Dev, could you contact some other Block Explorer provider? Having 2 or even 3 block explorers is a must for a coin with good reputation, which I hope Ascension is going to be soon.

For example https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ is probably one of the best block explorers out there.

PS: http://cryptobe.com/chain/Ascension is back online, but seems to be stuck at block 7183.
