The only improper way to use bitcoin that i know is that it is being used for illegal activities among the deep web users, they use bitcoin to buy and sell drugs,guns and even a service as a hitman.
The latest thing i know that is hit by this was bitmixer.io because almost all of the dark web user use this to erase their track.

Yearly naman eh nagbubukas ang registration ng comelec ang panget kasi sa atin kung kelan sarado dun lang tayo magreregister. Ang alam ko hindi yan yearly nagbubukas. Nagbibigay lang sila ng exact date ng registration para sa voting process kasi kung daily sila tatanggap panigurado magagamit yun sa pandaraya. Katulad last last year simula nung 2014 palang nag start na ng registration ng voting process hanggang 2015 kaya ganun yun. Okay lang yan chief makakaboto ka rin kapag medyo nagka edad edad ka na. Maybe hindi nila alam na nawala record nila or ang alam nila active pa yun accout nila sa voters or just maybe ugali naman talaga ng pinoy yan ang rush everytime na lang kung kailan mag deadline saka lang magpa rehistro. Selling your bitcoins is just not smart in my opinion because the bitcoin is now gaining popularity so selling would let you lose profit.
Plus the halving that is coming will also let the price rise, I do not think its smart because of this 2 reasons.
