81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: November 29, 2020, 10:57:32 PM
The dumping in prices of a token doesn't necessarily comes from Bounty hunters, most of the times it occurs when the token has been listed on the exchange and can trade with it and people that have the token will want to sell, this period is when you can get the highest price. So since you didn't meet up with the very first trading it's better to hold it and wait till the volume increases.

of course bounty hunters can't dump the token price because they have small amounts. but developers can and usually they are the main reason of dumping the token price. it's funny to see how bounty hunter with his $100 can dump the price )
What if the bounty rewards are 3% of the total token supply? Of course, the unity of bounty hunters can keep the price stable or dump it to the hell in a short timeframe. The teams don't distribute the bounty tokens all in a single transaction, they don't want to see the huge sell pressure created by greedy bounty hunters together. Greed is the driver of the volatile crypto markets and staying safe is not possible if all market participants have made their decisions before the start price of the market trend. The higher the bounty reward, the higher chance of getting deceived by bounty hunters who have no idea why project exists at the first place for investors who believe in the future of the project.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: November 29, 2020, 10:21:38 PM
Any idea which altcoin has such high potential to replace Bitcoin? My opinion is simple: Unless the government-backed up cryptocurrency gets released by trustable sources, the BTC replacement will never happen for ages. The digital gold will keep its position for a long time and the situation will not go in favor of currently well-known altcoins. The lower marketcap altcoins still have a higher chance of hitting ATH in case of BTC price calms down but there are other possible market situations. If the market goes bullish for a few months, the chances of coming back will be bigger. What goes up must come down.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $WAVES to hit $10 price soon? on: November 29, 2020, 09:42:52 PM
The speculation is the root of all evil... I don't think there is a huge potential created by Sasha, the devs should try their luck on another project. The bull market is not enough to save Waves projects after all these wasted years. If the traders have no right mindset, playing with fire is as same as buying the random altcoins just because some strange guy on the internet has advised doing so. The fundamental reasons can be enough to buy more ETH but there are other factors which can be enough for the bear market. A bear market is the continuous cycle of the bull market and ignoring the main rule can be very costly.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what bankroll management is in sports betting? on: November 29, 2020, 08:50:46 PM
It would be best to keep a bank management, and stick to your own. We all know the feeling of losing many times in a row, and that's when the problems begin.
You increase your limits and the effect of bankroll management is completely gone. And not much later your balance too.
Bankroll Management will depend on us and how addictive we are in gambling, some were able to stick in their decision while others always changes their mains once they lose a lot or win alotm gamblers should plan and stick to it so it will not cause problems to them later on since the studied and plans what they should really do depending in the ifs that might happen.
Not everyone makes a perfect plan after a loss series, the luck is the main factor in the recovery process indeed. There are many other factors but the first rule in sports betting is always the same. Protecting the bankroll matters more than winning more because the losses shouldn't swallow the all wins. The rigged and fixed matches make it hard to be a long-term winner, IMHO. I always check the most money turnover happened matches before putting my hard-earned money in the specific matches because the more money in the game the higher the chance of it will be rigged on the either first half or on the last 10 minutes.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: November 28, 2020, 09:32:47 PM
Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it?

hold your eth if you don't want to regret in the future my friend
because this is the most promissing altcoins in crypto space now, i believe next year this coin will break its ATH
If you want to make good money from your investment, you should hold till the right time my dear, and more than that it is not the right time to sell your ETH. ETH will keep increasing and if you can be enough patient you can make good money. Anyway, it is just my prediction and it is so important to decide yourself. You can read the prediction about ETH, but in the end, you should decide what to do. On the other hand, ETH can bring you great money. Deciding to invest in ETH more can be a dangerous game if the trading capital can't cover the correlation with BTC which leads to the price of ETH. The single red bar on the ETH chart can wash the monthly profit, so be careful and never hesitate to use the stop loss.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i Invest more??? on: November 28, 2020, 08:42:25 PM
Everyone will have their own investment strategy and they will think that's right. In my opinion, why don't you invest in Bitcoin and ETH? Because the rapid price growth is mostly Bitcoin and ETH. ETH is very potential I think it will hit $1,000 if Bitcoin continues to rise and stabilize in a long time. So you should consider.
If you don't have any own investment plan, you will lose your money soon or later. You should have your own strategy as you mentioned, then you can keep investing. BTC and ETH are the best and no doubt they are more interesting than other altcoins for investors. BTC will continue rising and that means ETH will also keep getting up. However ETH will be affected by the BTC movement, when the BTC price increase, ETH will do it at the same time. The correlation factors can not be ignored for the long term investment because the power of bulls comes from the correlation among top cryptocurrencies.
87  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 28, 2020, 07:52:50 PM
Money laundering happens every minute and big governments should find another excuse to blame the anonymous nature of the crypto industry. The untraceable cryptocurrencies are anonymous payment method in dark gambling markets and the 14 eyes countries hate to make research about illegal crypto transactions. The China government is shady too and has accepted tricky decisions for unfair competition on global markets.
88  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lambo Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: November 28, 2020, 06:35:37 PM
Interesting to get an email from the Stake team about the changed TOS and the increased bonus amount for verified Stake users. I have checked the official Telegram channel of Stake and the bonus prize is doubled for verified gamblers. Any particular reason for mass KYC verification? Maybe there is a specific reason and the Stake team has decided to collect the personal data of the users but this is not a very logical explanation, IMHO. The challenges offer a higher rewards for the verified users, the fewer participants will be interested in the challenges if they don't want to give away their personal data, in my opinion.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Ethereum dropped 15% in only 1 hour on: November 26, 2020, 10:20:02 PM
Just get ready for a flash crash in the ETH chart and bloody markets will clear all weak hands Wink
Never get used to HYPE and don't trade with leverage more than you can't afford to lose.
The ETH price can touch $700 for the next few weeks but the flash crash will destroy the profit of early traders if they can't get out of the trades in the right time.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your opinion about today's Altcoin market situation? on: November 26, 2020, 09:14:49 PM
Emotional conditions of market participants drive the current market and the altcoins fall into the category of controlled by top cryptocurrencies. The alt season can be possible if the BTC can stay in the range of $16000-$18000 for a long time. Otherwise, the volatile BTC prices will not affect good to the market share of altcoins and the further fall will continue, from my experience. The prices will cool down sooner or later and traders can decide if they did the right trading decision or they get hyped after the market bull run without a single correction.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. on: November 23, 2020, 10:58:04 PM
You can easily detect whether a bounty campaign is a scam or not. If the team is not transparent enough, then they have something they are hiding. How will they gain investors trust if they not open up. And way to know is through the project idea and white paper. Some projects will just copy and paste some successful project white paper and claim it is their idea. Avoid doing bounty for this types of project.
The tricky social engineering methods are used by the scam teams and it is very hard to detect the scam campaign if the team has planned everything many months before the launch of the project. I never invest in the anonymous team projects for the obvious reasons and my advice to bounty hunters to stay away from the bounty projects backed by anonymous teams. For avoiding to get scammed, I also advise other users not to involved in the projects with anonymous teams.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Argentina raises Gambling tax on: November 23, 2020, 10:36:37 PM
The negative impact will be there for gamblers from Argentina, it is the right time for gamblers from Argentina to choose anonymous gambling and avoid paying the high tax. 2.4 billion dollars worth of revenue is not a small amount considering the huge turnover of gambling funds but the government was able to choose another method for adding more money to the government budget. The gamblers shouldn't be a target for this purpose, in my opinion.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a wish for small projects on: November 23, 2020, 10:19:41 PM
Merging small projects can be a smart solution for the listing on the big exchange which doesn't want to list the tokens without considerable trading volume. IMO, the exchange team is right here because the crypto exchanges make money from the trading commission. The project with low volume can offer a real working product for attracting more investors that means higher trading volume. I still remember the conversations on bounty threads of unlisted altcoins and the team members have made false promises to list their tokens on big exchanges. AFAIK, Binance has asked more than $100000 for listing one of the projects with less volume.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: November 23, 2020, 09:57:07 PM
I am not gambling whenever bitcoin price is pumping. I don't wanna risk any potential losses in gambling because it can be more profitable if I just hold onto it or just trade with it. That's how bitcoins price affects my gameplay, I totally stop for a bit and focus on more profitable ways to do with my bitcoins.

The pump make market to be unstable and that can cause difficulty in the market to make profit.

Also the pump is affecting me because the withdrawal fees getting higher and it is annoying that you see high fee for even little transaction.
What if the gambler holds the whole balance in BTC which doubles the profit in the case of a bull market? It is a double-edged sword and gamblers who don't like playing with the market, volatility can choose chip-based casinos for avoiding market fluctuations. I prefer the first option because this is the first reason I deposit in crypto rather than fiat money. Fiat money gambling has tempting sides if the different currencies can be chosen. Let me explain, the bonus buy feature will be in coins for all currencies but for low-value currencies will be less than $20 which is the main price of bonus spins.
95  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it a good time to get in or not on: November 23, 2020, 09:43:56 PM
Many people are anticipating alt season but frankly many cooks actually went up this period and are still going up so anybody buying anything at this time should have it in mind that he or she is not buying the bottom anymore and entering now should be monitored very well before any one jumps in. Do not buy the top please.
You can't stop people who always choose to buy at the top. They wait for the action before they decide to buy. That's strategy is common for those people that doubts the dip and they are watching the market if it will get better or not.
And if they see it gets better, they buy.
The newbies usually make such mistakes and they don't want to learn the mistakes of other traders. The strategy of buying low and selling high is the base bone of trading but not all traders want to obey the gold rules of trading especially in the volatile crypto trading. The mistakes can be the good teacher for learning from our mistakes but all traders don't have the same interest towards learning from the trading mistakes in the real market sitaution.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where to find current crypto Airdrops? on: November 23, 2020, 08:06:28 PM
Better to save time rather than wasting it with useless airdrop groups. Telegram channels and different airdrop groups announce the new airdrops but the majority of the mentioned type altcoins can be waste of time. Don't even think about selling the received tokens in the wallet to sell on the current market price because mainly sent tokens are a fake copy of well-known altcoin projects. The worthless tokens just waste time, don't pay attention to the airdropped tokens like Kicktoken. Kicktoken has made a good attempt to send frozen tokens but they didn't pump the token for the obvious purposes.

98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC relation with BTC as of husband and wife :) on: November 22, 2020, 10:53:13 PM
I have no idea how did you get $256 but the potential of LTC was huge before Charlie Lee(owner of the project) has announced that he sold his entire portfolio and dumped to the investors. After a tweet, everyone has joined the Lee and the price has dipped more, IIRC. Don't be like Charlie and play responsibly. The Litecoin price has been dumped intentionally and this was my biggest palm face after checking the reasons why Litecoin price has been dumped so much after a long time bullish trend during 2018.
99  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Localbitcoins on: November 22, 2020, 09:40:25 PM
It is still safe if you can get your BTC by using the escrow function unless you wait for the buyer to send the money to a bank account without escrow, Localbitcoin is safe for this exchange method. The social engineering methods are widely used by scammers who can buy the old LB accounts in Reddit but be careful and verify the signed BTC address of the seller. Unless you receive the funds never release the escrow and you are good to go.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 mistakes to avoid when investing in Crypto on: November 22, 2020, 09:15:09 PM
Have seen many advice on doing your own research but barely seen thread that discuss research as a skill in cryptocurrency especially with its crowdfund. The whole years of master/Ph.D is learning to do research, so it an intelligent skill. It can be taught and should be taught here, lets talk about accessing information on team, ICO and products. How to know if the information is genuine. It will of easier to assess a genuine information if it can be accessed.
Having a Ph.D. or graduating from high school is not a sign of intelligence, especially in crypto trading. The ICO or other forms of crowdfunding doesn't run on full logic and mainly depend on the interest of investors and market situation. There are ICO analysis sites that can offer a premium package of ICOs and it will be more time friendly rather than looking for each team member individually. The academic background is important of the face person of the project but the investors don't invest in the study or education of the CEO, they look for profit which can be done with smart management.
