81  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: September 12, 2016, 07:09:30 AM
Post redundant topics to boost your post count for signature campaigns.

/sarcasm
I've been checking these and I dont know why people bother, you can make more money in less time flipping burgers.

Yup. They should open a website that pays or approximate the payout to 9 bucks an hour or something. Create a mini economy just like those craigslist, etsby site or something.

Well, the main idea behind these campaigns is to pay people for doing something they like, and would otherwise be doing for free - it's not supposed to be a job replacement.

But I guess all that kind of depends on where you live, and what type of campaign you join. So, for example, LuckyBit pays about 0.002 btc per post (for a maximum of 50 posts; for Senior and Hero Members), which at current prices comes to about $0.70 per post - that's a considerable amount in some countries (though not where I live, unfortunately Smiley).
There are so many ways to earn money with the bitcoin and it will go so fast if you are doing the right things with it off course. i dont think you will make allot in the  very begin but that will come later!

84  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 16, 2016, 12:02:38 PM
I think investing money is more beneficial than saving it, as with that you will grow your money multiple folds, but if you have lesser amount which are unable to invest then try to save them and increase them after that invest them

Having funds in investments is always good, but never go all in. Always make sure to have some money in a savings account oo.
Just in case.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: Trade house for 1 bitcoin on: July 20, 2016, 01:02:06 PM
I would never trade my house for just 1 Bitcoin that is just really stupid to do because you are never going to make as much money with one Bitcoin.
If you do that you are just stupid. sorry to say it that way.
86  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 06, 2016, 01:57:03 PM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
I do not know how gold is doing but I know that Bitcoin is allot more popular so it has to be better then gold but maybe gold is also doing good.
I would choose Bitcoin over everything because that is what I am used to.

Gold has been doing quite good after Brexit. But even before brexit the gold price seems to have had a steady curve up.
That's why i hold more gold then bitcoin.

88  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 26, 2016, 08:40:47 PM
For me personally bitcoin is actually the best investment at the moment, even with small amounts I can earn a reasonable profit in the future for sure. But there's also some downsides - you got to wait.

Saving it can be very unpredictable, it's not very profitable if you lose everything in an instant after a few years if the bitcoin value basically disappears, which is unfortunate to say the least.

If you want to have better and comfortable life in the future then only investment can take care of it, if you invest at early stage then you can expect good retirement life.

Yes, you are right. Investments are a good idea, and the best investment of all time is bitcoin only, so people should just buy and save bitcoins instead of saving money.

Bitcoin is a good investment, not the best of all time. Because we are still not clear what it will bring.
But if you save money you have to understand that your money will become worth less because of inflation.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 09:08:21 PM
I prefer bitcoin because you can buy and sell whatever you want to  whoever you want!at least thats what i think
i also suggest you bitcoin. becasue bitcoin is now a universal and global curency. where as paypal is still a regional. i think paypal is a little risky as compare to bitcoin.

Paypal have one big advantage on bitcoin, it can be used almost everywhere than bitcoin can't be used almost anywhere and here is the problem, i think that's why people like paypla more.

Another big, very big advantage is that paypal offers the customer buyer security and that makes it for me the absolute winner.
In a world of so many scammers, we need security.
90  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never reach $700 again on: June 17, 2016, 09:04:52 PM
This is why I have liquidated my position in Bitcoins. There is very little upside going forward. Block size limit is too low. No forward moves of late have any traction whatsoever and demand continues to lag. Way too little upside for such a risky proposition so my advice is to move into dollars.  Only a significant change in the economy could alter this forecast.

it is pretty funny to see this thread while price a this moment is not 400$ or even 500$, price at this moment is 750$ and still rising, soon price will be 800$ i am sure

2 months ago i thought same that price won't go above 500$ not matter anything, even halving, but now i see that i was wrong when price is so large and still rising up
Yes, I also opened it immediately after looking at this thread that what people at here are now saying, a month ago everyone here was sure that yes the same will happen, but now they can see that what the speculator of bitcoin were saying, happened exact.

Exactly, and it will touch the price of $800 very soon we just need to hold our coins for next couple of days, as price will be really high in coming days.

Holding is the thing I am doing now. At least for the halving. After that we will see what will happen. I think it will go down very hard and fast.
91  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: June 17, 2016, 09:01:10 PM
Yes you should now believe more in the bitcoin than ever because it has a good future, more people are joining it everyday and the fact is also that the halving is coming!
We gonna make a lot of profit in the future of the bitcoin.

when the bitcoin prices rise very high, sometimes it can increase their confidence in bitcoin, besides high prices could make a lot of people are interested in and curious about this digital currency that has a high value.

Yeah, you are right. If the price of bitcoin keep increase, it will make many people more believe in bitcoin, because with that expensive price, more people will start using bitcoin.

Of if the price goes down it will make many people very unhappy. It will be devastating for the people that will lose so much money.
That is if it goes down big time, like some are expecting.
92  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 08:57:17 PM
I think Bitcoin is fine after halving, maybe you wanted to redirect your question to Bitcoin economy, and in my point of view, this halving have both and bad effect to BTC economy, Good effect might be BTC will have a higher price resulting to mass media getting attracted to broadcast about BTC, Free advertisement! And thus, will promote BTC to every corner media can reach.  One bad side would be, due to the extreme speculation about bitcoin halving, BTC price had been over valued thus will result in decline in price after the halving.  Lots of those panick buyer will end up with negative profit in their hand.

My stand is neutral, It is the way it is and we have learn to embrace it. These days it has become a hype and that hype has grown too much.
It can make a lot of people unhappy.
93  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is going up and up on: June 17, 2016, 08:53:09 PM
If Bitcoin continues to go up so fast like in the past weeks, it will also go down fast.

Reason: Such a fast uptrend can only be caused by speculation, not by adoption. When the uptrend takes a break, then many people will sell to take their profits. That can result in a crash and a new bear market.

But if the Bitcoin community manages to "catch up" with the uptrend by providing real services "for the masses" that justify the increase in price, then the uptrend can continue. But that would mean that the price must stay reasonably stable for some time (at least some weeks).

The actual little correction may be healthy, if we manage to stay in the price range between 600 and 800 for a while. If we go further down, all the uptrend may be in vain and we probably will see sub-500 prices again.

That's a key thing that people tend to forget. The price goes up fast, which means there is no stable floor.
Because it is going up this means not it stays like this forever.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is big problem in using of bitcoin on: June 17, 2016, 08:48:05 PM
To me bitcoin's problem is security. Hackers can exploit users ignorance and steal their money. It's what's making a lot of people afraid.
Me included.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: June 17, 2016, 02:36:32 AM
Nothing will happen, most likely the most people will just stay holding the bitcoin and I think people will not even care about it how do they want to find out you are using it right ?
96  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If prices crash after halving, what would you do? on: June 17, 2016, 02:32:52 AM
Right now I would say that I would sell all my bitcoins and never came back to the bitcoin, but its depending on how it crashes and for me its also how much I than have left in bitcoins.
If it really collapse it will not get back up and it will be done for the bitcoin.
97  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: It's time to withdraw ! on: June 17, 2016, 02:27:34 AM
That's right, me myself already do some action for this. I exchanged all of my money to some Bitcoin in my local exchanger, because I know Bitcoin would be profitable then my own national currency.

Did you put your coins into cold storage USB drive, then put into a container and bury it underground? Smiley

No need to do that, I just keep my coin in an online wallet. Because I think I could sell it whenever I want easily there, cold storage is for a long time hodling.

You are for a part right a cold storage is mostly used for long terms but if you have a lot of bitcoins you do not want to have them in a online wallet if you are asking me..
I also have my bitcoin in a online wallet because these days the bitcoin is good and I want to sell some of my bitcoins very soon.
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: June 17, 2016, 02:23:38 AM
The most people are losing money on a long run but I think it can also not be another way due to the fact that on a certain time your luck will stop and you will start losing amounts!
99  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: June 17, 2016, 02:19:14 AM
Invest on sites that is legit.Invest on cloudminings and trading to have a sure profit. And dont ever ever gamble you know what will happen you will just lose and lose money on gambling.Thats the safest way cloudmining and trading.

Investing in cloudmining is in my eyes not good because of the fact that you can lose a lot of money because of it.
Cloudmining company's are mostly turning into scam..

You are 100% right, most of these websites first are legit and have good reviews but after a while be scam websites.
At the very end they will run away with a lot of money...
100  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin halving is real? on: June 17, 2016, 02:10:15 AM
Of course the halving is real, why would it not be real right ? Its gonna happen and it will also be very good.
We can make some good profits with the halving that is coming!
