with the Portuguese national team will be Euro 2024; hence, he is concentrated on winning with them.
Pepe also proved that a 41 years old defender could compete with young players.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Is Your Gaming Experience on Blockchain Like? on: June 23, 2024, 07:37:28 AM
When we are talking about P2E expect it to be more of a chore than fun playing the game.

This game Hamster Kombat that you're talking about has reached astonishing player growth, doesn't mean they gonna reward worthy amount of money though, you should watch out on how much they actually allocated to the community for the airdrop, I heard its as low as 1% so there's slim chance of this project surpassing notcoin.

How would one then make the money, when I win or when I have points even if I don't win, or I win fulfilling tasks what is their market like as well?

Basically to make money in P2E you just participate and collect point as much as you can, win or lose doesn't matter, even more so with this kind of game. In a nutshell you exchanged your time for the potential to get airdrop most of the time.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coin without algorithm or backing on: June 23, 2024, 07:22:46 AM
This is silly idea, a stablecoin that has no collateral is not stable coin, its shit coin.

if your contract receives ETH and decides to give ERC20 token in exchange to the USD value of ETH received, and later burns it which honestly doesn't make sense at all  Grin. This simply means you're just burning your money, the ERC20 that is minted from that activity will have zero value, nobody gonna buy it as it is deemed valueless since the ETH which can be used as collateral just got burned.

when you spend ETH for the token you have intention to get something in exchange of ETH with real value, and this "something" really does have a value for you cause you spent real money for that
So the token doesnt need to be pegged to anything the same way like ETH doesnt need to be pegged to anything.

Look at this token not as at regular token with collateral - but as at a product you buy
Things doesn't work that way, exchanging ETH to some random ERC20 doesn't make that ERC20 get valued the same as the ETH that got burnt, instead its just gonna have whatever value that ERC20 is packaged with such as the underlying dapps that utilizes that token or just gonna be another shitty valueless token.
using the same logic, those ICO that raised ETH in exchange for their token will have their token retain intrinsic value that ETH is having but the reality isn't really like that right?

when you burn ETH, this simply means you are burning the ETH and its Value. the ones that gonna benefit is the other ETH holder since the supply of ETH decreases so the value of their ETH increases.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trade AI For Human Creativity? on: June 23, 2024, 07:12:23 AM
I think AI excels in how to make things faster and efficient, the creativity in itself will just depends on the data supplied meaning the creativity will probably just the same as human peak creativity.

like basically you can ask AI to recreate mona lisa painting by giving simple prompt, but can it create a painting that's better in term of creativity compared to mona lisa? I doubt it could. I even doubt it even understand what creativity really is by human's value, the AI hasn't reached that level yet.

But if you use AI to make many aspects of life efficient, sure it has really huge unexplored potential, for example, human requires days to years to create an animation that probably only have duration of 30 seconds, with generative AI model trained to make animation, it could do it within few seconds as long as the computing power is huge enough.

I will however like to hear your thoughts (not ethically but practically) on "if AI can be trained to be creative and if it's creativity can surpass human spontaneity?" and are project like these worth investing in?
Of course it is worth investing, undeniably AI is the future, its always invest early and become the winner or be doubtful and miss the best opportunity to invest, basically this kind of thing.
97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 22, 2024, 05:19:15 PM
Georgia is really lucky, Czechia almost beat them since Czechia have 24 shots and 12 on target, props to Mamardashvili i.e. Valencia's goalkeeper, he's tall, young and potential, maybe other big teams will interested to sign him.

perfect analysis mate, the way the tournament started up at first it was almost like as if all the big teams were going to win all their games but to my surprise the results started going harder as the smaller nation have stepped up their game and one of the team that are capable of getting the better of their opponent is probably this turkey team and if Portugal understand this then they would need to step their game and play harder.
Believe me, Portugal will destroy those guy, remember that Portugal has the best player in the world. Turkiye is a nothing team, they only beat weak country and their past history they almost never win any match.

SIIIIIIIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.

It was happening, my friend, Portugal is leading the game by a large margin. I'm still wondering why so many people were rooting for Turkey over Portugal, considering it's clear to me that Portugal would win the game.

Arda Guler was benched since this match was too difficult for him. It is too hard for Turkey, and finally, Portugal will grab three points from Turkey.

Another goal for Portugal, this time assisted by Ronaldo. I have a feeling King Pepe is going to be MOTM.

Siuuuu!!!!!!
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 22, 2024, 02:32:42 PM
In today's match Türkiye vs Portugal two teams will face each other and these two teams are very strong in the group stage. The two teams are in first and second position in Group F and it is difficult to say which team will win today's match. But we can relatively estimate that this match is Portugal compared to strong Turkey so if you bet for Portugal as the favorite team it will definitely be possible to win. According to today's Mays budget odds we can see Portugal under the win as Portugal is more likely to win.

Türkiye beat Georgia 3-1 in the first match. Arda Güler was the man of the match. He scored a great goal. But the match could have ended with a different score. Georgia had very important scoring positions. On the other hand, Portugal finished the first half of the match defeated against Czechia. But they scored 2 goals in the second half and won the match. Portugal are the favorites in this match. But it will not be an easy match even for Portugal. Türkiye have very young and dynamic players like Arda Güler and Kerem Aktürkoğlu. One of them can change the score at any moment today.

Despite the fact that Portugal has so many old players, they will still be the preferred choice to win the next game. Although Turkiye improved greatly in the last game, I'm sure they will not beat Portugal.
Pepe will be ready to send his opponent off the field, and we can only speculate what will happen when Arda Guler meets Pepe. Given Pepe's strength as a defender, it will be a sorrow for arda; However, pepe is no longer young, but I consider him to be a real Madrid's legend that is still engaged in football today.

The triumph over Georgia does not convince me that turkiye will own portugal. Ronaldo will score his first goal in the game against Turkey. To sum up, portugal is going to win the game.

Pepe will be playing soon; hence, Arda better get ready. Portugal will win by two goals against Turkey or more. Pepe is my fav defender.   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

How is it the presence of meme coin being considered a deviation from decentralization, that whole statement is not really true because meme coin usually is the coin that have minimal investment by venture capitals and usually those VC could only get it after the coin went to public so no pre-sale or something that could give edge to the VC, i think its pretty decentralized to me.

on the other hand the coin that you mentioned as i've seen from bitget https://www.bitget.com/support/articles/12560603811322 according to their site they just disclose that there will be 1 million supply of the token in their tokenomic section and they didn't even put an effort to disclose the allocation. Seeing from the token contract alone https://etherscan.io/token/0x504624040e0642921C2c266a9aC37CafBd8cDa4e#balances literally 1 address holds 30% of the token, how is it any better than meme coin  Roll Eyes I think you're being biased here.

I think pretty much people that got max allocation from ZKsync airdrop racking $30k easily if they sold at around $0,3 price point for each $ZK, these airdrops exists and its real, just recently the recent airdrop of layerzero also give quite the rewards, also remember arbitrum. but you need to watch out for scams, remember, there are literally thousands of scammers out there trying to impersonate some legit project to drain your wallet so i hope you know how to avoid scams.

Here's the thing about the airdrop, these new airdrops are unlike back then when we just need to submit address, these airdrops requires prerequisites to be filled first. Usually these airdrop require you to actively contribute to their blockchain such as interacting with the blockchain, the qualification usually kept secret and then at their TGE (Token Generation Event) these airdrops will disclose their criteria or qualification for the wallet and will do airdrops shortly. The zksync airdrop prioritizes activity and asset contributed to the blockchain to improve TVL, the recent layerzero priorities gas spent to the protocol. so there's something you need to sacrifice in order to be eligible, its not all rainbow though, so many people also spending money to do retroactive airdrop interacting with the blockchain and got none, if you're curious just read news about ZKsync TGE event and LayerZero TGE on the crypto news outlet.

this one is example : https://www.coindesk.com/tech/2024/06/17/zksync-airdrop-of-zk-token-puts-initial-market-cap-near-900m/
