hello , here a little typo you may like to correct. Whats the difference between STC tokens and lottery tickets?
You get one lottery ticket for each 0.1 ETH you are sending via the lottery contact form. You could also get one STC for every 0.1 ETH you are sending. The differnce is, that your STC is safe. You get them transferred no matter what. Your lottery ticket only represents a chance to get either a lot, nothing or something in between that. After the drawing you can check how much you have won and get your STC token sent to your ethereum wallet.

After many months i will restart working on my project YAY. The only reason i edit this is because i love the acronym PoG@KL Placeholder of link to my new thread original text: In my country there is a Keno Lottery running for 15 hours every day with draws every 5 minutes.
The game of KENO is actually the worst choice for a gambler since House edge can be up to 30%.
In order to participate in my keno game here you need to post 7 lucky numbers in the range 01..80
You post once and after 24-36 hours your ticket will be listed and stay valid for as long this game is running.
When you hit in any draw enough numbers you will credited in-game currency called EqPS.
There will be an Equity Pool , all sold Tickets or other income/donations will be collected there.
So far we have distribution of a baby-boy future-coin through playing a keno lottery game.
My last line defines the concept behind this simple game , this game actually defines a "mining" method.
A valid ticket behaves like a 'miner' entity ,abstracting the equipment+electricity+hassle costs.
The acronym PoG@KL expanded is Proof of Gambling at a keno Lottery.
Other than some fun , this thread will serve me as Proof of concept for my main coin project.

When i was thinking to make a fair game i had one serious issue. Where to find a reliable and cheap (or preferably free ) way to draw fair results. This argument is not against provably fair schemes found in our crypto world.. Given a random seed , provably fair protects players enough but it leaves a little thing out of the whole picture ... Where House finds random seeds at first place ? For a lottery ,things are worst because you have all players playing against same seed Lets say a lottery is a kind of multiplayer game and as such you need a 3rd party otherwise you may inject winners at will. (*or worst..*) Riding a National Lottery was my conclusion too, so i am familiar with your concept enough. In case you are a capable programmer i like to talk with you , best wishes / good luck. comments some of many * You need to provide somehow the list of participants and bets before the draw in a way no one can alter after. * If you offer fixed odds you need Bankroll to cover this game / cold wallets-escrows-trust * legal implications may arise if your lottery grows big - you may use draws of a national lottery as historical data but mention it only at FAQ-Is this game fair? ..etc |

It was fun for long ,and there was also other games from Maxis like Simfarm,SimTower,SimEarth
After that i played a lot Caesar 2 , you brought me back good memories and nostalgia !
