we just pushed out a new version with some important fixes and updates.
Most important of all, we now have a self-hosted bet-verification page for Rubies bets.

The plinkoo new game is great. There is a lot of configuration that will change the odds for the game and I think that it is better if you make some notes or FAQ on how to get the desired payout for the plinkoo. It is hard for a new players to get the odds they want , too many to set and try by yourself Grin
BTW what is the function of slope? I dont see anything besides the colour pins change
The pin colors are random, they change all the time :-) The 'slope' parameter is the steepness of the slope used for scaling the payouts as you move from the center towards left/right side. Consider that the slope at the lowest value is basically something very close to a straight line. As you increase slope, the straight line turns into something more "U" shaped, ie: slope increases and it get's steeper so the values towards the right/left edge of the line increase which in turn causes the values towards the center to decrease, since the house edge of 1% must be preserved. Hopefully this gives you an idea of what slope does. If not, let me know and I'll try to give you a more accurate description. |

im a bit new to altcoins and such, can someone explain to me how I can start staking with these rubies? i have 1000 in my wallet but thats as far as i have gotten.
That's really all you need. Have them in your wallet (if your wallet is locked, unlock it for staking) and just wait for 12 hours, you should eventually see your staking proceeds be credited to your account/wallet. The process may take longer than 12 hours, just be patient and eventually you'll see your extra coins come in. |

I think there is an error again in rubies balance. Please fix it. Suddenly my balance become 200 rubies
I was working on turning the multi-coin bet back on and ran into a problem. Your rubies balance is fine but it would display your BTC balance, even when rubies was selected. I put the site into maintenance mode and am hacking full speed to get this resolved and turn the site back on. Apologies. I should be back up soon. Apologies for all the issues we've faced over the past 24 hours, it was a crazy time where non of us got a lot of sleep which is now hopefully behind us for good. |

Waiting for site to come back up and just had a question. If a stakeholder wishes to sell a spot after they roi is this allowed? In case one stakeholder wants to buy more shares from the others for more revenue. I'm wondering because there's only total 40 avail and some of us may want to buy others stakes for greater monthly income.
Well, for now you can buy multiple stakeholder spots. Once those have been sold, we'll have to think about how to handle the situation you inquired about. That's Bjorn's territory (marketing, commercial, etc.) so I'll leave it to him to answer this definitely. |

is there any problem with rubies wallet?
my wallet out of sync for whole day.. the block that i waiting keep increasing or its stop.. it wont go decreasing..

Btw seems like that your site is hold more than 2 more hours from ETA, when is the precise time that your site will be back? I wish I could tell you. Because I can't open the same program both so I can't send my balance from old wallet to the new one for sure Yes, your wallet should survive the upgrade. If your wallet is properly syncing, simply installing the new executable and restarting your wallet program should be enough. If your wallet IS NOT properly syncing, do this: 1- Stop your wallet 2- Go to your wallet data directory (the directory which contains your wallet.dat and your blockchain data) Here are the data directory locations: Windows: C:\Users\<<your username>>\AppData\Roaming\rubies Mac: /Users/<your username>>/Library/Application Support/rubies Linux: /home/<your username>>/.rubies 3- Copy/Backup your wallet.dat to a safe location away from this folder(Different directory, USB Stick, etc). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!4- Delete everything else under your wallet data directory 5- Install new wallet executable 6- Start wallet and let it sync from block 0, this may take some time. IMPORTANT: whatever you do, make sure you don't lose your wallet.dat file, otherwise if something goes wrong you will lose your coins and there's nothing we can do to help you get them back. So step #3 is of paramount importance. Make multiple copies of your wallet.dat; it's better to be safe than sorry. |

Thanks. thank you for explaining this  i thought that my wallet has problem, well i will download updated version, is it only extract and run it? old wallet remain the same? For now it should be enough to install the new wallet executable and then restart the wallet. If that fails, please tell us and we'll provide you with additional instructions. |

Please do not send rubies for the time being while our developers investigate some blockchain related issues, just leave them in your wallets please.
How much time this maintenance will take just noticed that betterbets under this mode? can you give any time frame about this when it will be back online for betting? Developers working on it currently, the ETA is around 2 hours. It could be less or a little more time than this though while they test everything. Just a quick update folks. We've been done since 2AM CET on our side but we're still waiting for Moneypot to finalize some things. We'll update you here as soon as we know more. |
