I don't make such assumptions, because sometimes i faced situation while I've been so sure in altcoin or ICO and it resulted scam or negative effect for my portfolio.

I just analyzed last year pump and hard to believe, but we reached 1000 $ gap in ethereum just in 2 months.
It is strong result and who knows, maybe this year or at the beginning of next year this is going to happen again

Yeah, bitcoin worth to be currency, we use it as a medium of exchange as a store of value and as for volatility it is really high, but once market will be regulated and total market cap will increase to 5-10 trillion, BTC price will be less volatile and people will call BTC true currency. I believe it will happen, what is more, it seems to me that some countries can buy BTC as a gold reserve and in this case we can easily call BTC as a currency.

Some guys think that ICO is dying and 2018 is a last year for ICO. I don't think this way, I predict bull run in 2019 year and it seems to me that ICO format will remain positions and volume of collections will be increased.
I bet it will be caused by massive bull run. Probably STO will also increase popularity, because security tokens is a new trend and there are no that much security tokens. I know only Polymath and Mobu(but main stage of ICO hasn't started yet)

Point is that majority of blockchain projects supposed to be s scam or changes their mind once collected money on ICO and these guys don't waste money on product development, they buy luxury things and pay marketing expenses to pump their token and get rid off their own tokens. Moreover each idea can be burried under competitors pressure and weak team and multiple of reasons. That's why not every blockchain has a good future.

In this case ETH will fall immediately, once upon a time fake news about Vitalik death has appeared and ETh has fallen that day. But at the same time Vitalik has team which can develop ethereum as well. As for me, I would sell ethereum at the moment of news, but later, after certain stability i would buy back ethereum for lower price, because it remains potential coin and there is no coin which is close to ETH sucess.
Generally speaking it is a disaster when system is centralized and ETh seems to be centralized,because Vitalik death can lead to such price drop
