Many things you can do to fills your time and trust me, you can do many good things besides of playing gambling or gaming and you will see what you can achieve with doing many good things. Yeah, it needs awareness from ourselves to realizes what we can do but that's not easy as we may reject that matters. So we must trying to realizes about that to change our life be better. You can divert your attention to something productive, if you turn your attention away from gambling you will see more options, but if you keep coming back and commit same mistakes, you are prone to ruin your finances again which hard to resist once you go deeper and the balance turns against you, it's a good way to react stopping when you still can but we know how addiction can manipulate your mindset and ruined everything once you already have it inside you.
