Ist einfach nur "Stimmrecht". Je mehr KMD, desto gewichtiger Deine Stimme(n). Transferiert wird da nichts. Voting-Power quasi.

Deine KMD bilden einfach Stimmen ab, die jeweils dem ausgewählten Kandidaten – JE REGION – in Summe "gutgeschrieben" werden.


Zum Thema verteilen: Dein gesamtes KMD Guthaben kann JE REGION nur für EINEN KANDIDATEN verwendet werden. Es sind quasi 4 Radio-Buttons zu klicken!

Der Menu-Punkt für die Wahl wird ab dem 15.1.2017 ersichtlich. Danach wird es 4 Listen geben, für 4 Regionen.

Europa
Nord Amerika
Asien & Russland
Südliche Hemishpere

Dort sind jeweils alle Kandidaten gelistet. Via Radio-Button kannst Du je Region EINEN Kandidaten auswählen.

Danach bestätigst Du Deine "Wahlstimmen" mit dem Absenden (unwiderruflich).

1 KMD = 1 Wahlstimme.

Bedeutet, Dein komplettes verfügbares KMD-Guthaben (wenn Du an der Wahl teilnimmst) wird PRO Region jeweils für Deinen ausgewählten Kandidat gezählt.

Sobald du deine KMD claimen kannst (vermutlich nächste Woche) wirst du beim claimen zum voten von Notary Nodes aufgefordert, da kannst du dann deine Stimmen vergeben.
Das passiert soweit ich weiß direkt auf der ICO-Seite (sobald fertig).

So wie es aussieht wird es keine Pflicht sein zu wählen. Es wird ein extra Menü-Punkt für die Wahl geben. Die Wahl findet ab dem 15.01.2017 (3pm UTC) bis 29.01.2017 (3pm UTC) statt. Die Distribution (Claim) der KMD erfolgt am dem 31.1.2017 (3pm UTC).

Du kannst innerhalb eines ganzen Jahres tauschen (eben an die BTCD Addresse in Deinem persönlichen ICO Account SENDEN). Snapshot (für die REVS) und die Notary-Wahl sind davon 100% unabhängig.

1 BTCD = 50.42041779 KMD is the official announced BTCD > KMD swap rate!

During 1 fully year BTCD can be swapped for KMD with that rate (however the exchange rate decreases slightly throughout the year ­because BTCD staking expands the supply).

KMD (mainnet launch) Distribution will be on 31. January 2017.

With the launch you will be able to withdraw your KMD from your personal account at the Komodo ICO site to a Komodo (KMD) wallet.

Further, if KMD is listed on an centralized exchange, you will be able to trade your KMD there.

ICO over. You can´t invest with BTC anymore.

But BTCD holder can swap their coins to KMD within 365 days. So, everybody can buy and swap BTCD within that timeframe.

Yes the KMD ICO ended in November, but as I posted above, you get more KMD now with buying BTCD, so if you are doing that, you are fine.

That´s right. If you buy @current rate you have more bonus.

Swap is finish after 1 full year. Only for the snapshot (for get Revenue Assets Bonus on top) you need to hold BTCD in a address under your control OR deposit your coins into your personal account at the Komodo ICO site UNTIL snapshot – at a specific block – is happen (7 days after Komodo ICO site accepts* BTCD deposits).

It seems that the plan only change in term that the swapping will start automatically with the first day the Komodo ICO site accept BTCD deposits. And the BTCD snapshot will happen in the planned timeframe.
