Почему после погашения кредита, вы просто не отправите мне залог на указанный bitcoin-адрес? Ведь так гораздо проще чем брать ключи, открывать electrum, забирать залог.  Как-то доп.возня, когда можно проще.

Вы используете довольно мудреную систему доступа к залогу через multisig. По этому поводу вот вам два вопроса: 1) Были ли случаи когда заемщик или кредитор не могли получить доступ к залогу, если он имеет все необходимые ключи от залога? 2) Что делать, если Electrum cам по себе работает не корректно?

Хотелось бы больше возможностей взаимодействия с маржой. Например не моментально отправлять ключи при достижении определенной просадки,а информировать и давать возможность довнести средства.
