The two former Poker players behind this outfit will be getting investigated within a week if I see no action taken. I have their information from high profile investors who have communicated with them at conferences.
Rest assured I have contacts who are taking preliminary steps already . This is gross negligence at the bare minimum and a blatant violation of the terms stated prior to IPO.
They've received numerous requests to initiate liquidation of shareholder-owned assets and not responded to a single one.
If you don't mind me asking, what are you going to investigate? The fact that they broke the law by issuing an unlicensed security? Or that they have ignored shareholders or both? Also could you clarify what was a violation of the terms of their IPO? The latter potentially can be used as leverage going backwards (don't assume parallel construction) We are more concerned with proving intentional misrepresentation which we see as a fairly easy route to go down with the information available to us today. We can also prove Malfeasance on the part of The Panama Fund, SA having obtained API logs and notarised reports originating from some of the largest stakeholders proving prior statements issued by management there to be demonstrably false. Although we are less concerned with following them at the moment, such a case will be time consuming and likely unproductive. Selling pressure has been going on for a while for AM. The deposit issue has just been fixed as we upgraded our back end yesterday and did not have the script running.

cool to see you still quickly respond to any concerns regarding your plateform here in btctalk. any plans on upgrading the web interface? stocks' trade history via csv files? keep up the good job.  You should be able to download a CSV file from the transaction history tab. We are looking into upgrading the UI... Hopefully if BTC does better in the 4th Quarter it will be on our to do list. |

The account is not hacked. Deposits are always swept. You need to be logged into your account in order for the script to check any new deposits into your account.

And also, anyone notice that ~1200 shares were imported since last week? Think someone's looking to sell...
IIRC it's been 27xxx for months. No sign of + 1200... Sorry, there were 897 shares imported today. The leading digits were 26XXX yesterday, and I hadn't taken the number down. I've got the php on my list of things. Eventually I might try and code up a graph that tracks the orderbook like bitcoinity does - seeing the orderbook as a % of available shares would be a better visualization/tool for pricing the shares that are on the exchange. Would definitely be a nifty thing to have. I wonder if Havelock could just give us a big list including all those numbers and maybe even other data points Apparently they like to read this thread just as much as we do, don't they? What information would you like to see? Time series of import data as well as functionality for exporting csv versions of trade history. You should be able to download a csv file from the Transaction section of your account. |

You know perfectly well this is not the case. A software bug in your software caused this error, as detailed in the screenshots and http captures you were sent.
Why else did you offer to reimburse?
As I've mentioned, I'm happy to have a neutral arbitrator decide this case. If you're so sure of your position, why not agree?

I've been a long-time Havelock customer, and had no issue until I attempted to withdraw my coins last month. Due to a software bug in their withdrawal form, my coins ended up getting sent to an old address (1PUMw9bxhZ3Nz14EqFWrdoRBRdoWKoeJ2G).
Just to be clear, are you saying that you entered the correct address but the coins were sent to this 1PUMw9 address instead? He sent it to an old address of his at MtGox by mistake. |

We believe it was a sync between backup servers which created too big of a log file on some loop. Up-time has been good for the past few weeks. We hope to keep it that way...
