xpoolx admins contacted me and I got back my 35 xmgs  getting back an xpoolx to do some mining They have still not responded nor return my measly amount of XMG. I would suggest staying away from XPOOL. XpoolX is online since 2015 with constant amount of users. NEVER stealed a single coin, NEVER. You know the mess in the network these days, it corrupted the database and some tables need to refill, we are inserting the transactions manually and compensating the users for the inconveniences we caused. I was using XpoolX but after the recent upgrade all my coins are gone and my none of my workers are able to connect for 24H. I see other workers online (60-90) but I can't seem to connect. I read somewhere that they said all coins were safe but they never seem to come back to my wallet so I'm not sure.
This makes me want to change pool. Any tips? Preferably where they don't allow whales to mine everything (I run Raspberry Pi's so I can't compete with that). Thanks!

Hi miners - just checking back and was thinking of mining this coin again.
I noticed that three of the pools on the opening page are broken or stopping support for XMG

What is the mining situation ?

Crap... Then there will be no CPU friendly coin anymore...
There are a lot of hardware limitations to do a GPU miner, maybe Simba discovered the perfect algorithm to implement it but the miner dont work just with computing power. I think if a gpu miner works, wont be a significative difference with the cpu mining.. at least for the first months.. |

Hi All
Good news from XpoolX. We are looking for a long time at the impact of botnets on the trusted users and how they work so we finally developed an algorithm that detect the fake botnet shares and delete them. Now trusted users will receive all the coins them deserves and no more people will steal the coins, you will notice an increment of the coins per block inmediatelly.
We were looking too at the value of shares and adjusted the value of the shares to match with the power of miner, so now, the best hardware you use the most reward you receive.
Also we want to remember we have opened a solo mining pool with 5% fee (lesser than other solo mining pools) you can connect with this command line:
xptminer -m -o mining.xpoolx.com:9999 -t 8 -u WALLET_ADDRESS -p x
For now there isn't available a website to control the solo mining pool but it will be available in the next days.

It appears quite a few blocks XpoolX solved recently are not showing on the pool. Not saying this is intentional but there could be a problem with the pool.
I was doing some test with a new version of server and i was using the old xpoolx address. That's the reason because the blocks are not showing on the main pool. |

I think most of the riecoin users already contacted poloniex. In my case i post a ticket like 10 days ago and not answer yet.
