81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rulers Can ban Bitcoin through the entire Earth! on: November 25, 2017, 06:07:44 PM
We Know That We Have High Personalities that control each Country and They are The Officials Of United Nations Leaders, What Do you Think, if they Ban Bitcoin in every country, for the Reason that bitcoin is Decentralized and can make FIAT Disappear. What can You say about it? as an Individual Bitcoin User?

If they unite as one and make an agreement in demolishing Bitcoin then they can really do it but I don't see any reason for them to do that because the purpose of Bitcoin is to serve as a digital money to the people and not to destroy any FIAT money of any countries in the whole world.

Bitcoin is almost reaching its 1st decade as a digital money and the price of it increases so fast because many people are now starting to recognize it so banning this thing is like taking away the freedom of the people.
82  Economy / Economics / Re: do you know about improper use of bitcoin? on: November 25, 2017, 05:04:14 PM
according to different observation i think few ways are available for abusing bitcoins transections such as Technical weakness , Greedy peoples ro dishonest people , proper management. i would like to describe above mentioned quotatin in briefly
1. technical weakness: we know its a peer to peer transection system throgh confirmed way. within a few second a dishonest  person can get more money by fast  clicking when submit second payment of different recipient.
You don't know what you are saying and you can't even construct a proper spelling, have you even try sending or receiving a Bitcoin transaction before telling that someone can breach into the Blockchain?

Bitcoin is almost 9 years now and there is no record in the history of it that it was hacked before, Bitcoin exchanges is the hack-able though because it is centralized.
Quote
2. proper management: there is so many lack of proper management of human or account holders. so many hackers want to hack system for getting money because bitcoins holder don't have any insurance like bank account holders. even government don't follow rules and regulation for virtual currency holders.
So what you think about it ?
Let a person own discretion be their tutor, it is 2017 now and the guide to everything in this world is on the Internet so it is the same when securing someone else's Bitcoin wallet. Governments doesn't need to follow any rules and regulations for cryptocurrency holder because there is none.
83  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legalizing Bitcoin on: November 25, 2017, 02:59:20 PM
Do you think governments are afraid legalizing bitcoin because it's difficult regulating its use, circulation, determining individual's worth, earnings and may lead to tax evasion?

If the governments are afraid to Bitcoin maybe they are just protecting their citizens for the wrong usage of Bitcoin as a digital money, I think every government in the world must make a specific department like for example 'Department of Cryptocurrency' to study the benefits and negative impacts of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in future of their country because it is now a trend and more new people in different countries are in these Bitcoin scene.
84  Other / Meta / Re: HOW TO CONTACT WITH THEYMOS OR CYRUS? on: November 25, 2017, 02:31:51 PM
The only way to contact them is here through PM.

theymos said that 'Send one PM to Cyrus. If Cyrus doesn't respond after two weeks, you can try sending a PM to me instead.'

If you all follow the requirements here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0 then all you can do is wait because I think it is a first come first serve basis, you are not the only one with that kind of problem and Cyrus was too busy to handle all of you, be patient even though it is frustrating.

Not all Signature campaigns are accepting a Jr. Member rank to participate to their bounty and you will not get a good amount so it is much better to rank up first and improve your post quality.

Try to apply to this Sig. campaigns that accepts your rank and you can also see what is your potential earnings.

86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why isn't bitcoin enough? on: November 25, 2017, 12:16:39 PM
It is my understanding that

1 bitcoin = 100,000,000 satosi units

That's trillions of units.  So what is the point of bitcoingold, bitcoinsilver, bitcoincopper, litecoin etc etc.  Why is all this happening and where is the value.  It starting to look like what the Fed does with money printing.

Forget the subject of smart contracts and lets focus just on a currency.  Why do we need anything other then just the bitcoin block chain?

Let's compare it to the businesses in the real world, competition is normal in this aspect because other businesses with almost the same thing to offer wants to achieve goals like what the first one/pioneer achieved already.

Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin Silver, Bitcoin Copper(I don't see this one), Litecoin(this is not Bitcoin) all of this are fruits of Hard Fork except for Litecoin. Bitcoin developers doesn't really want to split the community or even make a confusion to this different Bitcoin names but the splits is inevitable when upgrading(I am not a professional bitcoin though but that's what I understand) for much better explanation go here http://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-fork-explained-gold-segwit-segwit2x-cash-the-bit-3-2017-10.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC the new gold ? on: November 25, 2017, 11:53:36 AM
Bitcoin is not shiny and attractive like Gold and in fact it is intangible and can't be seen physically but it has a price of $8,472 while I am typing this post of mine, there is no perfect things in this world though so as Bitcoin is not an exemption for some imperfections.

Bitcoin is subject to upgrade every now and then and that's the job of the developers as they are keep on improving what is the best for it that almost resulted to a never ending Forks, let's just hope for the best as I believe that this transaction issues will be resolve soon. I will choose Bitcoin over Gold though.
88  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which One Is Good Excchanger to Trade Bitcoin on: November 25, 2017, 11:03:48 AM
I only tried Poloniex, HitBtc and EtherDelta in trading.

My very first exchange platform that was used is Poloniex and I think it is convenient in such a way that it is easy to spot the time graph of the specific cryptocurrency that you will trade but it will only limits your withdrawal to $2000 a day and it will only increases if you do the profile verification, they are also delisting the coins that has low volume.

The second one was HitBtc, for me, it is a good exchange platform that is so easy to understand and with a much more attractive yet simple design. It is just like Poloniex but I really like the concept of the trading balance and estimated value in dollars that is showed in the upper portion of my account.

And lastly EtherDelta, in needs your ETH address and private key to login so I created a separate ETH address to this exchange platform because I am scared that my original ETH address will be hack in the future when I use it, you can only trade Ethereum and other tokens here and the design of their website for me is not that good.
89  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin only paving the way for visa and mastercard's e-money. on: November 24, 2017, 05:33:48 PM
This is an interesting topic ever since I involved with Bitcoin, the things that we can only do for this kind of things are to speculate as there will be no concrete prediction that will happen when the great recession comes but Bitcoin is different with visa or mastercard's e-money even though we can consider them to be a digital money because of so many things like decentralization and the owners of this credit cards will be so much in pain when that time comes.

I just searched that Japan is one of the highest debt as a proportion of GDP and they are top 3 as of now but we all know that their government embraces Bitcoin as they can see the potential of it and it is alive and well for their citizens to use so I am thinking what will happen to them if the great recession comes then suddenly the price of Bitcoin will increase. So let's just wait.

90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Teaches Western Governments a Lesson in Cryptocurrency Regulation on: November 24, 2017, 10:49:02 AM
Actually we can point any bad things to anyone if we want to and Western Governments is doing that kind of thing with Bitcoin because they see it as a thing with no transparency so they best judged it with criminal doings. It is just a matter of time now until some countries will follow the step of Japan so we must stay put and watch it to happen as there is no need to stress out ourselves because at the end of the day Bitcoin will perish.

Most countries that prioritize the safeness of their citizens from any threat from Bitcoin is a must but this countries must take a look again to what is the potential of this cryptocurrency again, if they will do the right thing, they will not end up regretting their decisions in the future.
91  Economy / Economics / Re: Could massive use of Electricity be the end or new high for Bitcoin on: November 24, 2017, 04:05:22 AM
Humans is the most adaptive species though so if this problem will arise in the future I think people who mines Bitcoin will do such things that will solve any kinds of problem that will occur, electricity is significant in mining so if in year 2020 Bitcoin will use the entire global electricity supply then I think the distributor of different electric power company in the whole world will keep up and build new infrastructure to cater the demand of the people who needs electricity.

There a lot of alternative source of electricity though.

92  Economy / Speculation / Re: 5 digits on: November 24, 2017, 03:24:07 AM
When I entered the cryptocurrency scene the Bitcoin's price was $600+ each coin and I was shocked before because seeing a digital currency that has a value of that and it was only on October of last year and after 3 months of doing Bitcoin stuffs it reaches the $1000 and I feel happy that time because I have a good amount of Bitcoin holdings then after 4 months it reaches the $1,500 so it took almost 120 days to get that $500 increase but today it almost taking only a month or so to increase $1,000.

Many people now thinks that the price of Bitcoin is appreciating overtime so they keep on holding just like me. 5 digits of the Bitcoin price will be in the future if this trend in the market of it will still continue this kind of things.
93  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-23] Abramovich among billionaires set to invest in cryptocurrency on: November 23, 2017, 05:40:46 PM
Of these coins a lot, but who will support them? In Russian there is no money. It is a poor country. From abroad no one will invest money in the currency of the country ruled by an authoritarian kleptocratic regime. I am sure that this currency is doomed to failure. They can take the bitcoin but such confidence in cryptool will not. This is a Scam.

Russia have no money and a poor country? why did you say so.

Roman Abramovich is a russian billionaire that earn his wealth with his ideas and dedication and it happens for a reason though so if he is investing with Bitcoin then I think he sees a huge potential with it as he is a veteran investors that knows this kind of things.

It is true that some of the ICO's that was created before will not succeed in the future and other business man is taking an advantage to still do some of it but let us give them the benefit of the doubt.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin anonymity broken. You have to pay tax on: November 23, 2017, 05:24:58 PM
For as long that there is an anonymity with Bitcoin then it is fine with me and for some other people as it is true that there is no 100% anonymous thing in this world because someone will go find a way to know such things if they want to. If this news is true then I think some people that uses Bitcoin to launder their moneys in the real world will think a much more effective way to hide their assets.

Let's see what will happen with this anonymity issues with Bitcoin as it will may upgrade by the developers soon.
95  Other / Meta / Re: Why I can't post image?? on: November 23, 2017, 05:05:08 PM
You need to reach and up rank to a Jr. Member first before you can post an embedded images because theymos disabled it due to abuse.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Look how fast Bitcoin is moving on: November 23, 2017, 06:55:30 AM
This is the key argument for people promoting Bitcoin: Look how where we were a few months ago and look where we are now. It is only going faster - you should join.
This people are hyped up so they are sharing the good impact to what the Bitcoin things already done in the past up to now and I don't see anything bad about it, promoting it will not gain them any referral bonus though.

Quote
This means that these people have jumped out of an airplane with no parachute.
Investing money in any kind of things are always risky and with no assurance at all so it is normal to say that, if there is please share it.

Quote
They are now halfway down and are telling their friends: Look how well this is working, and it is going faster and faster.
That's the way it is, the momentum is with Bitcoin right now and no matter what we said about the next event that will occur it will still decide's its price.
Quote
When you tell the people they are going to crash-land, they just tell you it is FUD and that in their experience things have been going great since they jumped out of the airplane.
Thinking positive to the things that you invested is a must but fooling someone else is bad so it's your choice to be gullible with those FUD.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an altcoin on: November 23, 2017, 06:46:55 AM
So what is the main coin then?

Bitcoin is the first decentralized cryptocurrency that exist and will ever be. For me, there is no such thing that 'Bitcoin is an altcoin' I think it is just an article that wants a traffic for their self gain. It is true that there are digital money or valued things that can be use to trade online before Bitcoin was created but they are centralized and not using the method of cryptography.

Guess what, Bitcoin was not the first currency that was created in the world though but it has the biggest as of this moment. Anything can happen in the future but I don't see any reason for the Bitcoin's downfall.

98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Fork in December on: November 23, 2017, 05:20:27 AM
It seems that people are really loving the trend of  a never ending Forks to Bitcoin because they always think that they will get a free coin and it has a positive impact to the price of it as every Fork that happened in the past shake the price of Bitcoin for a moment then pumped it up, people tend to discussed it repeatedly that maybe the reason for them to go along with the ride of a Bitcoin copy cat coin.

99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is coming to town! on: November 23, 2017, 05:11:24 AM
Nice composition though, I think you are so hyped up that you made this because of the christmas day is coming.

I tried to sing it but 'Satoshi Nakamoto'  have 7 syllables while 'Santa Clause' have 3 only so I think it is not fitted at all and out of tune when you sing it. I think it is more appropriate to put 'Bee Tee Cee is coming to town' instead of 'Satoshi Nakamoto'. Advance Merry Xmas! though.

100  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: November 23, 2017, 04:46:47 AM
Electric cars are good for our earth so who cares those greedy oil manufacturers? We don't need oil for energy we can solve all energy problems with naturel green energy sources.

It isn't as good as you think because electricity energy isn't clear until humanity use only renewable energy sources. There are also a lot of problems with accumulators for EV, but most people don't know about it.

EV is good for enviroment only if you buy EV as your first car. You shouldn't change your oil car on electric vehicle...

For me Electronic vehicles or any other renewable kind of energy is the future of transportation, at first there a lot of problems of course as there is no perfect thing in the beginning it requires a lot of hardship that will eventually paid off in the future. I think gasoline cars are long overdue that only supported by big time oil business man that taking advantage since then.

Just wait for the Tesla company to improve their electronic vehicles day by day until it will become mainstream just like the well known brand of oil cars today.
