Would it be possible to receive any official information from you about how you are going to solve the situation with bitfunder?

We are still working on this and are hoping to have an answer for everyone by the end of this week.

Hi Ascension

I have a history of 61 orders made with btcquick, almost without problems. But the last four orders I made are "awaiting payment", one of them since 3 days ago. I submited payment for all of them, but it doesn't appear as it. I noticed that the ticket submition link is not there any more.

Is there way you can check the status of that orders?

Thanks!

Support Tickets can be submitted via the help widget in the bottom right of your screen.

Just dropping in to say Thank you. BTCquick always responds to my inquiries promptly and gets the problem solved within hours. Thank you btcQuick. Your team does a professional job.

You must be special because I can't get any type of answer via PM, support tickets or forum posts even after a week has gone by. To top that off order gets cancelled with no response or reason. If you are going to pay a premium for BTC there are better options to say the least.

Orders are not cancelled for "no reason" - Your order was cancelled for being considered "High Risk"

Here are the facts:
My original question still has not been answered.
No explanation whatsoever was given for why the order was cancelled. I followed the protocol including opening a ticket, sending PM's, posting my order number here.
If the order was "high risk" why have two more orders been processed since then with no issue with the same card?

I speculate with good reason that there was an issue with the order system and you are not honoring those orders because of the BTC price increase. If that is the case it should just be posted and be done.

You have a good service but the support is almost non existent.
Coinbase will be accepting cards soon enough, when there is more competition perhaps you will be reflecting on these times.

There are many things that go into fraud detection. The price increase has nothing to do with as we buy bitcoins actively with each order. Feel free to send me an email to continue this discussion.

Having all the legal opinions in the world won't stop btcquick getting shutdown it might keep the owner out of jail but thats about it.
Are you suggesting that in that case the owner should just risk getting to jail, instead?

I think he's just reminding us the risk of this company. The lawyer may save the person, but not necessary the company.

But is it risky if the company only issues shares to non-US residents?

It does not matter where the shares are issued, the company is based in the USA therefore we fall under the laws of the land.

Hey Ascension, can we get an update on why the dividend is so low? Thanks

Because Marco Santoris' fees are so high?

You got it. We made a large retainer payment this dividend period. Dividend without legal fee's would have been ~147 BTC

Tomorrow morning

It is a little worrisome that the dividend was missed and no word from BTCQuick.

According to this article http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-sales-service-btcquick-hits-nearly-2m-sales/ BTCQuick is looking to possibly quit servicing three states.

"The company doesn’t yet have compliance, but is working with US lawyer Marco Santori (the Bitcoin Foundation’s regulatory affairs committee chair) on this issue. In the meantime, Bunce is contemplating pulling out of three US states – New York, California, and Texas – until the issue is resolved."

In addition, they have not had any BTC for sale during the past 2 days (at least).

first off - dividend is not late, It is always posted the day after the 15th.

We will have more in stock tomorrow morning. Our transfer did not go through this morning as we expected.

We are still working on the bitfunder issue but this is a process that takes time and we have our lawyer working on the issue.

Order #18213

It shows as "awaiting payment". Payment was made immediately through google wallet. It is posted on my bank account, and google wallet says that the payment went through. Can you process my order and send my btc?

Your order has been processed.

Those sound like extremely valid and forthright responses/reactions to expanding both the business and longevity of btcQuick. Is it yet possible to divulge more information regarding what is going on behind the scenes? Do you plan to continue using a portion of profits on certain aspects of the business as well as issuing a financial statement of sorts?

Yes, I do plan on creating another short news summary.

Ascension,

Thanks for the updates - I think you're going in the right direction management-wise.

For investor relations purposes, it would be nice to get another *rough* P/L or monthly summary, or at least an income # so we know how much is going out for expenses.

As mentioned, transparency is key for any asset (pretty easy in the world of bitcoin).

This is in the works, I spent a great deal of time getting everything imported and categorized (www.waveapps.com if anyone needs some KA software)

My order from this morning #17194 (over 21 hours now) still says "Payment Processing".  However, I have confirmed with Google and my credit card company that the payment has gone through.

Also, I have a note in my "Membership" where my status is still "Pending" telling me to link a miiCard or answer the identity questions, but I had already answered the questions well before this note was placed there.

Thanks,
Brian O'

Edit:  Updated to iterate the ever increasing amount of time that has passed.    Sad
Edit:  Again... and again... and again

We are still awaiting payment confirmation from google checkout. You may consider giving Google Wallet (1-855-492-5538) a call or calling your bank to ensure they did not block the transaction.

As I mentioned, I'd already done that and there is no hold or block on the transaction.  I'll give it until I get home from work, then I'll call my CC and tell them to cancel payment.

Did you call google wallet? Typically they are the ones that resolve the issue.

Yet another order of mine, #17458, going on 8+ hours now without being funded. I feel it somewhat odd that my orders keep taking so long to get filled, but are often filled within an hour of my posting here. I guess we will see...

This order is funded.
