I personally was in Pristina in 1991, when the conflict in Yugoslavia was just beginning. I have not seen any conflict on ethnic grounds. I talked with the Serbs, very nice people. The Croats too, I didn't do anything wrong, but mentally I'm closer to the Serbs. |

Well in fact drug users are usually rich person, not the poverty is the main issue here I came from a poor family but we never came to a point to use drugs or what . Depression is one thing, it is always the way how we think or how we dwell with our problems, sometimes people just pushes to do it especially if they don't have enough friends or a family to understand them.
In general, the rich are beginning to use drugs, and continue to have poor, because drugs are expensive pleasure. That is why even though we cannot eliminate drugs 100%, at least the government is trying their best to lessen it and not to just ignore it because they have nothing to do with it. That is the most important that the government still care for the people. I just wish that corrupt politicians will penalize for allowing drugs by getting money here in our country. When used drugs rich people is not such a big problem as it is when the drugs are used by poor people. Poor people do not have enough money for drugs and therefore they commit crimes to have money. Im agree with you.Taking drugs is not a reason to commit crime but when some poor people have need money they commit crime to get some money.So the best way to lessen drugs users and addicts is to educate them and give them a permanent job.This method we can lessen drugs user and addicts. i think you're argument is invalid. taking drugs is not a reason to commit crime. rather the peoples mind do it. if you are psychotic or you have problem in your mind, personal issues and so on. you might commit crime. as you will think that it is good for you. just so you know even educated people uses illegal drugs. so maybe its just the person itself who decide if he will commit crime. Not agree with you. There is such a thing as a provocation to crime. The use of alcohol and drugs contributes to the fact that the human mind fails. It does not have to be crazy. Well, science is not religion and it doesn't just come down to faith. Although it has many of religion's virtues, it has none of its vices. Science is based upon verifiable evidence. Religious faith not only lacks evidence, its independence from evidence is its pride and joy, shouted from the rooftops.
Though it is true that Religion doesn't have substantial evidence in most cases, there will still be instances that Science itself will not be able to explain a questionable occurance. This would still boil down to the question, is there really something or someone who's higher than any of us? Science and religion have a huge difference. They differ in a way of searching the truth. Science seek the truth by observation, experementation, empirical solution, and etc. Meanwhile in religion, it's not about the lack of evidence, they focused more on the bible. Religion has also evidence, however science have more evidence since science believes only in what they see. If a religion uses as proof of the Bible, for me it is not proof. Indeed science proves any phenomenon empirically. It is not always something that you can touch. How many years, the Church denied that the earth is round? yes church denied that the earth is round because the church only see it as a flat. but when someone try to research about the planets and the movement of the sun and the stars they might have an idea that the earth is circular. religion uses bible as a proof. science uses proofs or evidences also. so i think there is a falacy. What is a little such examples? It seems to me that there were enough examples where it has been proven that the Bible is lying. You will believe a man who on several occasions lied to you? |

For a business man I honestly think this is a poor decision by him to impose a travel ban and believe it or not many immigrants have contributed on building usa and still have much more to offer.

What has changed now? Personally I don't see any problem in people who are atheists. We have a freedom to choose who we believe in, what we believe in or if we believe in anything at all. We have different philosophies in our life and different point of views our choice is our, we should not judge them let just mind our own business.
Atheists generally do not create problems. As far as I know atheists are not provoked any armed conflict. Religions are constantly at war for the minds of citizens with weapons in their hands and persecute dissidents. |

В США завели уголовное дело в отношении корреспондента российского пропагандистского телеканала Russia Today Александра Рубинштейна за участие в массовых беспорядках в Вашингтоне в день инаугурации американского президента Дональда Трампа. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе телеканала.
В настоящее время он находится на свободе, слушания по делу запланированы на февраль. Максимальное наказание по данному обвинению - тюремное заключение на срок до 10 лет или штраф в размере 25 тыс. долларов.
Рубинштейн был задержан полицией в день инаугурации Трампа 20 января. Тогда же его доставили в полицейское отделение.

Вчера в Гурзуфе на митинге против покращень в гавани собралось около 400 человек. Это так воодушевило пропагандиста Сергея Сардыко (ведь на митинг ЗА ПУТИНА в Ялте позавчера пришло всего 20 человек), что он тут же назвал гурзуфский митинг — "митингом в поддержку путина". Сардыко даже попросил собравшихся ватников подтвердить, что они поддерживают путина. Ватники от безвыходности подтвердили, подняв руки (на первой минуте видео). Сардыко попросил людей говорить о нынешней жизни в Гурзуфе, на что послышался голос за кадром: "О чём говорите НА КУХНЯХ" (на видео 1:35). Следующая выступающая начала громко призывать жителей сбросить с себя МАСКУ СТРАХА (на видео 2:05). Ещё один оратор обратился к присутствующим с такими словами: "Скажу вам откровенно — новостей у меня нет. Мы свидетели того, что нас не только не хотят слышать, но уже и не хотят видеть (на видео 3:00)". Эту же мысль продолжил следующий глашатай, сказав, что "ВЛАСТЬ" ИХ НЕ СЛЫШИТ, т.к. больна глухотой (на видео 4:10). Также ватники заявили, что в их жизни после последнего митинга-протеста, который прошёл летом, изменилось многое, но всё В ХУДШУЮ СТОРОНУ, и перечислили уничтоженные оккупантами памятники архитектуры только за полгода и только в Гурзуфе (на видео 5:00). Следующий выступающий заявил о репрессиях со стороны ФСБ, после чего сказал: "Не позволим мы себя контролировать. Не для этого мы, что называется, в россию ПОПАЛИ". Люди, начали говорить, мол, действительно, что ПОПАЛИ. Оратор обреченно продолжил: "Ну все понимают, что ПОПАЛИ. Ну ладно уже, раз попали, так попали, чего уже". После этого в толпе можно услышать голоса ватников, которые говорят, что от россии у них ОДНИ РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЯ (на видео с 9:50 до 10:32). Напомню, что третий год россия уничтожает Гурзуф, как и весь Крым, выкидывает людей из домов, отбирает пляжи, кладбища, парки. Как-то не вяжется у меня это с поддержкой путина, но у них никакого диссонанса нет.

Привет, Монсанто! Одесский припортовый – фсё…
Промышленная перемога. Одно из крупнейших, оставшихся на Украине промышленных предприятий, Одесский Припортовый завод прекратит работу в 2017 году. Сегодня об этом стало известно. У предприятия огромная задолженность за газ перед «Нафтогазом». Более полутора миллиардов гривен. В первом квартале Фонд Госимущества будет подготавливать предприятие к аренде. Видимо уже до них дошло, что продать его в нынешних украинских реалиях – не реально. Аренда (читай – демонтаж оборудования на металлолом), как считают в ФГИ, поможет расплатиться предприятию по своей задолженности перед «Нафтогазом».
Одесский Припортовый был одним из крупнейших химических предприятий Украины. Помимо производства собственной продукции, такой как аммиака, карбамида, жидкого азота, диоксида углерода, жидкого кислорода, сернокислого натрия, из российского сырья, завод так же был конечным пунктом аммиакопровода «Тольятти-Одесса». Контракт на транспортировку аммиака Украиной на 2017 год не подписан, и судя по всему подписан он уже не будет. К тому же, насколько я знаю, Россия проложит аммиакоппровод от Воронежа в порт Тамань. С 23 декабря транзит аммиака по украинской трубе остановлен.
Примечательно еще вот что. Одесский припортовый производил компоненты для минеральных удобрений. Сегодня стало известно о решении украинской межведомственная комиссии по международной торговле об ограничении ввоза на территорию Украины минеральных удобрений российского производства. Россия поставляла порядка 80% минеральных удобрений, закупаемых украинскими сельхозпредприятиями. Комиссия требует принять меры по «диверсификации» поставок, перейти на поставки удобрений из США (Монсанто) и стран Ближнего Востока. По итогу «диверсификация» сведется на переход к закупке удобрений исключительно у Монсанто.
Нафига вообще нужны эти удобрения. Вместо того, чтобы почву обогащать они ее только гробят. Хотя конечно я не специалист в этом вопросе, но я знаю точно, что проблема с содержанием нитратов в воде и продуктах есть. |

Дмитрий Дубилет, экс-директор IT департамента экс-Приват Банка сейчас работает над системой iGov. Сервис, упрощающий общение граждан по различным своим вопросам с государством. Так вот, Дубилет пишет, что ликвидация ФОТ (индивидуальных предпринимательств по нашему) – самая востребованная услуга в iGov.
На момент публикации поста Дубилета, закон о котором он говорит еще не был подписан. Вчера Порошенко его подписал. Теперь, согласно закону, с 1 января 2017 года ФЛП (ИП)второй и третьей групп должны будут уплачивать ежемесячно ЕСВ (единый социальный взнос) в размере 704 грн даже в том случае, если они временно не получают доход.
704 гривны это вроде как и не много, но с другой стороны- это треть среднемесячного дохода жителя украинских райцентров. «Спящих» предпринимателей в регионах – огромное количество, и по ним сейчас в полной мере ударит новое «покращення». По сути, народная власть нашла еще одну лазейку, как вытряхнуть из своего народа последние копейки, а заодно накорню прибить даже саму идею индивидуальной предпринимательской деятельности. Раньше, насколько я помню, открыть ИП проблемой не было, а вот закрыть – еще какой, потому многие просто сдавали отчеты «пустышки» и всё. Теперь сотни тысяч людей пытаются закрыть своё ИП в спешном порядке. Инвестиционный климат и рост предпринимательской активности – не более чем сказки украинской пропаганды. В реальности – одна сплошная и беспросветная «перемога».
Полностью с вами согласен. Это серьезный удар. Более того, ИП не так просто закрыть. Налоговики могут тянуть с этой процедурой несколько месяцев. И это при том, что запрещено вносить изменения в Налоговый Кодекс меньше чем за пол года до их вступления в силу. Будем надеяться, что эту норму отменят. |
